Appetizers

The appetizers at Vic & Anthony’s are what you would expect from a classic, elegant steakhouse. A sampling of what you might start your meal with includes fresh oysters on the half shell, jumbo lump crab cake with chive buerre blanc; maple glazed quail with Sriracha sauce, jumbo shrimp cocktail, and roasted bone marrow with balsamic onion jam and crostini to enjoy it with. 

Soups & Salads

The soups and salads at Vic & Anthony’s are the perfect light course. We have to love the classic iceberg wedge salad with maple lardon, blue cheese, and Roquefort dressing.

Other selections include the steakhouse chopped salad, the pear and saga blue cheese salad with teardrop tomatoes, a Caesar salad, and the perfect caprese. For soups, it’s all about the lobster bisque. 

Beef

Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse features an award-winning menu of premium steak selections. The offerings include USDA prime, grain-fed beef, and Wagyu beef. Fans of USDA Prime will enjoy the prime ribeye (we always get ours with the port peppercorn sauce) or the filet mignon, which is available in both an 8-ounce and 12-ounce cut. 

Wagyu steaks include A5 Kobe Beef Hyogo Prefecture, Japanese Wagyu filet mignon, and American Wagyu rib cap.  

There are also a couple of “for the table” steak options. These include chateaubriand, a 36-ounce prime porterhouse, and a 40-ounce tomahawk steak.  

Entrees

While steaks might be the only thing on one person’s mind when walking into Vic & Anthony’s, we know that’s not the case for everyone. The entree selection mostly offers fresh seafood, but there is a delicious pan-roasted chicken that’s served with mashed potatoes and asparagus and braised Wagyu Beef that’s served with heirloom carrots, cipollini onions, and crispy fingerling potatoes (our favorite).  

Fresh seafood offerings include the Alaskan king crab legs, live Maine lobster, cold water Australian lobster tail, and halibut with gremolata and celery root risotto.   

Sides & Accompaniments

There’s no arguing that Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse presents a really good steak, but what accompanies the steaks is just as important. Sometimes, the sides and accompaniments can be subpar compared to the main dish, but we haven’t found that to be the case here. 

Accompaniments include mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots, lobster mac & cheese, au gratin potatoes, sea salt fries, creamed spinach, and a couple of other vegetable side dishes. 

If you’re wondering if there’s a way to jazz up your filet mignon, ribeye, or Kobe beef, the answer is yes – not that these cuts really need any enhancement. Foie gras, jumbo lump crab Oscar, blue cheese bacon butter, port peppercorn sauce, bernaise, and Texas candy can all be added to your beef selection. 

Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse is a nice evening out, so you’ll want to dress accordingly. Our take is that you should choose attire that is business casual or nicer. 

Vic & Anthony’s is open nightly for dinner service. From Sunday through Thursday, the restaurant is open from 5 pm until 10 pm. On Friday, Vic & Anthony’s is open from 5 pm until 11 pm.
