Before diving into the different types of family-friendly shows, we wanted to share our top picks overall. These are the best shows for any age that will leave you saying, “Wow!”

The Blue Man Group

The Blue Man Group is in a category all of its own. It’s a true classic that has attracted millions to witness the surreal, heart-pounding show. 

Of all the shows on our list, the Blue Man Group is viewed as a “must-see” and is perfect for anyone over three. This show at Luxor lasts 90 minutes, but the incredible music, props, and special effects are so entertaining that even younger kids have no problem watching from beginning to end.

Jabbawockeez

Jabbawockeez has received numerous awards during its time in Sin City, including being honored as the Best All-Ages Show and the Best Family Show. The white-masked, white-gloved dance crew adds humor and storytelling to the performance, making it even more fun to watch.

His new show, “Who’s the Dummy Now?” is hilarious for kids and parents alike. He lights up the stage with a larger-than-life personality, tons of laughs, and impressive ventriloquism.

Comedy Pet Theater is only a 60-minute show, so it won’t take up too much of your day, leaving plenty of time for other family-friendly activities.

Cirque du Soleil is a worldwide phenomenon that’s well-known in Vegas, thanks to its numerous long-running shows.

While some of their shows are strictly for those aged 18 and up, there are plenty of family-friendly acrobatics to enjoy.

Tournament of Kings is a dinner and show, which might not be the first on your list of shows in Vegas to enjoy with your kids, but the Tournament of Kings isn’t an adult-only adventure. 

The show takes you back into the world of King Arthur, where you’re met with knights who battle and joust on horseback while you feast. The best part for the kids is that your bare hands are the only utensil you’re expected to use during the meal. 

Children under three can sit on a parent’s lap and eat for free. Older kids will enjoy the 90-minute historical show more, but it’s fun for everyone.

Piff the Magic Dragon

Now, you can witness the magic with a 75-minute show at Flamingo.

Piff’s magic-performing chihuahua, Mr. Pifles, is the show’s co-star and accomplishes things that no other dog of any size has.

This is a family-friendly show, but the humor can be cheeky, and some illusions might be a bit much for younger audiences. Piff, the Magic Dragon, is best suited for adults and children over 13.
