Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant in Las Vegas is famous and popular enough that you might think it’s a chain, but it isn’t. The four locations are completely family-owned and operated, and the family of diner and breakfast food deliciousness has been serving the Las Vegas area for decades.

There are a few things that make the Blueberry Hill restaurants something special. First is the fact that they make everything from scratch. This is true made-from-scratch, home-cooked goodness, just on a much larger scale than what happens in your own kitchen. The pancakes, a treasure on the menu, are made from scratch every day using the freshest ingredients.

Quality is also what makes this restaurant stand out. In a city filled with upscale and trendy restaurants, the everyday type of eats are often underappreciated. Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant stands out with USDA-certified Angus beef, Grade AA eggs, 100% pure orange juice, and a culinary team that knows how to throw down some great food.

Finally, the menu is large and crazy good. If it’s your first time visiting, expect to spend that first cup of 100% Arabica coffee just looking over the menu and trying to decide. It’s honestly a little overwhelming, especially if you arrive super hungry. To make it all a little easier for you, let’s dig into the juicy and delicious details about Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant. The menu is a great place to start, so let’s take a look.

Blueberry Hill Menu

Breakfast at Blueberry Hill Las Vegas

For decades, Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant has been placing huge smiles on the faces of their customers. With all their made from scratch goodness, this menu has kept people pouring through their doors for decades.

You’ll find all types of cuisine in Las Vegas, from the simplest bar food to the most elegant and trendy five-star restaurants. Blueberry Hill is a reminder of simpler times in a city that seems anything but low-key and simple. This is, in large part, because of their home-style food.

Pancakes and their toppings are the stars of the show on the Blueberry Hill Menu, but they’re far from the only thing that generations of people have loved about this restaurant. Here’s a breakdown of all the deliciousness that you’ll find on the menu, so you can start planning your mouth-watering, craving-satisfying visit in advance.

Breakfast

The Pancakes!

Blueberry Hill Pan Cakes

Back in 1966, Blueberry Hill started as a pancake house, and today, more than 40 years later, they’re still a house favorite. The recipe, which features real buttermilk and fresh eggs, hasn’t changed since day one. The homemade buttermilk pancakes are still made from scratch every day, never from a mix or with artificial ingredients.

The selection of pancakes includes sweet decadence like Chocolate Chip, topped with whipped cream, Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes with vanilla icing, Fresh Blueberry Pancakes, Strawberry Banana Pancakes, Apple Cinnamon with homemade warm apple compote, and the favorite Pumpkin Nut Pancakes baked with honey and pecans right in the batter.

If you’re in the mood for dessert for breakfast (it is Vegas, so you might as well indulge), try the Chocolate Oreo Pancakes with heaps of crumbled Oreo cookies sprinkled into the batter.  Homemade vanilla icing tops this creation in case it isn’t sweet enough.

There’s also a delicious selection of savory pancakes like the Potato Pancakes served with applesauce and sour cream, Pigs in a blanket with savory sausage wrapped up in the pancakes, and a pancake sandwich topped with your choice of prepared eggs.

Whether you’re in the mood for pancakes piled high, a short stack, or savory potato pancakes, this is “THE” spot to get them in Las Vegas.

Butter Cream Waffles

The next “must try” on the Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant menu are the waffles. Think big, fluffy, and topped with all of your favorites.

One of the house favorites is the Honey Coconut Chicken Waffle. The recipe features a chicken breast, breaded with their homemade honey coconut recipe breading. This alone is enough to make this dish mouthwatering, but then, the chicken is served on a Belgian waffle and drizzled with honey. Make sure to bring your appetite for this one!

Another favorite is the Fruit Compote Waffle that’s served with homemade warm fruit compote. If thick fluffy waffles topped with warm homemade strawberry compote aren’t enough to get you out of bed after a night in Las Vegas, we don’t know what will.

French Toast

Blueberry Hill French Toast

Few things beat the smell of freshly baked French Toast. At Blueberry Hill, they serve their own French toast bread that has been dipped into a mixture of real half & half and fresh eggs.

Enjoy your French toast wedges with your choice of sides, and if you have an extra sweet tooth, try topping it with fresh, in-season fruit and whipped cream. There’s also the Fresh & Fruity French toast stuffed with a four-cheese blend, topped with icing and fresh berries. Plan on going back to the hotel and taking a nap after this one.

Crepes

Blueberry Hill Crepes

Crepes are one of those things that many try, but few get exactly right. Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant is one of the rare places that have them mastered. The crepes are made fresh daily and served only between 7 am – 3 pm.

All of the crepes on the menu are served filled with their special four cheese blend. You can choose to enjoy your crepes alongside your favorite breakfast meats or enjoy them all on their own with fresh blueberries, strawberries, or with a warm, homemade seasonal fruit compote. The final touch is a dusting of powdered sugar.

Prefer your crepes without the cheese? Not a problem! Just let them know, and they’ll do your crepe up exactly how you want it.

Savory Delights

Savory Delights

Not everyone likes a sweet start to the day, and for you, Blueberry Hill has a massive menu of savory breakfast dishes to feast upon.

First, let’s talk about the eggs benedict. If you’re in the mood for something filling, savory, and rich, this is it. There’s the classic eggs benedict with Canadian bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and creamy hollandaise sauce on top of a toasted English muffin. It’s a dish that’s classic perfection, and it’s served with chunky breakfast potatoes.

If you like a bit of a different twist on your eggs benedict, try the Irish version with corned beef hash or florentine style with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes. There’s also a potato pancake version if you’re up for a carb overload.

Then there are the omelets. More than a dozen omelets are on the menu, and that doesn’t even count the various creations you can come with on your own. You can go simple with a standard cheese omelet stuffed with handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, jack, or American, but why stop there?

Try the chicken fajita omelet with seasoned grilled chicken breast, sauteed green peppers, sauteed onions, and fresh diced tomatoes. Pro tip: ask for a side of sour cream to make this one even better. The Texas Chili omelet with homemade chili sauce and raw or grilled onions is another fan favorite.

For the meat lovers, the Farmer’s Smoked Sausage Omelette, which is stuffed with savory premium smoked sausage, onions, green peppers, and creamy melted cheddar cheese, will cure the craving.

If you’re truly overwhelmed by the savory breakfast options, the biscuits and gravy, which are absolutely smothered in creamy country sausage gravy, is always a sure bet.

Breakfast Combos

Can’t decide? With a long list of great breakfast combos, you really don’t have to. Think along the lines of southern fried chicken style fried steak with eggs and hashbrowns, grilled corned beef hash and pancakes, a Dixie meatloaf breakfast, pancake combos, and more.

Dinner

Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant

Breakfast isn’t the only meal that Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant has mastered. They also offer a large menu of dinner favorites that are both delicious and gut-busting. Dinner is served starting at 11 am. For the 24 hour locations, dinner is served until 10 pm. From there, the Served Anytime menu takes over. All entrees are served with your choice of potato, including their famous creamy, homemade mashed potatoes.

Dinner options include favorites like chicken fingers served with fettuccine and homemade alfredo sauce, Tennessee Fried Steak topped with raw or grilled onions and lemon, Boneless Pork Chops with homemade mashed potatoes, and their famous Honey Coconut Chicken with homemade honey coconut breading and fresh veggies.

There’s a lot more to the dinner menu, but you get the idea. Vegetarians, vegans, and healthy eaters should be warned that Blueberry Hill is a decadent, carnivorous heaven, so there aren’t too many plant-based and super healthy options on the menu.

Blueberry Hill also offers an All Day Menu that is served any time that they’re open. Other options include a Mexican Skillet, Blueberry’s Meat Lover’s Skillet, and a Corned Beef Hash Skillet.  All come with your choice of toast, muffin, biscuit, or warm giant flour tortilla.

Speaking of a warm giant flour tortilla, the All Day Menu features South of the Border Breakfast favorites. How does Chilaquiles Verde with melted jack cheese and homemade green verde sauce sound? There are also Huevos Rancheros, a Taco Breakfast, Pancho Villa (scrambled eggs with chorizo), and the Tito Bandito – a juicy Angus Beef lean steak, sauteed onions and peppers, fresh chopped tomatoes, and it’s served with eggs of your choice.

The all-day menu also features a long list of burgers, grilled cheeses, sandwiches, clubs, and a handful of salads.

Soup Kettle

Ok, with everything on the menu, you might not be thinking about soup when you walk through the doors of Blueberry Hill in Las Vegas, NV. In addition to everything else, they’re kinda known for their delicious homemade soup.

Their homemade soup choices are made in-house, from scratch, daily. You can expect choices like chicken corn chowder, pasta meatball, chicken noodle, ham & split pea, or zucchini beef. The selection changes daily, so you’ll want to check in and see what the homemade soup of the day is.

Of course, their homemade chili is always on the menu, and it’s so thick that your spoon will stand up in the middle of it!

Flavors of Italy

The Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant in Las Vegas, NV is famous for their breakfast and diner-style food, so you might be a little surprised by this next category of favorites – Flavors of Italy.

What makes these Italian dishes stand out are the homemade sauces that you just can’t find at this price anywhere else in Las Vegas.

There are several alfredo dishes, each featuring their homemade alfredo sauce. The Chicken Cutlets & Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo is a house favorite with the homemade spinach alfredo sauce.

Then there is the rich homemade meat sauce that compliments some of their other Italian dishes, like Spaghetti and Meatballs and Chicken Parmigiana. If these sound good, you’ll also love the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, which is a tender breast of chicken dressed in their homemade parmesan cheese crust, and a light lemon garlic sauce.

Desserts

Ok, a meal at Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant isn’t complete without at least sharing something from the dessert menu. We think you should go solo and indulge in your own dessert, but also completely understand that you might already be stuffed.

You have your choice of cream pies, a rotating selection of cheesecakes, decadent cakes like a delicious strawberry cake, and a white chocolate Oreo layer cake. There are also shakes, malts, ice cream, and freshly made fruit pies. Order a scoop of ice cream topped with warm homemade blueberry compote for a special treat.

Blueberry Hill Las Vegas Locations

Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant has four locations in the Las Vegas area, so there’s one nearby, no matter where you are in Sin City.

There are three locations on Flamingo Rd in Las Vegas. The first is at 1505 W Flamingo Rd. This is the location that’s closest to the Las Vegas Strip and the many resorts and casinos in the area. This is also one of two Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant locations that are open 24 hours/ 7 days a week. If you’re coming off from a late night in Vegas, this is your stop.

With the other two locations on Flamingo Rd, one can be found a bit further west at 4875 W Flamingo Rd. This location isn’t in the heart of the city, but it does have something special to offer – an irresistible onsite bakery. If you’re in the mood for a Blueberry Hill cake or pie to take with you, this is where you can purchase a full made from scratch creation.

The location at 4875 W Flamingo Rd also features banquet facilities for larger groups and special occasions.

The third location on Flamingo Rd is at 3790 E Flamingo Rd. It’s far enough from the touristy areas of Las Vegas that you’re more likely to find locals and families here than at the locations closer to the Strip.

The fourth location is at 1280 S Decatur Blvd. Of all four locations, this one is closest to the Arts District. It’s not close enough that you’d want to walk, but if you’re hanging around in the Arts District and craving made from scratch breakfast and diner food, it’s definitely worth the short drive. This location is also open 24/7.

Hours

The time of day you plan on visiting Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant might play a role in which location you try out. There are two locations that are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is their location at 1505 E Flamingo Rd, which is just a couple of miles away from the central Las Vegas Strip.

The other location that is open 24/7 is the Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant on Decatur Blvd. This location is closest to the Arts District, so it’s a good spot to grab a late-night (or really, really late night) bite.

The other two locations at 3790 E Flamingo Rd and 4875 W Flamingo Rd are both open 6 am – 9 pm daily.

The 24-hour locations tend to be a bit busier than the others, but really, no matter what time you go or the location you choose, it’s best to plan on at least a little bit of a line. This is especially true if you show up at a traditional breakfast rush time when the lines can get quite long.
