Brezza Las Vegas Restaurant

The brainchild of Executive Chef Nicole Brisson, Brezza Las Vegas proposes itself as an authentic Italian restaurant. Seasonal menus bring the highest quality ingredients and enhanced flavors into a Tuscany-inspired atmosphere.

Brezza Las Vegas Restaurant

The restaurant is located within The District at Resorts World Las Vegas and benefits from valet parking, and is an exceptional choice for a night out with family or friends.

Brezza Las Vegas Overview

Resorts World Las Vegas is famous for its fine dining venues. From all, Brezza stands out as the most sought-after Italian food restaurant in The District.

The elegant yet supremely comfortable venue opened in 2021; since then, it has had most of its customers on repeat. All thanks to the innovative genius brought by Executive Chef Nicole Brisson.

More than the youngest woman to become an executive chef at a high-end restaurant on The Strip, Brisson is also the first female to become an executive chef at an Eataly restaurant in the US. Her experience and love for high-end cuisine can be sampled in all proposed dishes.

Beyond exquisite food, Brezza is the right place to visit if you want to savor a meal while enjoying an almost-authentic Italian experience.

Brezza impresses with ample spaces, stone walls reminiscent of Tuscany’s masserias, and comfortable seating.

Indoor & Terrace Seating

Whether you want to enjoy the sun on your skin or immerse yourself in an Italian-style décor, all is possible at Brezza.

A patio overlooking the busy Strip constitutes a lavish outdoor seating area. Expect neutral tones, cozy sofas, and comfortable wicker chairs with plush cushions. Garden lighting and designer fire pits enhance the atmosphere after sunset, providing guests with an immersive experience.

The indoor dining area presents a rustic-chic décor and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the patio. Luxury details, such as mirrors and modern design elements, enhance the beauty of stone walls. As with any reputable Italian restaurant, Brezza boasts a large cellar as well as private dining halls for small to mid-sized parties.

Another highlight is the raised cocktail bar that adorns the lounge area, making this a wonderful location to meet for cocktails at Resorts World Las Vegas.

Menu & Prices

From simple dishes like crispy artichokes to handmade pasta and beyond, Brezza’s pièce-de-resistance is an interesting menu and beautiful presentation of each dish. This is not the place to go if you’re vegan, but vegetarians are pampered with lots of delicious options.

Appetizers

San Danielle prosciutto

In true Italian fashion, Brezza proposes a variety of authentic antipasti.

Cold appetizers, a staple of most Italian restaurants, found their place in Brezza’s menu. Must-try choices include the chef’s salumi and cheese platter served with pickled vegetables. The heirloom Caprese with buffalo mozzarella and basil pesto is another exquisite start.

Hot starters are more sea-inspired, with fried calamari (which could be a bit salty), steamed clams with peas, fennel, tomato butter, or charred octopus.

At Brezza, you can also taste the famous San Danielle prosciutto or the Tuscan carne cruda.

Raw Bar

Taylor Bay Scallop

Fresh seafood is the top-choice starter in many Italian regions. If you have no allergies, the raw bar is a valid alternative to sashimi venues.

If you’ve never tried raw seafood before, tonno carpaccio is a mild introduction. Hardcore options go from Taylor Bay scallops to oysters. If you don’t know which to pick, a seafood platter allows you to sample a selection of grilled and chilled & raw seafood.

Guests can also ask to have their raw seafood choices cooked. However, expect to pay twice as much for roasted and grilled options.

Pastas

Gnocchi Pasta

Homemade pasta is undeniably Italy’s staple. Authentic dishes are typically simple yet flavorful, and chef Nicole Brisson knew how to turn them into high-end options.

The simplest and cheapest items on the menu are spaghetti pomodoro with cherry tomatoes and basil, bucatini alla amatriciana, and gnocchi with pesto and fennel sausage.

Equally delicious are the rigatoni arrabiata and lumache Bolognese, or you could opt for lobster campanelle if you want to try something special.

Entrees

 panna cotta

With a soup culture almost inexistent, Italy’s entrees are in line with full main courses. Breeza’s menu doesn’t include lots of them, but you can delight yourself with veal marsala, pollo arista, or the famous osso bucco.

All options come with sides or vegetables, such as turnips, kale, mushrooms, or saffron orzo.

The Grill

An Italian dinner wouldn’t be complete without a selection of grilled meats.

Chicken doesn’t make it on this menu, which only consists of veal, pork, or fish options. They are all exquisite options, though, such as Piemontese filet mignon, Heritage Farms pork T-bone steak, or pan-seared orate, to name just a few.

The highlight falls on the dry-aged steaks and reserved cuts that cost a fortune but bring unexpected gratification.

The least expensive option here is the dry-aged bone-in-NY Strip made from cuts aged for 100 days.

Dry-aged tomahawk or bistecca alla Fiorentina are aged 120 days and 170 days, respectively. All cuts are processed according to the artisanal Italian method.

Desserts

In true Italian fashion, Brezza’s desserts aren’t listed on the main dining menu. This doesn’t mean they don’t exist.

A separate dessert menu includes classics such as panna cotta, tiramisu, cannoli, as well as seasonal gelato and sorbets.

Alternatively, you could enjoy the chef’s selection of cookies and biscotti with an Italian espresso coffee.

Wine Selection

Wine Selection

Every authentic Italian meal is accompanied by exquisite wines, and things are no different at Brezza.

The restaurant brags with an impressive cellar, and a sommelier can help guests choose the best wine-and-food pairing to go with their order.

Most wines on the menu are imported from famous wine regions in Italy, like Veneto, Piedmont, Puglia, and Sicily. Local wines from Napa Valley and Sonoma are also available, as well as some picks from France.

Specialty Cocktails

If you’d rather have a cocktail with your meal, Brezza’s specialty cocktails could be right up your alley.

All cocktail recipes are unique to the restaurant, so you won’t be able to taste them elsewhere (unless you decide to blend your own cocktail at home). The drink menu includes a variety of Negroni-based cocktails.
