Amalfi gives guests a modern take on traditional Italian dining. Famous dishes get a facelift with Mediterranean flavors that elevate classic Italian food. Located inside Caesars Palace Las Vegas near the casino floor, this is an easy spot to grab a meal even if you aren’t staying at the resort.

Pronto by Giada has a menu that offers quick bites that can be taken on the go. There is some restaurant-style seating available, but not much. 

The quick bites have all the best Italian food flavors and fresh ingredients you expect but in a very casual package. Think paninis, meat and cheese boards, cold pasta salads with olive oil and lemon, and sweet desserts.

The restaurant is open early to serve the breakfast and brunch crowd, but they also stay open late to cure your bedtime sweet tooth. Giada has created the perfect casual eatery that celebrates classic Italiano fare. 

Pronto’s wine bar is a fun spot to relax and do some people-watching while you choose from a selection of more than 40 wines by the glass.

RPM Italian

RPM is located at the Forum Shops. The restaurant is contemporary, with artisan pasta, fresh seafood, and shareable dishes of Italy’s favorites. There’s lunch and dinner service daily, plus brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. 

RPM feels more like high-end Las Vegas dining, while the other restaurants on our list have a more casual, family feel. This is a great spot if you want a romantic date night on Las Vegas Blvd that’s close to some incredible shopping too!

Carmine’s Italian Restaurant

Carmine’s is a family-style restaurant that started in Manhattan, New York City. The restaurant has since become a successful chain with locations in Las Vegas, NV, the Bahamas, Washington D.C., and more! 

Their Las Vegas location inside the Forum Shops has become known as some of the best Italian food on the Las Vegas Strip.
