Crossroads Kitchen Las Vegas in Resorts World

Crossroads Kitchen Las Vegas opened in May of 2022 at Resorts World on the Las Vegas Strip. It is already one of the top-rated vegan restaurants offering Vegan fine dining curated by Chef Tal Ronnen.

Chef Tal Ronnen is the founder of the Crossroads Kitchen brand and is well known for his New York Best Selling book The Conscious Cook, catering high-profile events such as the Ellen Degeneres and Portia De Rossi wedding, and is one of the co-creators of Kite Hill.

The Las Vegas Crossroads Kitchen location is the second of three from Chef Tal Ronnen, which is why Chef Paul Zaltos, the private chef to Drake and Oprah Winfrey, and Bradley Brown, Director of Corporate Operations, joined the team.

The entire menu focuses on plant-based dining and vegan food, but there are no obvious cues in the decor or signage. Meat eaters and vegans, and vegetarians alike can enjoy without worry as there are no animal products in this fine dining restaurant, just good food and a full bar!

Here’s what to expect at the new Resorts World Las Vegas Crossroads Kitchen.

Crossroads Kitchen Menu & Prices

The Crossroads Kitchen menu is elevated plant-based dining, creating meals guests rave about. They offer a weekend brunch and nightly dinner service and now have expanded to include CB Burger, a quick service outpost in a more casual setting with its own plant-based menu.

Brunch Menu

The delicious brunch menu at Crossroads Kitchen is a la carte, ranging from around $16 up to $55. However, the majority of items average about $20-$30.

It’s a must to start off your brunch with the Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms, Chestnut Foie Gras, or Calamari Fritti.

Looking for a pasta dish? The Tagliatelle Bolognese is a classic, though the Porcini & Cauliflower Ravioli is a fantastic choice as well.

The star of the pizza options is the Truffle Mushroom Biana pizza with shaved black truffles and truffle oil. Since black truffles are rare and highly sought after, the Truffle Mushroom Pizza is one of the more expensive dishes.

When it comes to the proteins section of the menu, you’ll find entrees such as Scallopini Parmesan or Milanese and Eggplant Short Rib. Most come with a side, but if you want a little something extra, the Braised Leeks or Truffle Potatoes are top choices.

Beverages

You won’t go thirsty at brunch with their beverage menu, and indulging in alcoholic beverages is optional because the Espresso Marti-No, Purple Rain, and other mocktails are just as delicious and fun.

If you do want an alcoholic beverage, there are bottomless mimosas and sangrias or hand-crafted cocktails. For beer lovers, there are crafts on draft and both domestic and imported bottled beers. The wine list is extensive and very well curated as well.

Dinner Menu

The dinner menu has all of the same delicious dishes that are on the brunch menu and at the same price. In the evening, we’d recommend going with more luxurious choices like the Caviar and Chips or Impossible Cigars with spicy almond yogurt, then Scallops with Fettuccine & Truffles, and the featured dessert of the night.

The highlight of the dinner menu that sets it apart from the brunch selection is the Crossroads Experience.

Tasting Menu

The Crossroads Experience is a multicourse Chef’s menu. There are two seasonal tasting experiences, one with five courses and another with seven courses. The 7-course tasting is under $200 with an optional $55 wine pairing, which isn’t a bad deal in Las Vegas.

The 5-course tasting menu is a more affordable Vegas fine dining experience coming in at $75 per person, though you can add on the $45 wine pairing.

Beverages at Dinner

There are quite a few more cocktails on the beverage menu in the evening though the mocktail, beer, and wine selections are still available at dinner, too. Try a Holy Smoke or Welcome To Pear-A-Dise cocktail. Of course, there are no bottomless mimosas offered in the evening.

Burgers and Sausages Daily Menu

The Burgers and Sausages Daily Menu rotates frequently and is Crossroads Kitchen’s latest addition to plant-based cuisine. You can get a Double Smash Burger made with Impossible patties or Housemade Grilled Sausage with your choice of toppings.

There is typically also a salad and chicken nuggets available, two side choices, one of which is usually fries, dessert, and limited beverages. The burgers and sausages range from around $15-20, while you can get sides for about $5.

Hours

Brunch is only on Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dinner is offered nightly at 5 p.m., wrapping up at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The Crossroads Plant-Based Burgers & Sausages are available daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Dress Code

The dress code for the fine dining section of the restaurant is business casual, though if you are just taking burgers and sausages to-go from Crossroads Burger, you can be far more on the casual side.

Reservations

Reservations aren’t technically required, but they are highly recommended as Crossroads Kitchen is a hot spot on the Las Vegas Strip. You can easily make reservations online here or call them at 702-676-7978.
