Are you tired of walking up to a restaurant with your fur baby in tow, only to hear “No Dogs Allowed!”? We get tired of it too, which is why we set forth to find the best dog-friendly restaurants in all of Las Vegas. Although, there are rules in play that limit where on a restaurant’s premises you can enjoy hanging out with your dogs (service animals are an exception).
What’s wonderful about dog-friendly restaurants in Las Vegas is that there’s such a range of great options to choose from. Whether you’re looking for a morning meal, a cure from a night of too much Las Vegas, lunch & a brew, or a quiet cup of coffee to enjoy while indulging in a little people watching, there are lots of options with dogs allowed.
Dog-Friendly Restaurants To Enjoy a Meal in Las Vegas
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar
Suppose you’re looking for a dog-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas where your pup can enjoy a meal as delicious as yours. Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar has you covered. Lazy Dog Restaurant offers up a variety of homestyle meals to cure any craving – from loaded burgers and campfire pot roast to TV dinners to go. What dog lovers will love about this restaurant is that they not only allow your dogs on their patio, but they also treat them just like one of their guests.
- Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar
- Big Dog’s Brewing Company
- Triple George Grill
- The Park on Fremont
- Crown & Anchor British Pub
The rules are strict about dogs only being allowed on the outdoor patio (except for service dogs), but they still offer a special dog menu just for your furry friend. Water bowls are complimentary, and entrees for your dog include your choice of grilled chicken or hamburger patty, both served with brown rice and veggies.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar has two locations in the Las Vegas area. The first is in Town Square, located at 6509 S. Las Vegas Boulevard. The other is located in downtown Summerlin, on Festival Plaza Drive. Both locations are open for breakfast and stay open late into the evening.
Big Dog’s Brewing Company
Big Dog’s Brewing Company on N Rancho Dr. in Las Vegas totally lives up to its name by offering a dog-friendly patio for its guests. The patio is called “The Front Porch” and is a great place to grab a casual meal, enjoy some excellent craft beer, and maybe catch some live music, indulge your inner rockstar with some karaoke, or challenge your friends to a trivia night.
Dogs are allowed on the patio at Big Dog’s Brewing Company, and they’re known to have a great, canine-loving staff. We recommend checking them out for their happy hour, or rather “Hoppy Hour,” when you can get half-off pints and pitchers of their craft brews, like their Leglifter, Black Lab Stout, and Tailwagger Wheat.
Beerhaus is located right on the Las Vegas Strip, making it the perfect stop for a brew and bite to eat when you’re strolling along the Strip with your furry companion by your side. Located at the New York New York Hotel, Beerhaus offers dog-friendly outdoor seating and a great, relaxing environment.
Living up to its name, Beerhaus offers a huge menu of lagers and ales, both on draft and in bottles and cans. If you have a bit of an appetite, don’t pass up the chance to try one of their famous sausages (there are even vegan options for the non-carnivores out there) or a great sandwich like their Hans Reuben. If you happen to be close by between 2-4 PM, stop in for their 777 Happy Hour, where you can enjoy $7 local brews and $7 menu items seven days a week.
18bin is a favorite among dog-friendly restaurants located in Downtown Las Vegas. Calling the Las Vegas Arts District their home, 18bin offers a spacious, open outdoor seating area that’s absolutely perfect for dog owners and their furry companions.
Sit on the pet-friendly patio and enjoy lunch or dinner. They also offer a weekend brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays. A weekend afternoon is a perfect time to explore the Las Vegas Arts District, with 18bin waiting to refuel you with great food and beverages.
18bin also offers Yappy Hour specials that include a special dog menu. Yappy Hour happens every Monday thru Friday from 4 PM until 6 PM and takes place at their outdoor patio seating.
Triple George Grill
Triple George Grill is located in Downtown Las Vegas and has been instrumental in building the eclectic, urban dining scene of the area. Triple George Grill is a pet-friendly restaurant with a large dog-friendly outdoor patio. The staff is happy to bring water bowls for your pooch, and the award-winning menu offers something for everyone.
The butcher-cut steaks are at the heart of the menu, but it’s hard to resist their other house favorites, like the pasta and gnocchi dishes. They also offer a lunch menu that includes lighter fare, like burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a variety of classic American-style entrees to choose from.
You can find the Triple George Grill located on 3rd Street in Downtown Las Vegas.
The Park on Fremont
The Park on Fremont is a spacious gastropub located on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas. Expect a beautiful, relaxed environment right in the heart of the downtown area. The Park on Fremont Street has a few options for outdoor seating; however, not all of them are dog-friendly. The front patio is the only dog-friendly dining spot they offer.
While some guests say that the front patio is too noisy due to being on Fremont Street, if the noise doesn’t bother you and you like to indulge in a little people-watching while enjoying a drink or meal, the Park on Fremont is perfect.
Crown & Anchor British Pub
There are a handful of great restaurants in Las Vegas where you can enjoy authentic British food, and the Crown & Anchor British Pub is one of them. What makes this spot extra special is that they’re dog-friendly and offer a wonderful patio for pet owners to enjoy a meal or a pub brew with their dog by their side.
Enjoy traditional British favorites, like chicken curry, Yorkshire pudding, fish & chips (which are all you can eat on Mondays!), steak & kidney pie, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Crown & Anchor British Pub is open 24 hours, and they have two locations in Las Vegas – one on Tropicana Ave and the other on Spring Mountain Road.
Although their canine-loving staff is happy to serve you and your dog at their outdoor tables, they also have a wonderful casual bar for you to enjoy during those times when your fur baby isn’t tagging along.
Best Dog-Friendly Restaurants for Breakfast in Las Vegas

There’s also a huge list of omelets, hashes, strawberry stuffed french toast, hot cakes, crepes, and more. For lunch, they offer both hot sandwiches and cold sandwiches, along with a long list of other options. For a casual breakfast and lunch place, Egg Works has an impressively large menu of great food.
The Egg & I
The Egg & I is the sister restaurant to Egg Works and offers an equally dog-friendly environment for you to enjoy. The menu at The Egg & I is very similar to that of Egg Works, with all sorts of eggcellent dishes to choose from, along with other classic brunch and lunch masterpieces.
The Egg & I is open for breakfast and lunch and is located on Sahara Ave in Las Vegas.
The Original Sunrise Cafe
The Original Sunrise Cafe has what can best be described as a cult following as a breakfast joint among locals. Locals know all about this restaurant’s passion and dedication to wonderful food. They also know that The Original Sunrise Cafe is one of the best dog-friendly restaurants.
Dogs are allowed when you’re sitting at one of the outdoor tables, and the staff will happily bring your dog a bowl of fresh, cool water and even some dog treats. As for the dog owners, they can enjoy yumminess, like Crunchberry French Toast, Sin O Man Pancakes, egg dishes like their Cajun Prime Rib Beni, omelets, burgers, and specialty gourmet sandwiches.
The Original Sunrise Cafe is located on Eastern Ave and is open from 7:30 AM until 2 PM (hours are slightly extended on the weekend).

Madhouse Coffee is one of the few pet-friendly restaurants in Las Vegas that is open 24 hours a day. They’re located in the Desert Inn and offer a dogs-allowed policy in their outdoor seating areas. What we love about Madhouse coffee, besides the fact that it’s an excellent spot to sip espresso in Las Vegas, is that they’re adjacent to the Desert Breeze Dog Park. Dog owners can get their caffeine fix, then take their four-legged friends to the dog park for a little exercise.
In addition to their coffee and specialty drinks menu, Madhouse Coffee offers a menu of sandwiches and light meals, along with a completely vegan menu of lite plates and nibbles. Madhouse Coffee is ready to serve you and your dog any time of the day or night, 365 days a year.
Sunrise Coffee is a neighborhood-style coffee shop in Las Vegas with outdoor seating that’s dog-friendly – and it’s conveniently located within walking distance to Sunrise Dog Park. Of Course, Sunrise Coffee offers great coffee and tea drinks, but since this is a post about dog-friendly restaurants, we don’t want to go without mentioning their food menus.
It offers a selection of breakfast and light lunch-style dishes, including bagels and tasty vegetarian options. Just exactly what you need to refuel before taking your favorite dog over to the dog park. Your furry bestie will also be treated to water bowls and dog treats at this dog-friendly cafe in Las Vegas.
Where Dogs Are Allowed in Las Vegas Restaurants
While there are many dog-friendly restaurants in Las Vegas, they all have to follow some rather strict rules about where they can allow dogs on the premises. With the exception of service animals, the Southern Nevada Health Department prohibits restaurants or any establishment that serves food and drink from allowing dogs inside their buildings. If you show up with Fido or Fluffy and are denied a table inside, understand that the restaurant is just following state law.
However, dogs are allowed in outdoor spaces, including patios and outdoor seating. There are some rules and guidelines that restaurants have to follow to allow dogs in their outdoor spaces, so not every outdoor patio is properly equipped or designed to accommodate furry companions.
Most pet-friendly restaurants in Las Vegas will also ask you to abide by some basic rules when you dine with your dog. This includes asking dog owners to keep their dogs on a leash and seated right next to your table. Dogs aren’t allowed to wander or interfere with the dining experience of other patrons.
Some pet-friendly restaurants are also quite strict about not allowing dogs on your lap, on chairs, or on the table. This is for health, safety, and liability reasons.
Are dogs allowed on the Vegas Strip?
You are free to walk your dog on a leash along the Vegas Strip. There are also a number of dog-friendly hotels and restaurants in the area.
Do casinos in Vegas allow dogs?
Dogs, with the exception of service animals, aren’t allowed on Casino floors in Las Vegas. This is because casinos serve beverages, which prevents them from allowing dogs on the casino floor per Southern Nevada Health Department rules. There are dog-friendly casino hotels where you can stay with your furry friend.
Enjoy Dinner with Your Furry Companion at Dog-Friendly Restaurants in Las Vegas
No matter if you’re in the mood for a coffee and pastry, a brew and a sandwich, or a more traditional style dinner, there are many great restaurants in Las Vegas where you can enjoy a meal with your dog by your side. That said, things are always changing in Las Vegas, so it’s always a smart idea to contact a restaurant to verify their dog-friendly policy ahead of time.
