The Foundation Room décor is notorious in the industry. Though the iconic Hindu-inspired decor was taken down due to comments from religious leaders, the space still has Asian and Indian flair and is utterly romantic and luxurious.
From carved wood walls and tasteful vintage décor to low lighting, the Foundation Room has resisted the urge to go modern and has kept the traditional old money feel. The roomy patio overlooks the Las Vegas Strip which adds to the glamorous ambiance as well.
The Foundation Room is also a celebrity hangout as the performers from its sister venue, House of Blues Las Vegas often come up to the Foundation Room after their shows.

As far as beer goes, they have all of the domestic and import selections you expect plus a few IPAs for those that enjoy the hops.
Food
The menu is curated to keep those Asian and Indian influences of the decor. Though the menu changes frequently, a popular Foundation Room review has named a few of the casual elegant meals served in their dining room.
For starters, they rave about chicken skewers with a light sweet chili sauce, a cherry tomato salad, and a salad with a light honey dijon dressing, applewood smoked bacon, dates, and gorgonzola.
Their entree favorites included lamb chops and a T Bone steak. For desserts, they rave about the port wine poached pear on a bed of vanilla whipped cream and the molten chocolate cake with vanilla gelato.
However, the current menu for the main dining room includes appetizers such as fresh oysters by the half dozen and sweet jumbo lump crab cakes with an apple fennel slaw while the entrees include a Prime New York Strip and other steaks, pan-seared diver scallops, and sea bass.
For desserts, you’ll find a cereal milk ice cream platter, calvados apple bread pudding, and banoffee pie.
Service
Fine dining experiences depend heavily on stellar service. The Foundation Room has knowledgeable staff who know the drink and food menu inside and out.
In both the dining room and the lounge as well as the outdoor patio, the Foundation Room offers service that is attentive, pleasant, and efficient.

Though the Foundation Room closed and had varying hours after reopening during COVID, it has resumed a somewhat normal schedule now. It is closed on Monday and Tuesday, but is open Wednesday through Sunday from around dinner time until after midnight.

Pricing at the Foundation Room Las Vegas, NV
If you are not a Foundation Room member, there is a cover required at the cozy entrance which ranges from $20 and up. However, if you make reservations, the cover is discounted.
They also offer bottle service which begins at $500 for standard bottles plus tax and gratuity. If you opt for bottle service, it also waives the door cover.
Keep in mind that for holiday weekends, and other busy times, the pricing does go up. So if you are expecting to spend New Year’s Eve at Foundation Room, you’ll need to accommodate for the increases.
