Buddy’s Jersey Eats is a food truck conveniently located next to Caesars Sportsbook at the Linq Las Vegas. This casual spot offers carnival-inspired food with just the right amount of Jersey flare. The Boss Cafe
Buddy Valastro may be best known for making jaw-dropping custom cakes on Food Network, but his talents don’t stop there. The Boss Cafe by Buddy Valastro is a restaurant inspired by delis and markets in the New York and New Jersey area. If anyone could bring a bit of that East Coast flavor to Las Vegas, it’s Buddy!
