Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres

Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres is arguably one of the best steakhouse restaurants in Las Vegas, and both the chef and restaurant have earned many accolades, telling us that we’re not alone in this opinion. 

They have been voted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal as the Best Fine Dining and Best for Date Night. The restaurant has also been the recipient of Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence, and Jose Andres is both a Michelin Star chef and a winner of the  James Beard Award. 

Signature dishes on the menu include items that are the talk of the town, like cotton candy foie gras, super giant pork skin chicharron, and a whole suckling pig. Of course, you can also enjoy an exceptional steak here, including meats from America’s finest ranchers and Japanese Wagyu. 

Bazaar Meat also offers a special tasting menu, a vegetarian menu, a celiac menu, and signature cocktails. With both food and service that has an amazing reputation, this is the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience in Las Vegas. 

Bazaar Meat at the Sahara Hotel is open nightly for dinner service from 5 pm until 10 pm. Making a reservation is strongly encouraged.  

Uno Mas Street Tacos + Spirits

Uno Mas Street Tacos + Spirits is our favorite place at the Sahara Hotel for enjoying the vibrant flavors of Mexico, along with a great margarita! This is a fun place to dine, with a large glass window that offers a peek at what the talented culinary staff is doing behind the scenes. The flavors are always fresh and authentic tasting. 

Some of our favorites on the menu are the chicken tinga tacos and the chips and guacamole, which we can never seem to eat enough of. Instead of happy hour specials, they offer Tequila Tuesdays, where you can drink $5 margaritas all day long – just remember to pace yourself! 

Uno Mas Street Tacos + Spirits is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 am until 11 pm. On Friday and Saturday, the hours are extended to 11 am until 2 am, with a special late-night dining menu. 

Zeffer’s Cafe

Zeffer’s Cafe at the Sahara Hotel is an elevated casual dining experience, while the menu offers recognizable breakfast and lunch favorites. The food at this bright, airy café has always been spot on, no matter what we have decided on eating. Each dish has been delicious, fresh, and perfect for brunch. 

Some of our favorite dishes on the house menu include the shrimp’n grits, lemon raspberry pancakes, the hog omelet with fingerling potatoes, and the savory grilled cheese with tomato soup. There are all sorts of great staple comfort food dishes on the menu.

Zeffer’s Cafe is open daily for breakfast, brunch, and lunch from 6 am until 2 pm. 

Prendi

Prendi is a late-night café at the Sahara Hotel, offering a unique twist on pizza and sandwiches. Both are made using their yummy focaccia bread, which is nicely different from what you get at most other pizza and sandwich shops in Las Vegas. 

The menu isn’t huge, but it’s all good food. We’re also fans of the salads, especially the Mediterranean Salad with an oregano vinaigrette. Oh, and the desserts! Prendi has a nice selection of gelato and sorbet, plus cookies!

Prendi is one of our favorite late-night restaurants in Las Vegas. They’re open daily from 4 pm until 4 am.  

The Noodle Den

The Noodle Den Restaurant of Las Vegas offers Asian specialties from northern China. The menu features handmade noodles, like the Mongolian Beef Stir Fry, which is fabulous. Another favorite is the Taiwain beef brisket pulled noodle soup. 

There are other chef specialty dishes on the menu, like kung pao shrimp, salt & pepper calamari, and spicy wontons. With a selection of appetizers, main dishes, and drinks, this is a great spot when a craving for Asian food strikes while you’re wandering along the Las Vegas Strip. 

The Noodle Den is open from 5 pm until 11 pm from Sunday through Thursday and then from 5 pm until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Chickies & Pete’s

Chickie’s & Pete’s is a sports bar that’s integrated with the William Hill Sportsbook experience. If you’re mind immediately says “no thanks” because you’re just not fond of sports bar food, which mostly falls into the category of standard appetizers and snacks, this restaurant at the Sahara Hotel & Casino is completely different. 

Guests enjoy signature dishes like the world-famous crab fries, which can be ordered topped with crabmeat or buttery lobster meat. Other house specialties include crab and street corn nachos, lobster Philly cheesesteak, and Dungeness crab. Enjoy a few cocktails and some really great food before heading to the casino, or stop by for their weekend football specials. 

Chickie’s & Pete’s is open daily from 11 am until midnight. After 10 pm, it’s bar seating only for guests 21+, with a limited menu. 

Balla Italian Soul

Balla Italian Soul at the Sahara Hotel & Casino is currently the newest Italian restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. This traditional Italian restaurant serves up a beautiful selection of traditional regional favorites, pasta, seafood, and steak. 

A few of our menu favorites include the linguine pasta with crab, chilies, and squash blossoms, along with the ribeye that’s prepared with roasted garlic and rosemary. We also can’t forget the tasting menu that’s served family-style for only $15 per person. Relax, drink a glass of wine, and enjoy a beautiful, authentic Italian dish with friends and family. 

Balla Italian Soul is open daily from 5 pm until 10 pm.
