The Sahara Las Vegas Hotel, formerly SLS Las Vegas, is a newly renovated hotel with outstanding comfort and amenities that match the other hotels on the Strip. In our opinion, the Sahara Las Vegas isn’t as large or glamorous as, say, the Bellagio, Venetian, or Caesars Palace – but that doesn’t make it any less of a great option in our book!

Rooms & Suites
The Sahara Hotel Las Vegas offers guests three beautiful towers to choose from during their stay. We like how each of the three towers offers a completely different vibe. The style and amenities of the rooms vary, depending on the tower that you choose, but we’ll likely switch between the towers for each of our upcoming stays.
Children under the age of 17 stay free at the Sahara Hotel & Casino. We think this is a great perk for families traveling to Las Vegas (like us). Two adults are included in the price of the rooms and suites, but there is a charge for other guests (adults) who stay in the room. Special requests, like laundry service or extra beds, are available for an extra bed fee.
At this time, room service is currently unavailable, but guests can order from one of the restaurants on site. It’s a bit of a hassle because you don’t have 24-hour options, but as long as you’re willing to eat during “normal” hours, it works. All rooms include standard amenities such as free wifi and air conditioning.

- Marra King Accessible – This room measures 325 sq ft and offers accessible amenities, plus perks like an in-room refrigerator, an armoire closet, and extra seating.
- Marra Legendary Suite – The Marra Legendary Suite reminds us of a modern hotel room set in an old-school suspense novel. The colors are a little dark and seductive, with a definite masculine vibe to them. The suite measures 1075 sq ft and features a separate living and sleeping area, along with a power room.
- Marra One Bedroom Suite – A sexy suite with contemporary decor, you’ll love the view from this 730 sq ft suite at the Sahara Las Vegas.
- Marra Junior Suite – Smaller than the Marra One Bedroom, this suite features contemporary decor but is cozy enough to perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway.
Dining

You’ve done a little sightseeing, maybe spent some time at the casino, and now you’re ready to eat! The Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offers a collection of great restaurants that include award-winning classics like Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres, to one of the newest Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. What all these restaurants have in common is that they offer delicious food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere.

- Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres
- Balla Italian Soul
- Noodle Den
- Chickie’s + Pete’s
- Prendi
- Uno Mas Street Tacos + Spirits
- Zeffer’s Cafe
Bars & Nightlife

When it comes to nightlife or just a place to grab a drink or two for happy hour, Sahara Las Vegas has two great options – Casbar Lounge and The Tangier.
Casbar Lounge is a swanky, elevated lounge experience where you can enjoy sophisticated cocktails, live music, and conversation with your special someone, a group of besties, or a new friend you just met.
The Tangier is a casual lounge with a bit of a retro vibe. The Tangier is located near the Sahara Las Vegas lobby, making it the perfect spot for a cocktail when you first arrive or if you need to kill a bit of time before your shuttle to the airport arrives.
Shows & Entertainment

The Sahara Hotel & Casino is the Las Vegas location of Magic Mike Live. If you want to experience the ultimate girls’ night out with a show that indulges the audience members and encourages audience participation, Magic Mike Live is for you. The show runs most evenings, except for Monday and Tuesday.
In addition to his major bachelorette party favorite, the Sahara Theatre is also home to a lineup of one-time shows and events. Comedy shows, psychic mediums that bring their air of the supernatural to the stage, and concerts are just a sampling of what might be happening on the Sahara Las Vegas stage. Make sure to keep an eye on the Sahara Theatre calendar so you don’t risk missing a great show.
Sahara Las Vegas Hotel Pool

Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offers three distinct pool areas for guests to enjoy. If you’re looking for a pool party type of vibe, our recommendation is the AZILO Ultra Pool. There’s always something happening here, whether it’s a DJ and drinks from the poolside bar, the big game playing on the huge screen, or the Mala Vida Latin Nights, which happens every Friday when the sun goes down at 9 pm.
A quieter pool experience can be had at the Alexandria rooftop pool, which is reserved only for Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino guests. The Alexandria pool is open daily from 10 am until 6 pm, weather permitting.
There’s one more rooftop pool at the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino – The Retro Pool. Don’t let the name Retro fool you. This is a great place to hang out for some modern-day fun in the sun. Guests can rent daybeds and cabanas and sip on cocktails for a relaxing pool experience. Or, you can swing by on Saturdays for the Elevate Pride Party. This pool party is for guests aged 21+ only, and half of the $20 ticket price is donated to the PRIDE Organization.
Spa & Fitness Center

The Amina Spa at Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino rivals the spa experiences of bigger hotels in Las Vegas. The on-site spa offers massages, facial treatments, body treatments, nail services, and waxing. Plus, spa guests are able to enjoy spa amenities such as the oversized experience showers, relaxing lounge room, steam room, and more.
The Amina Spa is located in the Alexandria Tower in the Sahara Las Vegas and is open on Monday and Thursday from 9 am until 6 pm and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 am until 7 pm.
The Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino also offers a state-of-the-art fitness studio with technogym cardio, weight equipment, cardio machines with personal televisions and radios, along with other amenities, including headphones and workout mats.
The fitness center in the Blanca Tower is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is rather rare for Las Vegas hotels on the Strip. Guests must be at least 18 years old to use the fitness center. There’s another fitness facility in the Alexandria Tower that keeps the same hours as the spa.
Casino

Part of the fun of staying at a hotel like the Sahara Las Vegas is testing your luck on the casino floor! The Sahara casino spans 60,000 sq ft and offers more than fifty of your favorite table games, plus over two hundred slot machines. There’s also a dedicated poker room and a sports book for all of you sports and race betting fans out there.
