Romantic Getaways In Las Vegas

Are you planning to whisk your special someone away for a romantic trip to Las Vegas? We know the city holds plenty of romance, which is why we want to share our favorite romantic getaways in Las Vegas with you.

Now, there are plenty of notoriously romantic Las Vegas hotels, but what we want to do is show you how to turn a stay in one of these hotels into the ultimate romantic getaway – even if you end up in one of the standard rooms.

Venetian Resort Las Vegas

Venetian Resort Las Vegas

The Venetian Resort has been called the most romantic hotel on the Las Vegas Strip by many. We agree that it’s the perfect backdrop for a romantic couples getaway. For starters, the Italian architecture of the Venetian sets the stage.

When you first walk into the lobby, you’re greeted with beautiful gilded ceilings, Italian sculptures, and little touches that make you think that maybe, just maybe, you somehow ended up in Venice instead of the Nevada desert.

Romance at the Venetian Hotel

You can begin your special getaway by checking into the Luxury King Suite. If it’s at all possible, we also recommend the Prestige Club Lounge Upgrade. The upgrade comes with complimentary champagne, a high-end continental breakfast, afternoon coffee & tea, plus a daily cocktail service.

All of this, plus the fact that you’re twenty-three floors above the Las Vegas Strip, make this luxurious upgrade worth it for a special weekend.

It feels worth saying that the Venetian Las Vegas Resort offers other suites that might be seen as more romantic, with jetted tubs and such, but the price of those suites might be a little cost-prohibitive if you’re on a tighter budget.

Guests who stay in the Palazzo Tower Suites enjoy all the same beauty and elegance as the Venetians, as well.

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is designed to feel like you’re truly in Venice, and this theme carries even once you’re out of the hotel.

Once outside, you can visit the Grand Canal Shoppes, stop at a replica of St Mark’s Square, and for the ultimate romantic experience at the Venetian – take a romantic gondola ride down the Grand Canal, which we think is even more beautiful and romantic if you’re able to enjoy it in the evening.

Tips For A Romantic Las Vegas Getaway At The Venetian

  • Romantic gondola rides
  • Take the Art & Architecture Tour
  • Enjoy a couple’s massage at Canyon Ranch Spa.
  • Surprise each other with special gifts at the Grand Canal Shoppes.
  • Rent a private poolside cabana.
  • See a show or concert together.
  • Enjoy sexy cocktails in a sultry atmosphere at the Rosina Cocktail Lounge.
  • Make dinner reservations at one of the fine-dining restaurants, or take a tour of the different worldly cuisines offered by Venetian restaurants.

The Venetian Hotel has put together special couples guide for lovebirds just like you.

Paris Las Vegas Resort

Paris Las Vegas Resort

We really can’t talk about a romantic getaway without mentioning one of the most romantic hotels in Las Vegas – the Paris Las Vegas Resort.

At the Paris Hotel, you might just forget for a minute that you’re in Sin City, considering there’s even a half-size, to-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower at the front of the Paris Hotel.

Creating a Romantic Getaway at the Paris Hotel

The Eiffel Tower is more than a pretty structure; it’s also where you can find one of the most romantic restaurants in Las Vegas.

The Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers floor-to-ceiling windows with a view that makes a romantic dinner even more special. That is unless you’d rather just stay in and order room service.

Any of the rooms at the Paris Las Vegas Resort could be considered romantic, but we suggest choosing one that offers a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Keep in mind that there are some drastic decor differences in the guest rooms at the Paris Hotel, ranging from soft, muted colors to bold, red hues, so choose the one that most speaks “romance” to you.

Tips for a Romantic Las Vegas Getaway at Paris Las Vegas

  • Spend the day at the outdoor pool, which sits beside the Eiffel Tower, and reserve a poolside villa for a little private, romantic alcove to escape into
  • Spend the day relaxing at the full-service spa
  • Enjoy a romantic dinner at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant
  • Enjoy a cocktail and watch the Eiffel Tower light show at night

Bellagio Hotel

Bellagio Hotel

The Bellagio Hotel is home to one of the most romantic things in Las Vegas – the Bellagio Fountains. They’re one of the most popular free attractions on the Las Vegas Strip and make for the perfect backdrop to a romantic evening.

By making the Bellagio your hotel during your stay, you can enjoy complete luxury but also enjoy the sights of the fountain from your own hotel room window.

Romance at the Bellagio

The rooms and suites at Bellagio are absolutely beautiful and can easily be described as romantic. Maybe a Fountain View King Room, with soft colors and plush seating right next to the romantic view outside of your window, is your idea of romance.

Or, perhaps you want a little more space and to feel like you have your own little paradise that you never have to leave. In this case, one of the suites, such as the romantic Salone Suite with rich, deep colors, might be perfect for you and your special someone.

Tips For a Romantic Las Vegas Getaway at the Bellagio

  • Grab a cocktail and sit by the Bellagio fountains at night when the lights and music play.
  • Sit close and enjoy the sensual atmosphere of Mayfair After Dark
  • Walk hand in hand as you explore the Bellagio Conservatory
  • Dine at the special Garden Table in the Bellagio Conservatory
  • Explore the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art
  • Dip your toes in one of the Mediterranean-style inspired swimming pools
  • Make reservations at one of the several wonderful fountain-view restaurants

Caesars Palace Las Vegas

Caesars Palace Las Vegas

Caesars Palace is one of the most iconic properties on the Las Vegas Strip. Much like the Bellagio, Caesars Palace is a Las Vegas hotel that’s as well known for its romantic architecture as it is its luxury accommodations.

Finding Romance at Caesars Palace Las Vegas

One of our favorite rooms for romance at this luxury hotel is the Octavia Tower Room. The decor in the rooms at Caesars Palace Las Vegas leans more modern and neutral than what you’ll find at some of the other hotels and our list.

However, this room, in particular, features wonderful window seating that overlooks the Garden of Gods pool. In our opinion, this is a wonderful, spacious room to spend the weekend together in.

Tips for a Romantic Las Vegas Getaway at Caesars Palace

  • The outdoor pools at Caesars Palace are absolutely gorgeous – it’s totally possible to make a romantic day of spending time at the pool
  • Work out at the fitness center and then enjoy some together time in the Roman baths at Qua Spa.
  • See a great show at the Colosseum
  • Have fun by sharing an intimate dinner at a celebrity chef’s restaurant
  • Enjoy a special night out at Vanderpump Cocktail Garden

Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel

Flamingo Parking in Las Vegas

It’s impossible to visit Las Vegas Blvd S without noticing the Flamingo. With a great location on the Las Vegas Strip, the Flamingo is close to absolutely everything, which makes it a great home base for your romantic time in Sin City.

A Special Getaway at Flamingo Las Vegas

The Flamingo might not be everyone’s idea of a perfect couple’s getaway in one of the most romantic hotels in Las Vegas. But there’s just something about the glowing pink facade that speaks romance to us.

The hotel rooms and suites at the Flamingo Las Vegas are also more affordable than some of the other resorts on our list, making this a really great option if you’re looking for a more budget-friendly romantic getaway.

Tips for a Romantic Las Vegas Getaway at Flamingo Las Vegas

  • One of our favorite places to stay at the Flamingo Las Vegas is the Flamingo Room with a view of the High Roller Observation Wheel at the Linq Hotel (it’s not a super luxury room, but the view and level of comfort is great)
  • The Wildlife Habitat at Flamingo Las Vegas is a fabulous afternoon for animal lovers
  • Purchase a commemorative brick with your name and the date of your romantic getaway to become part of the Flamingo promenade.
  • Spend the day at the adult-only Go Pool
  • Share cocktails at the intimate speakeasy called The Count Room
  • Before you head to the speakeasy, have a wonderful meal at Bugsy & Meyer’s

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

The Four Seasons Hotel is a luxury non-gaming resort that’s also one of the most romantic hotels in Las Vegas. The Four Seasons, which is adjacent to Mandalay Bay, earns its title as one of the most romantic resorts for the quiet, intimate atmosphere in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip.

It truly feels like you’ve entered an oasis that’s completely removed from Las Vegas Blvd – that is until you’re ready to go out and embrace it.

Experiencing the Ultimate in Romantic Hotels at Four Seasons

The special touches at the Four Seasons are part of the romantic allure of the hotel. There’s nothing about the rooms that feel too cold or modern.

Instead, they feel like a romantic hideaway, that’s a place where only the two of you exist.

When you choose a room for your romantic getaway, you choose a Strip view, stadium view, or city view. Our favorite rooms for a romantic time with someone special is either the Strip View Studio or the Strip View One Bedroom Suite.

Tips for a Romantic Las Vegas Getaway at the Four Seasons

  • Enjoy direct access to Mandalay Bay Beach
  • Treat yourself to the Forbes 5-Star spa
  • Enjoy the tranquility at the pool
  • Let the Four Seasons take care of dinner reservations and transportation for you.
  • Stay in for a night and just enjoy the luxury and time together!

A Few More Suggestions

romantic hotel for your special Las Vegas getaway

Maybe you’re not looking for a classically romantic hotel for your special Las Vegas getaway. These hotels offer great rooms & suites, plus fun attractions and award-winning shows.

The definition of romance varies from couple to couple, so it’s worth checking out these Las Vegas hotels also to see if they offer what you’re looking for

  • Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas (upscale)
  • Red Rock Casino & Resort (a bit removed from the chaos)
  • Mirage Hotel
  • Wynn Las Vegas
  • Excalibur Hotel
  • MGM Grand Hotel
  • Aria Resort
  • New York New York Hotel
  • Treasure Island a Radisson Hotel (much more casual)

Budget-Friendly Las Vegas Getaways

If you’re on a budget, it’s important to factor resort fees into the cost of your getaway. Resort fees are practically unavoidable in Las Vegas, but they do cover perks like access to at least one or two outdoor pools, access to the business center (we know, just what you need on a romantic getaway), free wifi, access to the fitness center, occasionally free parking, and more.

Another tip, if you’re looking for the best deal, is to check out different booking sights and play around with the check-in and check-out start date. Prices for hotels in Las Vegas vary widely depending on which days stay. Changing the date by just a day or two can make a huge difference in the cost.

Finally, you don’t want to spend your money and plan a special time and then find that the hotel you’ve chosen doesn’t live up to expectations. Always look at the verified traveler reviews to get an honest sense of what the hotel is like.
