The Sugar Factory Las Vegas, which recently moved from its Fashion Show Mall location to a new location at Harmon Corner, just a short distance from Planet Hollywood, contributes a lot of sugary naughtiness to Sin City. The location is massive, offering three floors, plus patio seating and lots of extras to make the most of your visit. Las Vegas Blvd has never looked so sweet. 

The Sugar Factory has locations in some of the largest cities around the world, including New York, Chicago, Miami, and Dubai, along with Las Vegas. Thanks to the Sugar Factory, having an insatiable sweet tooth has turned into the newest trend, with celebrity endorsements from the likes of Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Drake, Kylie Jenner, and a long list of other famous faces being seen enjoying themselves at this sweet hotspot. 

One can easily argue that the Sugar Factory American Brasserie isn’t just America’s favorite eatery or a candy store, but an experience that’s not to be missed in Las Vegas, NV. 

You can barely walk into the first floor of the Sugar Factory on Las Vegas Blvd before you get the sense that you’ve entered into a paradise of sorts. The decor is over-the-top, making for some very Insta-worthy moments. There’s a gold staircase that’s lined with neon artwork, a lifesize flower wall, and of course, the famous 3D candy heart wall. Reminiscent of the little candy hearts you shared with your valentine as a kid, these ones are super-sized and feature sayings like “Vegas Baby” and “Viva Las Vegas”!

There’s also the sheer size of the Sugar Factory American Brasserie that will blow you away. The place is huge, spanning more than 14,000 sq ft. Their dining space offers 230 seats, plus a few generously sized bar areas. There’s a bar on the mezzanine level that comes complete with a carousel, and also another bar on the patio with outdoor seating featuring fire pits and some of the best people-watching on the Las Vegas Strip. 

So, if you’re walking along Las Vegas Boulevard, and come to Harmon Corner, here are just a few of the reasons that you should make a detour into the Sugar Factory. 

With a name like Sugar Factory, you kind of expect to walk into a larger-than-life candy store. While the Sugar Factory definitely doesn’t fall short on pleasing the sweet tooth, there’s so much more that they offer – including an incredible restaurant experience on the Las Vegas Strip. 

Of course, the dining room is just as decadent as everything you’ll find on the menu. Located on the third floor, you’ll find red velvet booths and chairs (maybe you’re also seeing the connection between red velvet cake and the decor). 

The Sugar Factory on the Las Vegas Strip is a great adult playground, but it’s also a family-friendly establishment, so you can bring the entire crew and have a great time – well, at least until the sugar crash hits.

Sugar Factory Las Vegas Menu

Even when you’re living the sweet life, there are times you want something savory and delicious. The Sugar Factory doesn’t disappoint, and they even manage to infuse their regular menu with their famous Sugar Factory flair. 

Some highlights of the menu feature some seriously good food, like the Sugar Factory Rainbow Sliders, served on brightly colored slider buns with a complimentary rubber duckie that you can take home. If sliders are a bit too petite for your appetite, try one of the Monster Burgers with signature fries. Choose between burgers like the Waffle Breakfast Burger, the South Beach Flair with shrimp, or the Flaming Hot Cheetos Burger (yes, the bun is crusted with Flaming Hot Cheetos). 

If pure decadence is on the menu, there’s always the 24K Gold Burger. This is the Sugar Factory Signature Monster Burger covered in gold, served with gold-dusted french fries, truffle ketchup, and the Holly Gold Insane Milkshake. Burgers, gold, and chocolate. Can it get any better than that?

There are also some entrees on the menu at the Sugar Factory Las Vegas. We’re talking Roasted Lobster Mac & Cheese, Chicken & Waffles with vanilla bean waffles and maple syrup, Roasted Lobster Tail Frites, and their signature Brick Chicken. All this talk about their food is making us hungry!

Sweets and Desserts 

It just doesn’t seem right to crowd the sweets at the Sugar Factory Las Vegas in with the rest of the menu, so here’s a special section devoted entirely to the sugar-loaded section of the menu. 

Some of the sweet treats that the Sugar Factory Las Vegas is most known for are their milkshakes – both Old Fashioned and Insane. The Old Fashioned Milkshakes feature all your favorite classic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, plus Butterfinger and the Chocolate Cookie Jar. 

The Insane Milkshakes are way over the top, served in candy-dipped mugs, loaded with ice cream and all the toppings, plus heaps of garnishes like full-size cookies, cupcakes, lollipops, and smores. To give you a taste of the Insane Milkshakes, choices include the Nutella Banana Milkshake, Campfire Spiked S’mores Milkshake (non-alcoholic version also available, and the Caramel Sugar Daddy Cheesecake Milkshake. Serious yum!

We don’t want to forget about the other sweets on the menu, like the Cookie Skillet and the Dessert Fondue. Then, there are the sundaes. These masterpieces are made with homemade ice cream and are irresistible. For starters, there’s the Chocolate Blackout with chocolate homemade ice cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, chocolate pearls, chocolate brownies, and chocolate shavings. We’re picking up on a theme here. 

Then there’s the Banana Split, which is your standard chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream, but then they top it with caramelized bananas, all sorts of sweet sauces, chocolate malt balls, and rainbow swirls. 

Finally, there’s the King Kong Sundae. Don’t try to eat this alone. The King Kong Sundae is built to satisfy a dozen sugar-craving maniacs like yourself. The King Kong Sundae is twenty-four scoops of ice cream that’s topped with caramelized bananas, three sauces, marshmallows, cookie pieces, a glazed donut, red velvet cupcake, gummy bears, candy, waffle cones, unicorn pops, candy necklaces, and sparklers in case the sundae itself isn’t enough of a showstopper for your table. 

It’s Las Vegas, and the Sugar Factory lives up to the Sin City hype with their cocktail menu. Their Oversized Smoking Candy Goblets are famous, and because the Sugar Factory is a celebrity hotspot, many of the Goblets were designed by their famous patrons. 

The Sugar Factory in Las Vegas features a walk-up goblet bar, which you can access from the pedestrian bridge that’s located on the corner of Harmon and the Las Vegas Strip. Yes, you can get your drinks to go, but we’re not sure how long you’ll be able to stand upright after drinking them!

Each Candy Shop Goblet is served in a massive goblet glass, smoking as it’s placed in front of you. You can choose your favorite Candy Shop Goblet from a menu of about two dozen choices. 

A few of the favorites we found include the Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita. This beauty was designed by John Varvatos and Nick Jonas and features Villa One Tequila, Grand Marnier, strawberries, pink Cadillac gummies, and a few other sweet surprises. This one is really easy to drink.

We also like the Candy Shop designed by 50 Cent, which is blended with Branson Cognac, Teremana Tequila, Malibu rum, lots of fresh juices, and some fruity gummy candies. The People’s Watermelon Cadillac Margarita by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is also a tasty drink. This one includes Teremana Tequila, Grand Marnier, pineapple juice, lime, and Sour Patch watermelon gummies. 

Finally, the Raspberry Watermelon Mojito by Bruno Mars is the perfect summertime drink, with Selvarey Rum, fresh fruit juices, mint, and fruity gummies. This drink is perfect for taking the edge off a hot summer day in Las Vegas. 

The list goes on and on, but we’re sure you’ll find something that you love. All Candy Shop Goblets are also available in non-alcoholic versions for a reduced price. Even if the goblets aren’t your thing, there’s an equally yummy list of martini-style drinks and cocktails that are nothing short of delectable. 

So, there are lots to eat, drink, and indulge your sweet tooth in, but there are a few other things worth taking note of in the Sugar Factory on the Las Vegas Strip. The first is the Candy Dot Rock Climbing Wall. This is a rock climbing wall that looks like a sheet of Candy Dots, but each of the dots is actually a foot or hand hold. This is great fun, and the rock climbing wall is also a great way to burn off some of that extra sugar energy. 

The Sugar Factory wouldn’t be the same without one of the best candy stores in Las Vegas. The Sugar Factory Candy Shop features more than 500 different types of candy. You can browse from the extensive collection of sweets, choose a celebrity-themed box, or go for one of their famous Couture Pops. 

The Sugar Factory is also a great place to host an event or party in Las Vegas, NV. From bachelorette parties and birthday parties to just a party to celebrate friendship; the Sugar Factory is a sweet place to be. They even handle groups of larger party size, including weddings and baby showers.
