Wynn Buffet

Last Updated on January 16, 2023

Eating at a Las Vegas buffet is a much different experience than at a fine dining restaurant because the menu is far more expansive. Buffet dining allows you to eat as much good quality food as you wish without racking up a huge bill.

The Wynn Buffet was one of the first high-end buffets in Vegas, though the Wynn Las Vegas has continued to be a top destination for getting items that have been taken off of the menu at other buffets, like prime rib and crab legs.

They actually serve a wide selection of quality, delicious foods you can’t find anywhere else, which is why it is a popular buffet, especially for those who like to taste a little bit of everything.

Take a look at the Wynn Buffet price, menus, hours, ways to save, and more.

Buffet at Wynn Menus

First up, here’s a sampling of the menus for breakfast, brunch, and dinner at the Wynn Buffet.

Wynn Breakfast Buffet

Breakfast is a favorite time to visit the Wynn Buffet. The ambiance is one of the best places in Vegas to start your day. Everything is colorful, light, open, and airy. The atmosphere is just one of the reasons it made our best breakfast buffets list.

The food is also world-class. Now is it the best breakfast food in Vegas? No, because there are tons of fantastic restaurants in Las Vegas, but it is a good buffet for a delicious meal that will satisfy anyone at your table.

Whether you want biscuits and gravy, French toast, a big plate of bacon, hashbrowns, or a french pastry that’s out of this world, you can find a little of everything for breakfast at the Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas.

There’s a large assortment of flaky breakfast pastries, including croissants, danish, muffins, and sticky buns. Look at those croissants! They must have a thousand layers each.

However, by far, the most popular thing on the breakfast buffet menu is the omelet and benedict station, serving up fresh eggs benedict, custom omelets, and eggs any way that you like them.

Brunch Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas

Wynn Brunch Cheese Bread

Is Sunday brunch a must among you and your friends? You’re in luck!

The Wynn are masters at creating an eye-catching display of foods from around the world for a perfect brunch. In the photo, they feature dried fruit, cheese, and bread, though you’ll also find smoked salmon, jams, and jellies to go with it.

In fact, on the brunch buffet, you can get all of your favorite dishes from breakfast like the pancakes, a cheese omelet, or eggs benedict, plus lunch menu items like sushi, truffle pizza, a salad bar, and pasta.

There’s even some seafood like shrimp, though you won’t find crab legs on the brunch menu. However, many people like to go for a late lunch around 2:30 p.m. and wait until the hot crab legs are put out for dinner which is served at 3 p.m.

Wynn Brunch Buffet Liquor Infused Fruit

Besides the usual fare we’ve mentioned, the Wynn brunch buffet menu also has spiked fruit like Malibu Rum Spiked Pineapple, Tequila Spiked Watermelon, and Port Wine Poached Pears.

You have to try one of the pears with a side of cheese. It’s truly a special food combination and might just go down as the best thing you ate.

Additionally, the carving station is a highlight of brunch, with each meat being perfectly cooked and accompanied by grilled vegetables and other food, too.

Gourmet Dinner vs. Standard Dinner Buffet

You’ll notice that the Wynn Buffet has brunch, gourmet brunch, dinner, and gourmet dinner, so you’re probably wondering… what in the world is the difference?!

Well, gourmet brunch and gourmet dinner, which are served on the weekends, focus on higher quality cuts of meat and a few more options of various meats on the carving station.

Though the carving station is always fantastic, even during the week, if you prefer to dine on the best of the best, the gourmet brunch and dinner buffets are the way to go.

Dinner Menu Favorites

Dishes you can expect on both dinner buffets include Asian favorites like Thai chicken wings, fried rice, and stir-fry and Italian options like pasta, meatballs, and cutlets.

Additionally, you’ll find Latin selections such as tamales, fajitas, and enchiladas; and premium food includes crab legs, prime rib, and sashimi.

The Wynn Buffet has dishes from all over the world at dinner, though comfort foods like mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, fried chicken, and more are available as well.

Desserts at Wynn

The Wynn focuses on mini desserts for their dessert bar because, honestly, who wants an entire piece of pie or cake, when you can sample two bites of several types of desserts?! Chocolate lava cake, creme brulee, and carrot cake are just a few of the options.

Wynn Dessert Buffet

The dessert station also features a Gelato Bar with rotating flavor options and an array of toppings, too.

And, who doesn’t love sweets on a stick? They offer cake pops, candied apples, cheesecake pops, and brownie pops. Luckily, dessert is served on the breakfast, brunch, and dinner buffet, so no matter the time of day, you can always eat a sweet treat after indulging.

Dietary Options at the Wynn Buffet

When we took a look at the best buffets for those with special dietary needs, Wynn Las Vegas rated quite high on our list. since the owner Steve Wynn is a strict vegan himself, he has ensured that the Wynn Buffet caters to a variety of dietary preferences.

You’ll find vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and Halal-compliant foods. To know which things you can eat, simply ask one of the chefs, who will walk you through the buffet and point out each dish that fits your needs.

Don’t worry, every time we have asked for dietary accommodations at the Wynn Buffet, the chefs have been more than happy to help, so you shouldn’t feel like it is a hassle!

Unlimited Pours Package

Most non-alcoholic beverages are included with the standard Wynn Buffet price, though if you want a cocktail or pint of beer, the Endless Pours Package is excellent. For a set price of $29.99 per person, you can get all-you-can-drink beer, wine, mimosas, and select cocktails.

Keep in mind that you’re all your all-you-can-drink package has a time limit of two hours, just like you only have two hours to enjoy the Wynn buffet as a whole. Because of this, we recommend opting for the package right when you arrive so you can make the most of it.

Wynn Buffet Renovations

In November 2015, the Wynn buffet did a $3.6 million renovation, including new interior awnings, ceiling panels, a larger space of 23,632 sq feet, close to Caesar’s Bacchanal Buffet’s 25,000 sq ft, and several other interior decor and kitchen upgrades.

Wynn Buffet

Since then, the Wynn Buffet has continued to offer more than 90 food options, with most being small plates. Many of the dishes are also cooked in small batches. Utilizing small batches and individual plating ensures you are always getting the food nice and fresh.

They continue to have 15 live-action stations where food is cooked right in front of you like the…

  • Rotisserie wall of lamb, South American rodizio barbeque, dry-rubbed rotisserie chicken, and the coveted prime rib.
  • Rotating grill for pancakes and crepes with toppings like red velvet chocolate chip, mixed berry compote, and strawberry shortcake or street tacos with tons of yummy salsas.
  • Tandoori station featuring a firey clay oven cooking up kebab meats, vegetables, and naan.

  1. Is there a time limit on your buffet?
We are a older couple and don’t eat as fast as we use too in our younger days.

    1. While the Wynn Buffet does not state a time limit, they have a 2-hour time limit on the Endless Pour cocktails, and most buffets in Vegas appreciate a 2 hour sitting limit.

  2. Do you do a discount for ladies that have has a gastric band fitted.
Even a child’s portion would be to much for me to eat. I would just love to come to the buffet, as I have heard how amazing it is.
    Yours sincerely
