The Wynn Buffet has been closed indefinitely following their reopening.
The Wynn Buffet was one of the first high-end buffets in Vegas. They serve a wide selection of quality delicious foods you can’t find anywhere else, in their renovated dining room and kitchen.
Wynn Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast is one of my favorite times to visit the Wynn Buffet. The ambiance is one of the best places in Vegas to start your day. Everything is colorful, light, open, and airy. The atmosphere is just one of the reasons it made our best breakfast buffets list.
The food is also world-class. Now is it the best breakfast food in Vegas? No, but it is fantastic for the amount of selection they serve at each meal – breakfast, brunch, and dinner. So whether you want biscuits and gravy or eggs benedict or a french pastry that’s out of this world, you can find a little of everything at the Wynn.
There’s a large assortment of flaky breakfast pastries including croissants, danish, muffins, and sticky buns. Look at those croissants! They must have a thousand layers each.
Brunch at the Wynn Buffet
The Wynn are masters at creating an eye catching display of foods from around the world for brunch. Here they feature dried fruits, cheeses, and breads.
Besides the usual fare, the Wynn brunch buffet has spiked fruit like…
- Malibu Rum Spiked Pineapple
- Tequila Spike Watermelon
- Port Wine Poached Pears
Desserts at Wynn
The Wynn was the first place I had ever seen the mini desserts years ago. Because, honestly, who wants an entire piece of pie or cake, when you can sample two bites of several types of desserts!
The Gelato Bar has a six options with an array of toppings, too.
And, who doesn’t love dessert on a stick. They offer cake pops, candied apples, cheesecake pops, and brownie pops.
Renovations in 2015
In November 2015, the Wynn buffet did a $3.6 million renovation including new interior awnings, ceiling panels, a larger space of 23,632 sq feet, close to Caesar’s Bacchanal Buffet’s 25,000 sq ft, and several other interior decor and kitchen upgrades.
The new buffet menu has 120 new food options, with most being small plates. They now have 15 live action stations featuring…
- Rotisserie wall of lamb, South American rodizio barbeque, and prime rib
- Rotating grill for pancakes or street tacos
- Rotating gelato display
They even added a candy and chocolate fountain!
