Some fast food chains are famous for being open late at night, including Denny’s, IHOP, and White Castle. Thankfully, you can find these chains throughout Las Vegas Blvd and the areas surrounding the Strip. 

If you are just craving late-at-night munchies, no one is going to fault you for choosing fast food. It works in a pinch, and sometimes that’s the only thing you’re really down for eating. 

With that said, we’re going to focus on the most popular Las Vegas Strip restaurants open late. 

Grand Lux Café

Yes, this is a chain restaurant that actually is a “sister business” to the Cheesecake Factory, but it’s still a great pick. This menu features tons of different foods ranging from egg rolls to pasta. The menu also has a bunch of nice drinks, too. 

If you’ve been to a Grand Lux Cafe before, you already know they have vegan options and vegetarian options. Their overnight menu is great, but be careful. This can get crowded on Saturday nights. 

The Backstage Deli (Luxor)

If you are near Luxor, Las Vegas, then you might want to check out this restaurant. Delicious food that feels like it’s straight from Manhattan awaits. It’s open 24 hours a day, Wednesday through Sunday. Their pastrami sandwiches are loaded!

Their hot sandwiches are popular, but then again, so are their cold sandwiches too. It’s one of the best 24-hour restaurants on the Vegas Strip, close to a casino floor. 

Earl of Sandwich (Planet Hollywood)

Another place to get a quick bite in the form of cold sandwiches is the Earl of Sandwich. Though this chain has several venues in and around Las Vegas Blvd, the truth is that only one is actually open all day, every day. 

This British-owned shop is a great way to get your sandwich on. They’re also fairly affordable, which is always a plus. 

America (New York-New York)

It only makes sense that this Las Vegas restaurant ends up located in a casino named after one of the greatest cities in the world. This upscale venue features classic American comfort food like chicken fried steak as well as waffles and delicious all-day breakfast items. 

Oh…and their apple pie is amazing. It’s a must! This is a great choice if you weren’t able to make it to the Oyster Bar or The Golden Tiki but still want to have dinner dishes that are upscale and cool in their own right. 

Besides, who doesn’t like hanging out in New York-New York?

The Henry (Cosmopolitan)

The Henry is one of the most popular places near the Cosmopolitan. Elegant yet comfortable, The Henry is mostly about offering up classic Americana on a plate. Expect to see favorites like roast turkey sandwiches, Brioche French toast with maple syrup, and a wide array of delicious treats. 

If you have a picky eater, go here. There is something for everyone. You’ll like their sloppy joes. 

Side Betty Grill (MGM/BetMGM Sportsbook)

If you are near BetMGM’s Sportsbook, then your best bet is the Side Betty Grill. This grill is all about sports and sports bar food. If you need wings, burgers, nachos, and beer, then you’ll be able to sate your late-night cravings here. 

The Side Betty Grill offers a lot of options, including a killer double cheeseburger. If you’ve been craving chicken wings on the Las Vegas Strip, this is a great place to get those late-night munchies on. 

White Castle

While you can find amazing places open late on and near the Strip, the truth is that your options are going to be limited in the wee hours of the night into the morning. If you are okay with fast food and are okay with cheap prices, you might want to check out White Castle. 

This fast-food restaurant was basically designed for late-night cravings. While restaurants in Las Vegas can get more expensive, there’s nothing wrong with the extensive menu that comes from this classic fast food joint. 

Kimchi Korean BBQ

Good Korean barbecue seems to be hard to find, but don’t worry. You have a few options in Las Vegas. One of the best 24-hour restaurants on the Strip is Kimchi. It serves up sushi, Korean BBQ, and some of the best cocktails you can buy. 

This is a great place to go if you want something along the lines of fried rice or sushi. You’ll love this venue. 

These restaurants aren’t open 24 hours like the ones above, but they do stay open late for some late-night dining. 

El Dorado Cantina

So, this isn’t just one restaurant. There are three different locations in the Las Vegas Valley. This micro-chain is almost synonymous with Mexican dining and remains one of the best late-night restaurants to be seen off the Strip. The location on Sammy Davis Jr Dr is the closest to S Las Vegas Blvd.

El Dorado tends to be open 24/7. It’s a good place to go.

Peppermill Restaurant

It’s worth noting that the Peppermill Restaurant is not open 24 hours anymore. Even so, it’s open very late at night and can serve up traditional comfort food like few other restaurants in Las Vegas can. If you are yearning for some comfort food in a lounge setting, you’ll like this place. 

It rivals the Golden Tiki in terms of drinks. The only downside is that it closes at 11 pm on weekdays and will shutter a bit later at night during the weekends.

Hash House A-Go-Go (LINQ)

At one point, this was one of the most popular all-nighter restaurants on the Strip. Since the pandemic, the restaurant has started to close down at 2 am nightly. That didn’t stop their corned beef hash from being one of the best in the city. 

Secret Pizza (The Cosmopolitan)

If you are over the idea of eating chicken wings but still want something that’s affordable, there’s some good news for you at the Cosmopolitan. Secret Pizza, a super chic pizza joint, has a late-night menu that is worth checking out. It features — you guessed it, pizza!

The only downside to this venue is that it is not a 24-hour restaurant. This venue closes at 4 am. The good news is that if you booked a room at the Cosmopolitan, you can get some late-night room service without too much of a hassle. 

• You should keep an eye out for your itinerary and location. Casino Royale, for example, has White Castle, but many other restaurants on Las Vegas Blvd might be better if you have extra time. 
• No matter where you go, aim for a restaurant that suits your appetite. If you want prime rib, you can get it. If you want short rib Benedict, you can also get that, too. No matter what you want, you can find it in Las Vegas on a late-night menu. 
• Consider eating before you hit the casino floor. If you are anywhere near Las Vegas Blvd, then you have a bunch of amazing options for dining during regular hours. 
• If you’re in Downtown Las Vegas instead of the Strip, you can try the Oyster Bar, the Golden Tiki, Siegel’s 1941 at El Cortez…It’s worth taking time out of your day to try one of these venues. There is nothing quite like Vegas dining. 
• People who have special dietary needs should research their options ahead of time. You can find specific guides on vegan food in Vegas online. Going gluten-free or similar may require a little more research than you’d expect. Many restaurants have a trimmed-down menu for late-night food and might not have as many options for special dietary preferences. 
• If it’s very late at night, you might want to stick to a venue closer to your hotel. Don’t worry. The MGM Grand, Sahara, Luxor Hotel, Caesars Palace, and most others have at least one place that’s open late. 
• If you need vegetarian and vegan options, make sure to do some research ahead. Nothing is worse than looking for a late-night menu and realizing the closest thing to vegan on the menu is the bun on a spicy chicken sandwich.
