1. Sushi Koma

Sushi Koma is located on Flamingo Road, right off the Las Vegas Strip. Their menu can be enjoyed al a cart or all-you-can-eat style. Sushi Koma calls their all-you-can-eat option the “sushi till you Koma” order.

Sushi until you’re stuffed for $24.99 at lunch and $28.99 at dinner. That price doesn’t include drinks or sashimi, but it does include an impressive list of appetizers, nigiri, raw fish rolls, and specialty rolls with no raw fish. 

There is an extra fee for any leftovers, so order wisely! 

2. Goyemon Sushi House

Goyemon Sushi House on Decatur Boulevard was one of the first sushi restaurants in Las Vegas to offer an all-you-can-eat option. Their all-you-can-eat sushi is $26.95 per person for lunch and $31.95 per person for dinner. Lunch patrons have an hour to eat to their heart’s content, while dinner guests have 90 minutes.

AYCE sushi guests can’t take any leftovers home, but you can share leftovers with other AYCE sushi guests! Select from various sides: nigiri, regular rolls, vegetable rolls, deep-fried rolls, and desserts.

Goyemon has a reputation for serving only the freshest fish in Las Vegas, so there’s no doubt this will be an exceptional sushi experience.

Yama Sushi has an AYCE option for lunch and dinner. Lunch starts at $30.95 per person for 90 minutes of dining time. Dinner starts at $34.95 for 2 hours of dining time. They have multiple locations in Las Vegas at Flamingo, Chinatown, and on the Strip.

Similar to other AYCE sushi restaurants, there is an extra charge on all leftovers, including rice.

Start with a delicious appetizer, soup, or salad before moving on to the sushi. The all-you-can-eat sushi menu at Yama includes hand rolls, cut rolls, special rolls, and deep-fried rolls. Choose from traditional ice cream or mochi ice cream for dessert.

4. Oyshi Sushi

The exact pricing for all-you-can-eat sushi at Oyshi isn’t available online, but you can visit the restaurant during lunch or dinner to see the complete menu and pricing.

5. Umiya Sushi

Umiya Sushi is another all-you-can-eat sushi spot on Flamingo Road. The menu at Umiya is a great example of classic Japanese cuisine. Get started with a selection of soups, salads, and noodles.

6. Sushi Kaya

Sushi Kaya sits in the center of Las Vegas on Spring Mountain Road, just minutes off the Strip. The expansive sushi menu includes sweet shrimp nigiri, baked rolls, and several specialty rolls. That’s only scratching the surface of what you can order on the AYCE offer!

All-you-can-eat lunch at Sushi Kaya is $25.95, and dinner is $32.95. It has countless reviews that site impeccable service and high-quality sushi in a great location on Spring Mountain Rd.

7. Jjanga Steak and Sushi

8. Sushi Mon

Sushi Mon on Sahara Ave is another great place to eat sushi close to the Las Vegas Strip. It has happy hour with half-price drinks, an impressive AYCE menu, and exceptional customer service. 

The AYCE option includes classics like the salmon belly and yellow tail and more exciting options like octopus and surf clam. Maki rolls, no rice rolls, and sushi chefs special rolls are included in the AYCE sushi special too.

ALl you can eat sushi is available all day for $31.99. Guests have 90 minutes of dining time. An extra charge applies for leftovers, so guests are encouraged to order just what they can eat. No customized sushi rolls can be ordered with the AYCE offer.

9. Sushi Ichiban at El Cortez

Sushi Ichiban is an AYCE sushi location on the always-bustling Fremont Street. This restaurant embodies sushi in Las Vegas with exciting sushi rolls, including the XXX roll, James Bond 007 roll, and sex on the beach roll, just to name a few. 

The restaurant offers nigiri, traditional appetizers, baked rolls, and deep-fried rolls for customers who like to stick with what they know.

All-you-can-eat sushi is available all day for $29.95. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are always a priority, making this one of the top sushi destinations in Las Vegas.

10. Biwon Korean BBQ

Biwon Korean BBQ on Saraha Ave serves sushi and authentic Korean BBQ. Rolls, including the threesome, sun devil, and red rock, will shake up your sushi game! This is another menu that will make you remember you’re eating sushi in Las Vegas, not just a normal town. 

All-you-can-eat sushi is available all day for $29.95 with a 90-minute limit and at lunch for $24.95 with a 60-minute limit. 

Your entire table must order all-you-can-eat sushi or al a carte. Any leftovers, including rice and salad, will be charged at an al-a-carte price. A mix of order types for one table is not permitted.

11. Gorilla Sushi

Gorilla Sushi is right off the Strip on Tropicana Ave. This is one of the few AYCE sushi destinations that includes sashimi on the AYCE menu. You’ll also find baked rolls, deep-fried rolls, sushi chefs specials, appetizers, and desserts.

All-you-can-eat sushi at Gorilla is $24.95 for lunch and $28.95 for dinner. Guests are encouraged to order a little at a time to enjoy the sushi at its freshest and prevent food waste. All guests have a 90-minute order limit, regardless of the time of day. 

There is an additional charge for leftover food, including rice. Children’s AYCE pricing doesn’t include sashimi, uni, amaebi, or oysters.

12. Sushi Way

Sushi Way on Paradise Rd is one of the restaurants offering all you can eat sushi and half-priced happy hour, and sushi bar specials. All-you-can-eat sushi is $31.95 all day with a 90-minute time limit. 

Whether you’re stopping in for lunch or dinner, the expansive menu at Sushi Way will have everything you need and more. Fun names like who is your daddy, I love my ass, and sexy lazy make ordering a unique experience. 

Finish your meal with dessert food, including tempura ice cream, mochi, and affogato.

13. Hikari Japenese Steakhouse

Hikari Japenese Steakhouse on S. Buffalo Drive has more to offer than most restaurants on the list since there’s a full steakhouse menu in addition to the sushi menu. Sushi lovers can enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu starting at $23.95 for lunch and $27.95 for dinner. There’s also a premium option for $34.95. Premium pricing unlocks the sashimi menu, while regular lunch and dinner pricing doesn’t include any sashimi.

Choose from a selection of fresh nigiri, appetizers, no-rice rolls, deep-fried rolls, tempura rolls, and more! Extra fees apply for leftover food, and sharing is not permitted.

It Sushi on Spring Mountain Road doesn’t have its full menu or pricing available to view online, but plenty of glowing testimonials make it worth the gamble! Guests note a quick dining experience, high-quality sushi, and a fun atmosphere. 

The AYCE menu does include dessert, so you can end your meal on a sweeter note. Its Sushi is open from 11 AM to 2 AM daily, making this one of the most flexible sushi destinations in Las Vegas that can fit into even the busiest of itineraries.  

15. Sakana Sushi

Sakana Sushi on S Maryland Pkwy is another AYCE sushi restaurant with minimal information available online apart from customer reviews, but those reviews are raving about the food quality and service at Sakana! 

This restaurant is popular among Las Vegas locals. Customers note that the nigiri has the perfect ratio of rice to fish, which any sushi lover knows is hard to find! Visit Sakana in person to try the AYCE menu for yourself, or call for more info.

16. Sushi Hero

Sushi Hero is a superhero-inspired sushi spot with two Las Vegas locations on Eastern Ave and Flamingo Rd. Their menu includes classic sushi meals that feature tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and more. 

AYCE menu and pricing are not available online, but the success of their first location and opening of the second prove that Sushi Hero is well worth a stop while you’re in Sin City.
