With literally thousands of restaurants in Las Vegas, NV, it’s almost impossible to choose. From the overall best breakfast in Las Vegas to the tastiest grab-and-go or fine dining morning meal, this guide will point you in the right direction. 

The options of where to get breakfast in Las Vegas, NV, are a little overwhelming. There are so many to choose from, and it seems like each one does their own thing. We’ve tried many of them and have come up with a list of our favorites in several categories. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s a Vegas breakfast hotspot that’s a perfect start to your day. 

It’s a gorgeous Las Vegas morning. The sun isn’t yet too hot, there’s just the slightest bit of a breeze, and you love the idea of sitting outside, enjoying the views of the Las Vegas Blvd. What spot do you choose for breakfast? Mon Ami Gabi is a favorite for breakfast and lunch, with dishes with a touch of French and American flair. 

Mon Ami Gabi earns its spot among the best breakfast restaurants in Las Vegas for popular dishes like several varieties of eggs benedict. Choose between traditional with Canadian bacon, or try the dish with spicy andouille sausage or smoked salmon. There’s also a gluten-free version of eggs benedict with chickpea croutons. 

French toast with blueberries and whipped cream is another favorite, along with the chocolate hazelnut Nutella waffle. Enjoy a cafe latte, British breakfast tea, or fresh-pressed juice with your breakfast. There are cocktails available, including one of the best bloody mary’s you’ll find on the Strip. To sweeten the deal even more, Mon Ami Gabi’s prices are very reasonable, so you’re not going to break the bank on the first meal of the day. 

Mon Ami Gabi is located in the Paris Las Vegas on Las Vegas Blvd. They’re open for breakfast daily from 7 am – 11 am. 

On a search for someplace to grab a great cup of coffee and maybe a little brekkie to go with it? PublicUs, located on Fremont St in Downtown Las Vegas, is part coffee house and part cafe that’s the best place to eat breakfast in Vegas. With an eclectic vibe and a solid dedication to upholding the highest standards for their coffee, PublicUs draws a diverse crowd that loves coffee culture.

While coffee and breakfast go hand in hand, what we’re really focused on here is the food. PublicUs is a restaurant that has some seriously delicious brekkie offerings at great prices. Trie the corned beef hash with a spicy coconut Sriracha sauce, or the Waffle for the People with chestnut brittle, apple butter, and pomegranate syrup. Pair these with a Kyoto Tower Iced Coffee, and you’ll be set for whatever a day in Las Vegas throws at you. 

Hash House a Go-Go wins the tops spot for the best breakfast in Las Vegas with a unique twist. First, the presentation is almost always a little over the top. Andy’s World Famous Sage Fried Chicken and Waffles is a crazy stack of hickory-smoked bacon waffle tower and a hot syrup reduction with sage fried chicken stacked way on top. The sage fried chicken also comes in eggs benedict form. 

The portions at Hash House a Go-Go are more than generous. Some of their dishes are served in troughs if you need the reminder of how badly you’re blowing your diet. Hash House a Go-Go prides itself on serving twisted farm food, like their Twisted Flapjacks, with your choice of blueberry, brown sugar banana, chocolate chip, blueberry lemon curd, cinnamon roll, or snickers. 

We also love Hash House a Go-Go because they support local charities and regularly give back to the community. 

Hash House a Go-Go has six locations in the Las Vegas, NV area. You can find them at the LINQ, on W. Flamingo Rd, Charleston Blvd, the Plaza on Main Street, West Sahara Ave, and Henderson. All locations open daily at 8 am, except for Flamingo Rd, which is currently closed, and the location in Henderson, which is officially opening in August 2021. Closing times vary by location, so do a quick check before heading out if you’re not the early morning type. 

Let’s talk about pancakes. They’re perfect when they’re golden brown and fluffy, and each person has their own ideas about what topping and add-ins make them the best. You don’t have to worry about the heated pancake debate when deciding where to take the family for breakfast in Las Vegas because BabyStacks Cafe has them all.

First of all, BabyStack Cafe’s menu is huge. There’s no way your table of diverse appetites won’t all find something they love on the menu. There are more than twenty different flavors of pancakes on the menu. The Red Velvet Pancakes with cream cheese syrup is one of their best sellers. Still, it’s hard not to notice all the other choices like Cinnabon, chocolate chip, banana foster, mocha chip, lemon ricotta, and orange creamsicle that’s drizzled with orange icing and cream cheese syrup. Talk about satisfying your sweet tooth. 

Of course, there are tons of non-pancake options on the menu. Crepes, French toast, skillet meals, biscuits and sausage gravy, corned beef hash and eggs, and just about any breakfast favorite you can imagine. What also makes BabyStacks the best breakfast in Las Vegas for families is their kid’s menu. It’s a good selection of mini-sized meals for pint-sized eaters for breakfast and lunch.  

BabyStacks has six locations across Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Each location is open 7 am – 2 pm on weekdays, and 7 am – 3 pm on weekends. 

The Peppermill Restaurant is one of those spots on the Strip that’s a must when in Las Vegas. The Peppermill is a far cry from your typical breakfast diner, and its location on Las Vegas Blvd is the perfect spot for beginning a day of fun and adventure in Sin City. 

The ambiance of the Peppermill feels more like a cool, laid-back nightclub than it does one of the hottest breakfast spots, but that’s part of what makes it a favorite. The Peppermill has been an icon of the Las Vegas Strip since it opened in 1972. With lush decor, cool colors, and indoor firepit seating, the Peppermill is more than one of your average breakfast restaurants in Las Vegas. 

The thing about the breakfast menu at the Peppermill is that there isn’t anything gimmicky or over the top about it. It’s a menu full of your standard breakfast fare, but it’s all just insanely good, making it a top choice for the best breakfast in Las Vegas. 

The Peppermill offers a selection of traditional club breakfasts, with all sorts of morning deliciousness like country fried steak and eggs, and a three-egg breakfast with hash browns, and your choice of English muffin, blueberry muffin, or bagel. Of course, there are also pancakes, waffles, french toast (try the ambrosia!), skillet meals, omelets, and the list goes on and on. 

At the Peppermill, you can get breakfast and lunch, as well as dinner if you don’t make it in until later in the day. There’s often a short wait to get into the Peppermill, so give yourself plenty of time to relax and enjoy your meal. Trust us when we say that you’ll want to stay awhile. The Peppermill is open 7 am – 11 pm Sunday – Wednesday and 7 am – 2 am Thursday – Saturday. 

The Veranda at the Four Seasons offers a delicious breakfast menu every day of the week, but what they’ve become known for over the years is their weekend breakfast buffet (although many restaurants in Las Vegas have suspended their buffet options due to Covid, so it’s a good idea to call ahead and check). If you happen to be at the Four Seasons on the weekend, you don’t want to miss favorites like freshly made donuts and chicken & waffles. 

Buffet greatness aside, the Veranda is a great place for breakfast any day of the week. Their breakfast menu is served daily from 6:30  am – 11:30 am. Their weekday breakfast menu includes house favorites, like the Avocado Toast, Breakfast Basket (your choice of pastries), and the California Club Omelet with avocado, bacon, tomatoes, and hashbrowns. 

Breakfast at the Veranda on the weekend is a great time to try one of their breakfast cocktails like the Tequila Pineapple, or if you’re feeling a bit of a healthier vibe, one of their fresh, cold-pressed juices. 

Choose between indoor or outdoor seating at the Veranda, and casual, comfy attire is welcome. 

Bouchon at the Venetian is a wonderful choice when you’re looking to treat yourself to someplace special for weekend brunch. With its beautiful blue-tiled mosaic floor and large airy windows, Bouchon feels both intimate and open-aired at the same time. A gorgeous view almost completes the experience. All that’s left is the food. 

Bouchon is a French bistro with exquisite cuisine. Weekend brunch is served Friday – Sunday from 8 am – 2 pm. The brunch menu features highly acclaimed chef Thomas Keller’s creations of French classics. A guest favorite is the Bénédicte au Crabe, an alternate version of eggs benedict with jumbo lump crab, wilted spinach, and piquillo peppers over an English muffin with a beautiful hollandaise sauce. 

If you’re in the mood for something a little simpler for your weekend brunch, choose an assortment of French pastries or the Quiche Florentine for a light, elegant, late-morning meal. The ambiance, view, attentive staff, and artfully created French menu all combine to make Bouchon the perfect spot for a leisurely, elegant brunch in Las Vegas. 

The Henry, in the Cosmopolitan, is where to go when a late night in the city has crept its way into the morning. The Henry offers late night/early evening dining. Their hours are 10 pm – 2 pm, Monday-Wednesday, and 11 pm – 2 pm from Thursday – Sunday. Craving short rib eggs benedict at 5 am? The Henry is where you can get them. 

Another house favorite is Henry’s Big Brioche French Toast, topped with maple syrup, fresh berries, and whipped butter. You’ll also find all your traditional breakfast favorites at The Henry, along with a tempting list of cocktails if you’re looking for a “hair of the dog” remedy for a fresh hangover. 

Eggslut’s name might be a tad bawdy, but the food is pure comfort-style breakfast grub based around one very simple ingredient. The egg. Every item on Eggslut’s menu is designed to showcase the egg as the star of the show (well, except for the sides and beverages). What’s even better is that Eggslut is a walk-up, grab and go spot in the Cosmopolitan. Fast, easy eggy deliciousness. What could be better?

Eggslut also caters to those with vegetable phobia. There’s some arugula, hashbrowns, and chives on the menu, but besides that, there’s eggs, eggs, eggs, and a few things to go with them. Seriously though, this is where you’ll find the best egg sandwiches and their signature Slut dish, which is creamy potato puree, topped with an egg and then cooked in a jar. Gray salt, chives, and fresh baguette slices are the finishing touches. 

There is some bar-style seating at Eggslut if you want to stop and spend a little time enjoying your breakfast, or you can get your breakfast to go as you head to your next Vegas adventure. Eggslut is open 7 am – 1 pm, Monday – Friday, and 7 am – 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Cracked Egg is a locally owned and operated restaurant that has been serving locals and tourists for nearly 20 years. Having one several local restaurant awards, the Cracked Egg has a devoted following of Eggheads that flock to their five locations in Vegas neighborhoods for their large, crave-worthy menu, 

Among their favorite breakfast dishes are the build-it-yourself Sin City egg skillets and burritos. Don’t worry if you’re not in the mood to build your own; there are plenty of options to choose from. Those with a bit of morning sweet tooth will enjoy the Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes or the Raspberry Stuffed French Toast. 

The Cracked Egg is open from 7 am – 2 pm every day of the week. 

Gritz Cafe

Craving a bit of the south for breakfast? The Gritz Cafe is where you can find southern breakfast specialties, mainly grits, done up with a bit of Vegas glitz. Locals and visitors love Glitz for breakfast in Las Vegas because it’s the one spot where you can get an entire bowl full of southern love and hospitality as the sun rises. 

The main attraction at Grtiz is, of course, the grits. They offer a special plate named after each southern state. Choose your grits in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, or Georgia style. There are also build-your-own Gritz bowls with your choice of meats, toppings, and bread. Other southern breakfast options include fried catfish & waffles and their succulent shrimp omelet. 

If you find yourself wandering into Gritz a little later in the day, you can also order from their lunch menu. Just like with their breakfast options, Grtiz doesn’t disappoint with a selection of southern lunch staples, like Po’boys, a Bubba Burger, or fried catfish basket. 

The Gritz Cafe is located on Stella Lake St, Las Vegas, NV. They’re open 7 am – 3 pm, seven days a week. 

Rooster Boy Cafe

About twenty minutes away from the Strip, nestled among the neighborhoods of Las Vegas, NV, is a quaint, charming little cafe that is also rumored to be one of the best breakfast places in Las Vegas. The Rooster Boy Cafe is the type of breakfast place that doesn’t seat a crowd. Seating is very limited, so unless you get there bright and early, plan on taking your breakfast to go. 

For being small, the Rooster Boy Cafe menu has a bit of a global feel. Their philosophy is to support the local community by using local, farm-fresh ingredients. What you get is a homemade, full-of-love breakfast. 

The Granola Bowls are popular, and there’s a grain-free option for those looking to avoid gluten. Eggs, dutch oven pancakes, shakshouka, breakfast galettes, and everything else on the menu will leave you satisfied and wanting to make a return trip the next day. 

Pantry at Mirage Las Vegas

Sometimes, you just have to have breakfast, even if it’s after traditional breakfast hours. Pantry at the Mirage serves breakfast the entire time they’re open; currently, 7 am – 3 pm daily. The Pantry serves classic American-style breakfast dishes, with a few favorites being the Smothered Breakfast Burrito, Farmer’s Favorite Steak & Eggs, and the craveable Pantry White Chocolate Brioche French Toast. 

Guests who have dined at the Pantry have enjoyed the generous portions, warm atmosphere, attentive staff, and of course, the great food. Located on the Strip, the Pantry is also easily accessible for a late breakfast after a little late morning shopping or before you go to bed after a really long Las Vegas night. 

Siegel’s 1941

The El Cortez, on Fremont St, is one of the oldest hotels & casinos in Las Vegas, NV. Travel guides often recommend the El Cortez if you’re looking to experience classic Vegas, and also if you’re looking for a really good deal on a place to stay close to the nightlife scene. Nestled in the iconic hotel is Siegel’s 1941, a favorite breakfast place that’s open 24-hours a day. 

The dishes at Siegel’s 1941 are old-school classics with a bit of sophisticated Vegas twist. Go for something a little light and healthy, like the Yogurt & Granola Parfait with fresh berries, or indulge with something that will stick to your ribs for a while, like the Fat Irish Corn Beef Hash. 

Breakfast at Siegel’s 1941 is served from 6 am – 1 pm for both late and early risers. If you come before 6 am, you can order from the all-night menu that also features some of Seigel’s classic American breakfast dishes.
