Enjoying brunch Las Vegas Strip style is the perfect way to start the weekend or recover from the night before. You could enjoy brunch on a downtown terrace, but then you’d miss out on all the sights and entertainment of the Las Vegas Strip. To solve this problem, we’re sharing our ten favorite restaurants on Las Vegas Blvd that serve the most incredible brunch. We’ve included our choices for both Las Vegas buffets and traditional restaurants.
3 Best Brunch Buffets on the Las Vegas Strip
Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars
Las Vegas casino hotels are famous for their buffet spreads, but the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars takes buffet dining in Vegas to an entirely new level. The dining room at Bacchanal Buffet is elegant, with nature themes infused throughout. This makes for a wonderful setting to enjoy brunch. Then it’s the food that really steals the show.
Of course, you’ll find all the brunch favorites on the buffet, including classic breakfast dishes, but Bacchanal Buffet offers a flare of the exotic. They feature many different dishes from an array of worldly cuisines. Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, Indonesian, and Laotian cuisine flavors will surely warm your soul during a casual brunch. There are also dishes with a south-of-the-border influence, including duck carnitas quesadillas and BBQ chipotle oysters.
If classic dishes align with your brunch vibe, your mouth will water at the carnivorous carving and seafood stations. Fried chicken, mac & Cheese, and shrimp cocktails are just a few of the classic favorites on the menu. Yes, there’s dessert too, and it’s far removed from the typical buffet dessert selection. These are the types of desserts you’d expect to be served in a fine-dining restaurant after a decadent meal.
The Bacchanal Buffet is located in Caesars Palace at 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd. Hours of operation are Friday thru Sunday from 9 am until 3 pm.
Wynn Buffet
The Wynn Buffet is open for breakfast, dinner, and lunch, but their brunch selections are our favorites. The atmosphere at the Wynn Buffet is open and airy, offering the perfect environment to linger over brunch among family, friends, or with the company of someone special.
One of the things that we enjoy the most about the Wynn Buffet is its freshness. The buffet features sixteen live cooking stations, and each dish is prepared in small batch quantities to ensure quality, freshness, and flavor. Many brunch dishes are made to order, so they’re prepared exactly how you like them.
New additions to the Wynn Buffet brunch lineup include a custom eggs benedict station and an area of the buffet that is entirely devoted to the bright, intense flavors of Latin food. All of your favorite traditional dishes for a decadent brunch can also be found, including king crab legs, shrimp cocktail, prime rib, and rich, delicious treats for your sweet tooth.
The Wynn Buffet also offers bottomless cocktails that you can add to your buffet package. This includes bottomless mimosas, bloody marys, select cocktails, wine, and beer.
The Wynn Buffet is located inside Wynn, Las Vegas. The hotel is located at 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. The buffet is open daily from 8 am until 9 pm. Brunch is served Monday thru Thursday from 9 am until 3 pm. Gourmet brunch is served Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am until 3 pm.
Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan
The Wicked Spoon Buffet at Cosmopolitan rounds off our list of the top brunch buffets on the Las Vegas Strip. The Wicked Spoon is considered one of the more high-end buffets in Las Vegas, and once you set your eyes on the spread they offer, you’ll understand why.
The brunch menu at Wicked Spoon features much-loved dishes, like their famous lemon berry french toast, traditional eggs benedict, shrimp & grits, and an omelet station. Beautiful, fluffy eggs and loads of other dishes make this one of the best spots for brunch in Las Vegas.
Did we mention that you can also add on bottomless drinks? Choose from bottomless mimosas and bloody mary cocktails, among others, to compliment your all-you-can-eat-and-drink brunch session.
The Wicked Spoon is open daily, starting with breakfast served from 8 am until 11 pm. After 11 pm, the buffet transitions into lunch. You can enjoy a brunch-style meal during the week, but their full brunch spread is available on Saturday and Sunday, from 9 am until 4 pm.
The Wicked Spoon is located on level two of the Chelsea Tower of the Cosmopolitan at 3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.
7 Best Brunch Restaurants on the Strip
Lavo Party Brunch at Venetian
Lavo Italian Restaurant is located in the Venetian Resort and offers a brunch experience like no other that you’ll find in Las Vegas – and that’s saying a lot!
Before we get into the party aspect of Lavo’s brunch, let’s first talk about the food. Lavo’s brunch menu is extensive and features a long list of small plates meant to either share or selfishly and indulgently enjoy on your own. The brunch menu is endless, which is just another way of saying that you can eat as much as you want.
The menu features deliciousness like a fresh pastry basket, made-to-order omelets, eggs, pancakes, eggs benedict, and waffles. Toppers for the waffles include Nutella, banana, caramel, strawberries, and whipped cream. A favorite is the chicken and waffles with a crispy fried chicken served with spiced crema and candied pecans. There are also raw bar selections, fresh pasta, and house specialties that can be added at an extra cost.
Lavo also offers bottomless cocktail selections in addition to its cocktail and drink menu. Bottomless mimosas, bloody marys, and bloody Marias are available for an extra charge.
Now that we’ve covered the food let’s talk about Lavo’s official party brunch. Every Saturday, starting in October and continuing until March, the Lavo Party Brunch is the brunch spot to see and be seen on Saturday afternoons. Starting right around 11 am, Lavo welcomes guests in to share and enjoy their brunch-time eats. Then, a little later in the day, the setting shifts from elegant brunch to a seductive party vibe as the dance floor opens and the party begins. This is definitely not the stuffy Sunday brunch scene you might be accustomed to!
Lavo weekend brunch is available Saturday – Sunday, from 11 am until 3 pm. If you’re interested in the party brunch, check with Lavo for their current schedule since this experience isn’t available all year. Lavo is located in the Venetian Resort at 3325 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.
Giada’s at Cromwell
The Food Network’s own Giada De Laurentiis has graced Cromwell Las Vegas with an intimate and relaxing brunch experience. Her namesake restaurant is known for being one of the best brunch spots in Las Vegas, not only for the atmosphere of the dining room but also for her decadent brunch menus.
Some cherished favorites that you’ll find at Giada’s come brunch time include her famous Sunrise Polenta Waffles and Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Pancakes that will satisfy any sweet tooth. If you’re in the mood for something more savory, the Seafood Tower with shrimp cocktail, crab cocktail, and oyster Crudo is amazing, as is the Lobster Hash and the Petit Filet with eggs.
We also love the brunch cocktail selection that Giada offers. The White Peach Bellini and the Bottomless La Marca Mimosa are our favorites.
Giada’s at the Cromwell is located at 3595 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. Brunch is served Saturday-Sunday from 9 am until 3 pm.
Bardot Brasserie at Aria
If you’re looking for a quaint but elegant brunch spot in Las Vegas, we can’t recommend Bardot Brasserie at the Aria Resort enough. It’s here that you’ll find brunch that’s prepared for you with a gourmet European touch. Imagine sitting down with a beautiful basket of Parisian-inspired pastries and assorted fruits with the perfect glass of wine and feeling for a moment that you’re no longer on Las Vegas Boulevard but transported to Paris instead.
Bardot Brasserie is Michael Mina’s French Bistro on the Las Vegas Strip, and it offers an intriguing menu of elegant brunch dishes. A few of our favorite brunch options on the menu include the French toast made with buttery brioche bread and served with vanilla bean mascarpone and almond brittle.
If you’re in the mood for a more elegant and refined version of avocado toast, try the Hass Avocado Tartine, which is a French croissant, toasted and topped with Hass avocado, ginger lime vinaigrette, delicate radishes, and finished with fennel pollen. We also really enjoy the Croque Madame Tartine, which is ham and brie on a fresh croissant, served with a sunny-side-up egg and mornay sauce. Truly decadent and delicious.
Brunch at Bardot Brasseries is served Friday-Sunday from 9 am until 2 pm. You can find this treasure of a brunch spot at the Aria Resort, located at 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Kassi Beach House at Virgin
Kassi Beach House at Virgin Resort in Las Vegas isn’t what you might think at first. This isn’t your typical tropical beach-themed restaurant, but instead, one that transports you to the Italian seaside, with contemporary but elegant decor and an atmosphere that encourages you to relax and indulge all your senses.
The brunch menu matches the ambiance of the dining room at Kassi Beach House. True, it’s not the most extensive selection of dishes for brunch in Las Vegas, but the chef goes above and beyond to offer something a bit different to their guests. There aren’t any typical, sticky-sweet brunch selections on the menu. Instead, brace yourself for deliciousness like their smoked salmon platter, grilled octopus, fresh salads, steak frites, and wood-fired pizzas that bring a taste of the Italian coast to your brunch table in Las Vegas.
While there, don’t forget to order the bottomless wine featuring a delicate and lightly fruity rose. Kassi Beach House is located in the Virgin Hotel at 4455 Paradise Rd, right off Las Vegas Boulevard. Brunch is served daily from 11 am until 3 pm.
Catch at Aria
Catch is an Asian-themed restaurant in Las Vegas that has had no trouble catching (pun intended) the eye of celebrities and famous foodies alike. While some might think that a restaurant is known for the freshest, most delectable sushi might not be what they have in mind for brunch, we’d like to argue that they’d be pleasantly surprised.
Catch at Aria Resort offers an incredible brunch menu with unique offerings such as their Anytime Waffle Tower, which is Instagram famous. If you’re not in the know, this is a towering stack of waffles layered with milk chocolate, maple, and raspberry ice cream, plus creamy chocolate ganache, raspberry jam, and toasted almonds. You might want to bring help if you plan on finishing this.
On the menu, you’ll also find cinnamon roll pancakes with brown sugar and cinnamon swirl and topped with cream cheese frosting. If something more savory is what you’re in the mood for, try the breakfast burrito or smashed avocado toast with pomegranate, pickled chili, egg, heirloom tomatoes, and more. Of course, you can also order the sushi and seafood creations that Catch is known for. Our personal favorites are the Catch Roll with crab, salmon, and miso honey and the truffle tuna sashimi with caviar and black truffle puree.
Enjoy brunch at Catch on Saturday – Sunday, from 10 am until 2 pm. Catch is located near the main lobby of Aria at 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.
Border Grill at Mandalay Bay
Who says you can’t spice things up at brunch? Certainly not the Border Grill, located at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas. There’s nothing ordinary about this brunch menu, and whether you choose sweet or savory, you can guarantee that each dish will burst with fresh flavors.
Owners and chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger have created a brunch menu focusing on fresh, whole foods that are consciously and ethically sourced. These ingredients are then crafted into seasonal dishes that you will love.
Let’s start with a brunch classic–French toast. The Border Grill’s version is a Drunken Peruvian French Toast with pisco syrup and roasted pineapple compote. For something less on the sweet side, the hot tamales stuffed with chicken and avocado balm are always a hit. We also like their green corn tamales and Lobster Cachapas with Maine lobster, Venezuela corn cakes, and a chipotle sauce.
Two of our absolute favorites, the Tres Leches Bread Pudding and Yucatán Eggs Benedict, aren’t currently on the brunch menu, but we’re hopeful they’ll make a return.
The Border Grill serves brunch Saturday-Sunday from 10 am until 3 pm. Guests can choose unlimited small plates from the menu, so you can sample a bit of everything, which we highly recommend. After brunch, you can spend a lazy afternoon at Mandalay Beach before heading out to enjoy more Las Vegas in the evening. The Border Grill is located at 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, inside the
Lago at Bellagio
Our final choice for the best Brunch on the Strip goes to none other than Lago at Bellagio. Plenty of restaurants serve brunch, but few do it as beautifully, elegantly, and deliciously as Lago.
Lago offers a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains, which are especially gorgeous if you visit the restaurant later in the evening for dinner. Still, the atmosphere is so elegant and serene that it almost feels a bit dreamy. Lago offers a wonderful brunch menu, including everything from classic brunch fare, to more unique brunch dishes, such as a breakfast calzone with a beautifully browned crust.
Expect each dish to be elegant and inspired by a bit of Italian essence. Lago serves brunch every Friday-Sunday, from 10 am until 2:30 pm. Lago is located inside the Bellagio at 3600 S Las Vegas Boulevard.
