The Aria Hotel and Resort is a go-to dining destination on the Las Vegas Strip known for its wide variety in selection. You can find restaurants with Asian, Italian, American, and French influences, as well as a wide range in pricing to fit every budget.
Check out a brief overview of each of the Aria Las Vegas restaurants.
Jean Georges Steakhouse
If you are looking for the best of the best, Jean Georges Steakhouse is just the place at Aria.
They offer Kobe A5 beef, sometimes regarded as the best beef in the world. However, they have two other types of beef, dozens of cuts, and offerings beyond steak. The seafood, including Chilean Sea Bass, is competitive with the best fish houses in the world and the chicken is elevated and delightful.
When it comes to sides, they are unique but rather delicious, like the Saison Battered Maitake Mushrooms with Chili Honey and Fried Herbs and decadent Black Truffle Mac and Cheese.
All of this is at the hand of one of the world’s most famous chefs, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, as the name suggests.
Carbone is an elevated homage to Italian American restaurants from the 20th century, which became popular for their tableside service with a show and overall glamour. The creators of the concept, Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick, have designed the space so you can see the inspiration from the moment you walk in with the grand centrally located chandelier luxury wood bar and stunning drapery.
The menu at Carbone consists of the same dishes from that era with a modern take. Expect your favorites such as Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Veal Parmesean, Lobster Fra Diavolo, and Chicken Scarpariello.
They also have tasty traditional cocktails and an extensive wine list as well, but if you are looking for a customized experience, their Rum Cart allows you to taste different rums from around the globe.
Bardot Brasserie is a celebrated concept that only chef Michael Mina could create with modern twists and blends between classic French cuisine and iconic French comfort food. The wine list reflects the old and new themes with a wide collection of Old World and New World wines.
Bardot Brasserie has a mouth-watering dinner menu as well as a popular, decadent weekend brunch. For dinner, try the Beef Wellington, and on the weekend, for brunch, you have to try the French toast. After all, it is not your average French toast!
Don’t forget to take a look around while you are there because you will be transported to a 1920s Champs-Elysees cafe. It is simply gorgeous.
Blossom features a 100-dish lineup of Chinese cuisine that is the brainchild of Chef Chi Kwun Choi. Blossom has been named the best Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas, NV, by Epicurean, and it definitely lives up to the hype.
You can expect tableside prep with some of the dishes like the Peking Duck, which is sliced, plated, and presented right in front of your eyes. In addition, the seafood for dishes like Hong Kong Style Maine Lobster is so fresh it is kept live on-site in tanks.
Catch at Aria Hotel and Casino is a celebrity hot spot that has locations from coast to coast. However, the Las Vegas, NV location is the only one to bring monumental interpretations Asian influenced sushi, steaks, and seafood.
Don’t miss the Catch Roll, which is prepared and presented tableside, the A5 Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu that is cooked in front of your eyes on their signature hot stone, and other delectable dishes such as the Truffle Sashimi with caviar and black truffle.
Not only is the food good, but it is a social experience with tons of photo ops and is open late on the weekends, so you can eat, drink, meet, greet, and party all night long.
Javier’s has come from its home in Southern California to bring its Mexican flavors to Las Vegas, NV. The decor is unique, with an Aztec motif that adds to the experience.
On the menu, you’ll find elevated traditional Mexican selections as well as specialties like Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo. They also have a selection of the finest tequilas, which they use to hand-shake their margaritas.
Julian Serrano Tapas
Chef Julian Serrano believes that food should be shared with friends and family, which is why his restaurant at Aria, Julian Serrano Tapas, is centered around ordering a variety of small plates to share on the table as the tradition in Spanish culture. If Paella is more your thing, their recipe made for two or more is absolutely a must. No meal at Julian Serrano Tapas is complete without their housemade sangria that takes three days to make!
Posh Burger is a contemporary, energetic, and socially forward restaurant that will surely become one of your favorite restaurants. We like to think of it more as a burger lounge since it is the perfect place to hang with friends and family.
Some highlights on the menu include classics like the Double Cheeseburger with homemade Posh Sauce; one of the fanciest burgers you’ve ever seen, the Posh Royale Burger that has a base of Wagyu beef and rich toppings like foie gras and truffle; and modern items such as the Impossible Burger, a delicious veggie burger.
In addition, Posh Burger serves breakfast and has great sides, including Jalapeno tater tots and a side salad that will knock your socks off. Treat yourself after with one of their shakes!
Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung has been the go-to Taiwanese dumpling and noodle house from Washington and Los Angeles all the way to Tai Pei, and it has made its mark on Las Vegas Blvd.
When it comes to the menu, they are known for Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao which is each weighed and folded by hand with their signature 18 folds, steamed dumplings with every filling imaginable, and noodles like their Noodles with Spicy Sauce.
Take a tour of Thailand at Lemongrass. When you walk in, you’ll see an art installation inspired by the popular silk factories of Thailand then you’ll be amazed by the menu, which has familiar and adventurous selections.
From iconic Shrimp Pad Thai to Singapore Noodles and wok-tossed Maine Lobster Green Curry and Grilled Pork Neck, you can try all of the flavors from Thailand right in Las Vegas. All dishes can be made with your desired spice level, so don’t worry about things getting too spicy for you. Pair your favorite meal with sake, wine, beer, or a signature cocktail.
Moneyline Pizza and Bar
Moneyline Pizza and Bar is the best place to catch the game with a round of beers and a pizza pie. It is conveniently located next to the Sportsbook, so you can still make your bets. On the go? Take a slice to go from the slice counter.
Salt and Ivy Cafe
Breakfast and Lunch Cafe
Salt and Ivy Café is a contemporary American restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. It offers breakfast and lunch as well as a patio bar for a mid-day happy hour. It’s comfortable and relaxed, making it the perfect place to enjoy handcrafted cocktails and fresh flavors. Some favorites on the menu include Breakfast Nachos, Dutch Baby Pancakes, and the Power Bowl Salad.
Aria Patisserie is a 24-hour café that offers gourmet coffee, sweet pastries, salads, sandwiches, juices, and a tempting gelato and chocolate selection. No matter the time of day, you’ll find something for every craving. The best part? Everything is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Aria Buffet – Temporarily Closed
Though Aria Buffet is temporarily closed, it is typically one of the popular buffets on Las Vegas Blvd. The buffet features an authentic Tandoor oven to fresh bake naan, a wide selection of fresh seafood, and entrees that definitely don’t taste like they come from a buffet. When you are done, finish your meal with pastries, cakes, and more. Additionally, no good Las Vegas buffet is complete without bottomless beer and wine.
Though not a restaurant, if you are the type that needs your daily Starbucks run, Aria has a Starbucks to fulfill the need. Find it on the second-level promenade.
The Pressed Juicery features cold-pressed juices with four pounds of fruit and vegetables in every bottle. It has all of the full benefits of fresh produce without additives but with a great taste. It is the perfect place to replenish your body after a night out.
