Menu & Prices
Tasting Menu
Michael Mina Las Vegas offers both a traditional tasting menu and a vegetarian tasting menu. This is one of only a small handful of restaurants in Las Vegas that offers a vegetarian option for their tasting menu, and it’s delicious enough that even the most hardcore carnivore would enjoy it and not feel like they were missing a thing.
The Signature Tasting Menu begins with an Amuse Bouche of Caviar Parfait service, followed by the first course of Ahi Tuna Tartare with habanero-infused sesame oil or the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo. Both are seafood dishes.
The second course features either Crispy Spot Prawn or Bolinas Black Cod. The third course offers the decadent choices of the Maine Lobster Pot Pie or Phyllo Crusted Sole. The fourth course beckons the steak lover with Filet Mignon Rossini or A5 Japanese Wagyu.
For dessert, the menu items feature a decadent tour through the world of chocolate with Textures of Chocolate or citrus custard with candied lemon peel and white chocolate.
The Vegetarian tasting menu offers a wonderful alternative with the first course of Fall Chicory Salad, followed by Steamed Farmhouse Egg with polenta, artichoke, and green garlic coconut broth.
The wonderful food continues from there, with the third course offering Potato Gnocchi & Burgundy Truffle. The fourth course is a vegetable pot pie, followed by citrus custard as the sweet component to end the meal. Keep in mind that most of these dishes are vegetarian, without many vegan options on the menu.
The Signature Tasting Menu is $185 per person, with optional wine pairings available for $115 per person. The Vegetarian menu is $155 per person, with the optional wine pairing being $115.
A La Carte Menu
The main portion of the menu at Michael Mina is filled with amazing food. While there is a wonderful variety on the menu, the focus really stays centered on seafood.
For example, there’s a wonderful selection of shellfish, both chilled and charcoal-grilled, that can be ordered for the table or in individual portions. A few favorites from this portion of the menu include the Lemongrass Poached Prawns, and the Maine Lobster brushed with confit garlic.
A little further down the menu, you’ll find the Ahi Tuna Tartare. This is sushi-grade Ahi Tuna that’s garnished with toasted pine nuts, mint, Asian pear, and habanero-infused sesame oil. This Tuna Tartare is exquisite and a true treat that can only be enjoyed at Michael Mina Las Vegas. The Grilled Octopus with cardamom zhug is equally delicious and wonderful when paired with the Fall Chicory Salad.
If you crave something a little richer, the Lobster Gnocchi is tender and almost melts in your mouth with each bite. This is served with black truffle butter for an extra decadent touch.
For guests with more of a carnivore spirit, Michael Mina Las Vegas offers delicious food for them too! There’s the Venison Saddle with juniper-scented jus, the NY Strip Steak with smoked bearnaise, and the A5 Japanese Wagyu with black truffle potato and shallot marmalade. A side of roasted mushrooms with toasted pine nuts to go along with this is hard to resist.
