Bobby’s Burgers

Bobby’s Burgers is a classic, casual burger joint serving up original Bobby Flay recipes. The celebrity chef restaurant in Las Vegas is open nearly 24 hours per day with a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu that’s hard to resist.
Breakfast is served daily from 7 AM to 11 AM and features 6 items. One of our favorite things is that the menu is all about the quality of the items offered, not the quantity. You don’t need a menu that takes up an entire page when everything tastes this good!
The bacon and turkey sausage sandwiches are served on a super soft brioche bun. The sandwich is topped with potato chips and Bobby Sauce for an incredible texture and flavor.
The brunch burger with a fried egg, bacon, and American cheese is a classic option that never gets old. Add some spice to your day with Bobby’s Breakfast Burrito, or keep things sweet with a Greek yogurt parfait or cinnamon maple oatmeal.
The lunch and dinner menus once again prove that fewer options often mean better quality food. There are only 7 burgers, but each is more delicious than the last. The BBQ Smokehouse Burger is a fan favorite topped with bacon, crispy onions, chipotle BBQ sauce, and American cheese.
The brunch burger is available all day, so don’t worry if you show up after 11 AM and still want your egg fix. The Nacho Burger is served with queso, tomato salsa, and pickled jalapenos that bring just the right amount of heat.
Keep things simple with a Palace Burger topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and Bobby’s sauce or a Crunchburger with potato chips, Bobby’s Sauce, and American cheese. If you want to take the Crunchburger a step further, try the Bacon Crunchburger.
Drink options include bottled and draft beer, hot coffee, bottled water, fountain soda, lemonade, and iced tea. The milkshakes are spoon-bending thick in the best way. Try a vanilla bean, dark chocolate, cookies n cream, strawberry, or pistachio milkshake to finish your meal on a sweet note.
Hours
7 AM to 2 AM Sunday to Thursday and 7 AM to 4 AM Friday and Saturday.
Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11 AM daily.
Chicken Guy

Head to flavor town at Chicken Guy by Guy Fieri. The food is bold, exciting, and absolutely delicious. If you think you’ve had good chicken, this restaurant will have you second-guessing everything you think you know.
Chicken Guy has lunch and dinner menus daily, but no breakfast menu exists. The chicken tenders used throughout the menu are marinated in lemon juice, pickle brine, buttermilk, and fresh herbs that create a chicken that’s unbelievably juicy inside, perfectly crispy outside, and overflowing with flavor.
You can order chicken tenders on their own with two sauces of your choice or opt for a Chicken Guy signature sandwich. Sandwiches feature crispy fried tenders with a variety of toppings.
The Sauce Boss has lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, Special Sauce, and Donkey Sauce. The Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Sandwich is popular topped with pepper jack, bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, special sauce, slaw, and BBQ kettle chips.
The Southwestern Sandwich will hit the spot if you want to try something new. It has pepper jack cheese, special sauce, avocado crema, cumin lime mojo, charred corn, roasted peppers, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy tortilla strips.
Keep things light with a chopped chicken Caesar, BBQ chopped chicken, or Mexican street corn salad bowl. Add a side of Chicken Guy Fries, fried pickle chips, American slaw, or Mac Daddy mac n cheese. You can even order a larger size side of mac n cheese or loaded fries to share!
Bottled water, fountain soda, domestic and imported beers, and High Noon seltzers make up the drink menu. Flavortown shakes are like a gourmet, hand-spun dessert in a glass. Choose from vanilla, strawberry, Oreo, chocolate, apple cinnamon cereal, or triple-double mint.
Hours
11 AM to 2 AM Monday to Friday and 11 AM to 4 AM Saturday and Sunday.
The Halal Guys

This is another NYC chain that opened a location at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. This Middle Eastern restaurant offers a nice change of pace from other restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip. The food is relatively healthy and can be customized with different toppings like hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, fries, white sauce, and hot sauce.
Signature sandwiches, gyros, and falafels keep it simple and authentic. Choose from beef, chicken, or a combo. If you want something a bit different, try your meal as a plate with rice, lettuce, tomato, and your choice of sauce.
Hours
Open from 11 AM to 1 AM daily.
Starbucks

Starbucks may not be the most exciting place in the food hall, but it’s a reliable favorite that’s perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Order your favorite drink or choose from a selection of fresh pastries, cake pops, sandwich options, and wraps. If you’re in a hurry, the grab-n-go cooler items make the perfect healthy snack with no thought required.
Hours
Open from 6 AM to 9 PM daily.
2023 Changes to Forum Food Hall
The food hall has seen some big changes in the last couple of years, including a few restaurants that permanently closed their doors. As of 2023, Crepes & More, Earl of Sandwich, Smoke & Sizzle BBQ, Tiger Wok & Ramen, Difarra Pizza, and TaCo are closed.

A special note for the pulled pork sandwich from Smoke & Sizzle BBQ; you will be dearly missed during our next trip to Vegas!
