Delilah Las Vegas

Delilah Las Vegas is a swanky, sultry social dining experience that’s reminiscent of Las Vegas in days gone by. As soon as you walk in, you realize you’re in for something different, which is why Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas is packed most nights, often with celebrities tucked away in a secret dining room.

Delilah Las Vegas

From the opulent main dining room to the dancers, musicians, and food, here is what to expect from a fabulous night out at Delilah in Wynn, Las Vegas.

Modern-Day Supper Club Atmosphere

The first thing you notice about Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas is the decor and ambiance that feels both modern and reminiscent of a time past, all in the same moment. Delilah is a social, high-energy supper club environment, but it’s also dimly lit and seductive.

Delilah’s design was created by Wynn’s Todd Avery Lenahan, who envisioned a modern design that was also a throwback to the era of early Las Vegas. Luxury can be found in every nook and cranny, with posh materials, bronze and marble gilding, an elegant bar, and a main dining room where ambient lighting and rich fabrics overlook the scene below.

When you walk in, a set of double staircases lead you to the opulent grand opening of the dining area. Plaster ceilings, numerous original paintings, and wood surrounded by gilded touches bring the sultry vibe to life.

At the center is the main stage. Tables reside in the area surrounding the stage, and their closeness to the live entertainment speaks of signature status.

Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas was part of the resort’s multi-million dollar upgrades. Every detail is top-notch and designed to impress.

Bubble Bar at Delilah

Wynn’s nightclubs are known for being high-energy, but the Bubble Bar at Delilah is something different. With a sophisticated and upscale design, the bar is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail or share a conversation over bottle service.

Little nibbles are on the menu, along with a collection of signature cocktails. Enjoy cocktails like the Golden Age, which is a spicy sidecar, or a Slip of the Tongue, which is described as an adult-star martini. Whatever sexy sip you’re interested in, Delilah has it.

With the glitz, glamor, and show-topping presentation of the menu created by Chef Josh Smith, you’ll find there are lots of Insta-worthy selfies to be had to document the entire night’s journey. However, you’ll have to refrain. Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas has a strict no-photo policy. This includes videos.

If your phone is spotted, you’ll likely be reminded of the rule. If you dare test your luck and try to snap a pic, you’ll be escorted from the restaurant.

Delilah Menu

Main Menu

The main menu at Delilah is a mixture of what you’d expect from a swanky supper club at the Wynn Las Vegas and a few surprises that might catch you off guard. A couple of the most popular dishes are chicken tenders and pigs in a blanket.

Keep in mind that these aren’t at all on the same level as what you might find at one of the bars or lounges at Wynn Las Vegas. Delilah’s famous chicken tenders get rave reviews, which is something you don’t see too often from this type of dish. The batter used is perfectly crisp, and the flavorful tenders are served with both a spicy BBQ sauce and buttermilk ranch for dipping.

The pigs in a blanket are made with mini beef Wagyu hotdogs and then wrapped in a flaky, buttery croissant blanket with Perigord black truffle.

Delilah offers a premium selection of seafood and appetizers to enjoy at the start of your meal – that is, if you don’t fill up entirely on the delicious complimentary milk bread first (trust us; it’s easy to do). A few selections from the seafood and appetizer selection include a light salmon poke with crispy shrimp chips, a giant, shareable crab rangoon with blue crab, cream cheese mousse, and sweet chili sauce, and the foie gras French toast, which is a savory French toast with apricots and caramelized honey gastrique.

Also, we can’t forget to mention the Ossetra Caviar Donut with salmon schmear, egg, and pomme dauphine.

Chef Josh Smith follows through with tantalizing, memorable entrees. You won’t soon be forgetting Chicken Francese or the Wagyu New York Strip with an accompaniment of Maine lobster or foie gras and black truffle pomme puree (aka creamy mashed potatoes).

For something a bit lighter, try the Alaskan King Crab Caesar with caper aioli or the Cavatelli Alla Vodka with handmade pasta and bright tomato sauce. The Dover Sole with a potato crust is also really good.

Still, perhaps the most over-the-top entree on the menu at Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas is the Wagyu Beef Wellington. To be honest, our first response was wondering why you would cover up the beauty of Wagyu beef with a puff pastry crust and everything inside, but we were wrong.

The Wagyu Beef Wellington is one of those dishes that will knock your socks off and is created to be large enough to share.  Plus, you get a bit of a show as they slice piping hot beef wellington right at your table.

Vegan Menu

Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas does offer a selection of vegan dishes, but there’s not a ton of variety. The vegan menu features a single appetizer, one salad, and three entrees. The quantity doesn’t speak for the quality since these dishes are created with the same care and culinary innovation as the rest of the menu. It’s just that this section of the menu isn’t diverse enough to cater to the many varied tastes of vegans.

Late Night Menu

Starting at 10:30 pm, Delilah offers the best late-night menu available at Wynn Las Vegas. The selection is a bit more casual than the main menu, but the epicness of Chef Smith’s cuisine shines through.

Gracious servers are happy to lead you along a late-night culinary journey of great food, including dishes like a Rhinestone Cowboy Burger, Steak Fries, Mushroom Tacos with Kimchi Slaw, Korean Street Tacos, and of course, Delilah’s famous chicken tenders.

Delilah Desserts

The dessert menu at Delilah offers something beyond the ordinary, even going by the Wynn Las Vegas culinary standards. If there were a Las Vegas Best Dessert Award, our vote would be for Delilah, hands down. The tough question would be which dessert is deserving of the highest praise. We’d happily test them all and have zero complaints.

A few of the worthy contenders on the menu include:

Kendall’s Slutty Brownie

Kendall’s Slutty Brownie

This is really the Pièce de résistance of the dessert menu. The name is as naughty and sultry as the dessert itself. This is a thick Oreo and chocolate chip brownie that’s served warm. You could really just stop there and have this be a winner, but it gets even better.

It’s then topped with rich vanilla ice cream and molten chocolate fondue. This isn’t your typical brownie sundae by any means.

Delilah Sundae

The Delilah Sundae Dessert at Delilah Las Vegas

The Delilah Sundae wins our vote as the most over-the-top dessert on the menu. This is a massive sundae meant to share with others at the table. This isn’t one of those puny “shareable” sundaes that offers everyone just a little bite or two. The Delilah Sundae is massive and over the top, with all the fixins.

Also known as Delilah’s Rocky Road Sundae, this features six scoops of vanilla, chocolate, and rocky road ice cream, along with chocolate fudge, magic shell, hazelnut marshmallows, and whipped white chocolate ganache, plus lots of fun little garnishes. The sundae generously serves four to six people.

Beehive Baked Alaska

Baked Alaska is a classic, and given how the atmosphere at Delilah takes you back a little, it’s a perfect fit for the menu. This is a fun and elegant take on the classic dessert, with a toasted honey meringue in the shape of e beehive and a filling of sweet citrus ice cream and sorbet.

This is possibly the best butter cake to have ever existed. Made with whipped creme fraiche, Harry’s Berries Strawberries, and lemon verbena.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Picture the perfect pineapple upside-down cake, every delicate crumb ready to be devoured. This sweet treat is both gluten-free and vegan, made with an almond cake, caramelized pineapple,  coconut sorbet, and an exotic fruit glaze.

Chef

Joshua Smith Chef at Delilah Las Vegas

The executive chef at Delilah in Wynn Las Vegas is a culinary mastermind by the name of Joshua Smith. His vision for the menu at Delilah is intense and playful, which perfectly explains the Wagyu Wellington and Chicken Tenders, both being among the most popular items on the menu.

Once brought into the project, Chef Smith continued to develop his vision for the menu and chef’s table creations at Delilah. With a menu that’s as memorable as it is creative and delicious, we think his menu is a vision of perfection at Wynn Las Vegas.

Prices

A dinner at Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas puts you in the center of an exquisite dining environment with a menu of delicious food. The combination of ambiance, cuisine, and entertainment means you’re going to pay more for a good meal than you would at many other restaurants in Las Vegas.

Most appetizers range from $25-$35, but the seafood selections and caviar are going to cost a pretty penny more. Entrees mostly range from $55-$75, with the main outlier being the beef wellington, which costs $185 and serves two.

Add-ons like Main lobster, crab legs, shrimp, and foie gras will add about $30-$55 to the price of your steak. Sides are also extra and cost in the ballpark of $20 each.

Desserts can be had for about $17-$20, but shareable desserts, like the Delilah Sundae and Beehive Baked Alaska, cost about $50 or more.
