Outdooring dining does fill up fast, so you should expect a wait if you don’t have a reservation.

Signature Dishes

Jardin is best known for their Maine lobster benedict with sauteed spinach, tomato hollandaise, and hash browns. Mouthwatering short rib and egg sliders are another signature brunch favorite. 

Jardin’s Brunch Cocktails

Jardin knows it wouldn’t be brunch without a good cocktail. Jardin’s brunch cocktails are not only tasty but innovative too. There are still classic brunch cocktails like a bubbly peach bellini or mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice.

The smoked bacon bloody mary is by far the most popular cocktail at Jardin, and it’s a must-try during your first visit, even if you don’t usually order a bloody mary.

The Good Life is a nutty old-fashioned, Vacation Mode is an exotic margarita, and Happy Camper is a spiced mule. There are eight signature sips total, not including the bubbly options.

Housemade Juices & Smoothies

One of the ways Jardin is unique is through their housemade juices and smoothies. The juices and smoothies are priced from $11 to $16 and are full of fresh, nutritious ingredients.

Garden fresh green juice is packed with kale, apple, celery, cucumber, ginger, cilantro, parsley, and lemon. Tom’s favorite smoothie has TB12 vanilla plant-based protein, oat milk, banana, blueberry, almond butter, walnut, hemp, chia, and flax seeds for a protein-filled (and delicious!) morning smoothie. 

Coffee & Tea

Jardin has a wonderful selection of coffee and tea so you can get your caffeine fix. There are timeless favorites like espresso and La Colombe Monaco Blend coffee. If you want something sweeter, the caffe mocha with whipped cream, cappuccino, or hot chocolate will do the trick.

Organic iced tea is available in black, green sunburst, and passion peach flavors. The iced white-lavender tea latte has butterfly pea flower foam and oat milk and is a sweet, creamy treat that’s delicately prepared.

Lighter Beginnings

The lighter beginnings menu will be the perfect fit if you want a quick, light bite to start your day. These menu items are priced from $6 to $23 with a mixture of cold and hot dishes.

A fresh fruit platter, berry bowl, or honey-roasted granola and greek yogurt will fuel your day with good nutrients from fresh ingredients. If you want something a bit warmer, try steel-cut oats, a grapefruit brulee, or a housemade pastry. 

Eggs & Griddle

Items on the eggs & griddle section of the menu are made with cage-free eggs from Hickman Farms. There’s quite a wide range of prices. Dishes range from $19 to $32, but they’re all made using the freshest seasonal cuisine available. 

This part of the menu has a good balance of sweet and savory items. Savory options include the kale pesto scramble, bacon & egg taco, Jardin eggs benedict, and more. Indulge your sweet tooth with strawberry and Grand Marnier french toast or chocolate chip red velvet pancakes. 

Appetizers

Excite your taste buds with appetizers from $18 to $28. There’s a good selection of appetizers ranging from flatbread and pizza with fresh mozzarella to meatballs and tuna tartare.

Black truffle-baked ricotta cheese is a top-notch, popular choice. It features blistered tomato, micro arugula, and grilled sourdough with garlic butter.

Pan-seared crab cakes are a great option if you like a bit of spice. They have chorizo, spicy corn puree, and roasted red pepper.

There are ten appetizers in total, so there’s sure to be something that catches your eye. 

Soup & Salad

There are two soups and five salads on the Jardin menu. Chicken, shrimp, salmon, or steak can be added to any soup or salad for an additional charge. 

Creamy tomato bisque has a cheddar cheese crostini, basil, and creme fraiche for creamy, rich flavors. Chicken noodle soup will make you feel right at home with ditalini pasta and fine herbs. Both soups are $13 per serving.

The salads are priced from $19 to $27, with an incredible variety of flavors to try. The kale and quinoa greek salad have olives, tomatoes, cucumber, romaine, feta cheese, and onion with a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette.

Santa Barbara smoked salmon salad is bold with watercress, everything bagel chips, pickled jingle bell peppers, celery hearts, and marinated artichokes with a lemon-poppyseed vinaigrette. 

Steak salad with spinach, frisee, heirloom tomatoes, rustic sourdough croutons, English cucumber, preserved lemon, radish, blue cheese, and white balsamic vinaigrette is an underrated menu item that offers a wonderful combination of textures and flavors.

Sandwiches, Burgers, and Entrees

The sandwiches, burgers, and entrees at Jardin are priced from $21 to $34. This section showcases elevated classics that make for an incredible brunch or lunch dish. Fresh seasonal ingredients continue to be the star of the show, with recipes that enhance their natural flavors.

The Jardin cheeseburger has grilled shishito peppers, Havarti cheese, crispy potato haystack, truffle aioli, and housemade steak sauce. The crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich is a customer favorite with hickory smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, jalapeno dill pickles, and buttermilk ranch slaw on a challah bun.

If you prefer seafood, try the pan-roasted salmon with potato puree, celery root, chive oil, and vermouth sauce. 

Sides

Sides can be added to any order to craft your perfect meal. Sides are priced from $7 to $10. Try savory hash browns, country sausage, or chicken apple sausage. Lighter options include seasonal fruit or fresh smoked salmon. 

Add seashore fries or sweet potato fries for a side with your sandwich, burger, or entree.

The dress code at Jardin is resort casual. This means casual clothes are welcome, but tank tops and swimwear are not permitted.

Jardin is open daily from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations can be made online or by calling 702-770-3463. Reservations are also strongly encouraged if you have a larger party size or want to enjoy the outdoor seating.
