La Cave Wynn Las Vegas Menu

Weekend Brunch

Weekend brunch at La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway is a popular event. Pricing starts at $54 per adult and $34 per child under 12. Children older than 12 will be charged as an adult. Instead of ordering a meal, brunch is served with a butler-style tray passed around, allowing everyone to try a bit of everything. There is a 90-minute maximum for guests during brunch service.

You’ll find brunch items, including french toast, Angus mini burgers, a NY egg sandwich, a snickers pancake, and more on the tray. Seven of the items are vegetarian-friendly, too, making this a great little food hideaway for a group of diverse appetites at Wynn Las Vegas.

Add bottomless libations for $34 per person. That price includes mimosas, white wine, red or white sangria, sparkling wine, red wine, Las Vegas Lager, bloody mary’s, pomegranate lemonade, and fuzzy navel.

From the Sea

If you’re a seafood lover, La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will not disappoint. Seafood items cost $19 to $23 per serving with a good variety of preparation methods and flavors.

Rich crab ravioli is served with ricotta, arugula, and lemon butter. A salmon sashimi tostada with pickled red onion sesame soy dressing is highly recommended, as well as the diver sea scallop with polenta cake, shrimp sauce, and trumpet mushroom.

From the Farm

The “from the farm” section of the menu at La Cave in Wynn Las Vegas is one of the most popular. Items are priced from $16 to $21 per serving.

Popular items from the farm include a bacon-wrapped date with blue cheese fondue, short rib tacos with avocado crema, tomato, and cilantro, and the baked meatball with creamy polenta, basil, and house-made marinara.

From the Oven

There are five types of flatbread served fresh from the oven, priced from $22 to $24. Each flatbread brings something different that’s ideal for the tapas-style dining that La Cave offers. All of the flatbreads are good, so it really comes down to what you want to try the most.

The tomato flatbread keeps things simple with micro mozzarella, caper, and roasted tomatoes. The chicken flatbread is bold with Thai basil, sweet & sour chili, red onion, and garlic aioli.

From the Garden

Six salads are on the menu with fresh garden ingredients served with simple, refreshing flavors. Salads are affordably priced from $14 to $16.

The baby kale salad with shaved apple, goat cheese, and almond vinaigrette is the most popular salad on the menu. The La Cave caesar salad with prosciutto and lemon anchovy dressing has a signature flavor that’s unique to La Cave. If you want something a bit more savory, try the french onion soup with puff pastry and gruyere cheese.

From the Grill

Taste elevated flavors from the grill for $23 to $31. There are an excellent variety of proteins offered in this section, including shrimp, beef, chicken, and seafood.

Charred octopus with crispy potato and fava bean puree is a customer-favorite dish that’s highly recommended in online reviews. Wild salmon with broccolini, lemon, and capers offers bright, refreshing flavors, while the Moroccan chicken skewer with pear chutney, tzatziki, and pita has bold flavors with global inspiration.

If you want a more traditional American grilled option, the flat iron steak with crushed fingerling potato and au poivre sauce is a wonderful option.

From the Side

Add a savory side to your order for $14 to $17. Gouda creamed spinach, truffle mushroom grits with pecorino, and crispy brussels sprouts with gochujang are among the most popular side dishes.

From the Market

Charcuterie Board

Get a variety of flavors with a gourmet charcuterie board with market-fresh ingredients. Each board is served with honey, whole grain mustard, bacon onion marmalade, pistachio, toasted crostini, and apples for $46.

Fromage

Aged Gouda Holland

Indulge in some gourmet cheese with five types of Fromage. There is Spanish manchego, aged gouda holland, Belgium fontina, truffle tremor, and Saint Andre. Each type of Fromage is $11.

Vegan

There are six vegan dishes offered during dinner service. It is important to note that the vegan menu is not suitable for guests with a soy allergy. The vegan menu items are reasonably priced from $18 to $21 per serving.

The roasted tomato risotto with broccolini, Impossible tacos with pico de gallo and avocado almond crema, and fettuccine with roasted garlic, chili, and onion are some of the highest-reviewed vegan items.
