Palazzo Restaurants

Last Updated on September 9, 2022

The Palazzo Las Vegas is connected to the Venetian Resort. There are many perks to having two major resorts so close and connected, with the culinary scene being one of them. Once you’ve spent some time exploring the Grand Canal Shoppes and St Mark’s Square, you’ll want to head to one of the Palazzo restaurants to satisfy your appetite.

Whatever your taste buds desire, the Palazzo has it. The Palazzo offers a lineup of restaurants that includes everything from fine dining and casual dining to innovative Asian cuisine and the best Italian restaurant. Here’s a rundown of the restaurants at the Palazzo Las Vegas.

Fine Dining & Steakhouse Restaurants in the Palazzo

Cut by Wolfgang Puck

Wolfgang Puck is a name that’s widely recognized and respected in the culinary world. His restaurant Cut by Wolfgang Puck at the Palazzo demonstrates his mastery of fine cuisine with a menu that features classic steakhouse traditions and elevated coastal cuisine that exceeds every expectation.

The dining room at Cut is modern but welcoming. You’ll find yourself easily drawn in by the extensive whiskey collection and wine list as you decide on a pre-dinner cocktail. Once you discover the dinner menu, you’ll find that you’re in for an extravagant dining experience.

The dinner menu features wet and dry-aged steaks, including American and Japanese Wagyu. USDA Prime Beef is also on the menu, with cuts like the Ribeye and Bone-In New York Strip. Enhancements like the finest blue cheese, caramelized onions, fried egg, and the popular bone marrow flan can also be added to your steak.

The seafood collection at Cut features fresh selections, including Poached Gulf Shrimp, Japanese Hamachi with Kafir lime, coconut, pineapple, and Thai basil. Oysters with champagne mignonette and Osetra Caviar are among the decadent favorites.

You can also wander to the adjacent lounge before or after your meal to pursue the extensive wine list, nibble on small plates, and enjoy cocktails from the roaming custom cocktail cart.

Cut by Wolfgang Cut is a AAA Four Diamond Award Winning restaurant. Cut is open daily for dinner service at 5 pm and is centrally located near the Atrium Waterfall.

Lavo Italian Restaurant & Lounge

Located right inside the hotel lobby, this restaurant serves up Italian specialties and Mediterranean cuisine that is guaranteed to please even the pickiest eater! It is known as one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas for both dinner and brunch.

With an ultra-modern but warm and welcoming atmosphere, Lavo is a fine dining experience that stands out, even in the culinary landscape of Las Vegas. Lavo is famous for its Italian specialties, including its homemade pasta and popular weekend brunch.

The menu features cuisine options, such as Truffle Gnocchi, Penne Seafood Alfredo, and the famous One Pound Meatball made with imperial Wagyu beef, pork sausage, and veal. There are also raw bar selections for seafood lovers, along with brick oven pizzas and a selection of lighter meals.

The Lavo Endless Brunch is just as popular as their dinner menu and is one of the favorite places to enjoy an early weekend meal on the Las Vegas Strip. Start with the breakfast basket filled with delicious bread and pastries, then move on to a light salad or chicken and waffles with crispy fried chicken. The Eggs Florentine and Breakfast Pizza are also both absolutely delicious. We recommend sitting on the outdoor terrace and enjoying the beautiful Las Vegas weather.

Lavo is open daily for dinner service at 5 pm and stays open until 10:30 pm most nights. Weekend Brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday from 10 am until 3 pm. You can find Lavo in the lobby of the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino.

Mott 32

Mott 32 has been awarded the designation of being named the Las Vegas Strip Restaurant of the Year. With a reputation of being the best modern Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas, Mott 32 focuses on authentic regional cuisine. It offers a unique blend of rustic dishes and an ultra-modern dinner experience.

A few wonderful selections on the menu at Mott 32 include fresh seafood flown in, such as the Signature Lobster, Poached Santa Barbara Prawns, and the Signature Smoked Black Cod. Dim Sum is another popular menu item. You’ll love filling your dinner plate with delicacies like Soft Quail Egg, Iberico Pork & Black Truffle Siu Mai, or Hot & Sour Iberico Pork Shanghainese Soup Dumplings.

Still, one of the most popular dishes at Mott 32 is the Apple Wood Roasted 42 Days Peking Duck. The decadent dish has very limited availability and should be ordered as far in advance as possible. Even if the Peking Duck isn’t in the cards for you, there’s no shortage of wonderful dishes to enjoy on the menu at Mott 32.

Mott 32 is located near the Palazzo Casino floor and is daily for dinner service at 5 pm.

Casual Dining at the Palazzo

Grand Lux Cafe

This is a casual eatery that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also has a coffee bar where you can enjoy your coffee with pastries or bagels. The Grand Lux Cafe offers a wide variety of dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and burgers. Even if you’ve never heard of the Grand Lux Café, chances are you’ve heard of its sister restaurant, the Cheesecake Factory.

The Cheesecake Factory is wildly popular and has created a cult following over the years. The creators decided when bringing the Grand Lux Cafe to life that they would take culinary tours around the world to bring their guests a wonderful fusion of classic American food with European Cafe style highlights.

The result is delicious, with dishes you can enjoy for lunch, dinner, and even breakfast any day of the week. For an early morning meal, think along the lines of Cinnamon Caramel Banana Pancakes, a Smoked Salmon Platter, or Short Rib Eggs Benedict.

If you’ve slept through breakfast, you can still devour an extensive menu of small plates, Asian Nachos, gourmet burgers, and foods from around the world.

The Grand Lux Cafe is one of the few Palazzo restaurants that offers late-night dining. Their late-night dining menu is a streamlined version of their extensive lunch and dinner menu but still offers an amazing amount of dishes to choose from.

You can find the Grand Lux Cafe located near the Palazzo Theater.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

Not all authentic Italian restaurants in Las Vegas serve heaping piles of pasta and chicken parmesan. Some, like Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, focus on one area of Italian cuisine and do it masterfully.

Grimaldi’s is a casual dining restaurant that’s all about the pizza pie. Their pizzas are hand-tossed and baked in coal-fired brick ovens. Sure, you could go with something like the Caesar Salad (which is delicious, btw), but the aroma of the pizza baking and wood oven-baked breads will quickly sway you to try one of their pizzeria creations instead.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria offers chef creations and favorites for you to choose from. You can also create your own pizzas and calzones, with a long list of tasty items to add. You can’t get pizza toppings like fresh ricotta, fresh garlic, and freshly sliced, perfectly ripened Roma tomatoes just anywhere.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is located near the casino floor at the Palazzo Las Vegas.

Palazzo Asian Restaurants

Sushisamba

SushiSamba offers traditional Japanese cuisine along with modern twists. Sushisamba brings together fresh Japanese culinary influences and blends them with Peruvian and Brazilian cuisine to create an innovative fusion-style dining experience at the Palazzo in Las Vegas.

Sushisamba is known for its super fresh sushi, and while it might be classified as a casual dining restaurant, you’d never know it by looking at your plate when it arrives at your table. Choose from inventive dishes such as Peruvian Ceviche, delicate and fresh Samba Rolls, and sides of Peruvian Corn or Coconut Rice.

Sushisamba also offers a menu for Saturday and Sunday Brunch, with a vibrant menu of both sweet and savory delights. We highly recommend the Peruvian Chocolate Croissant, the Buranchi Maki, or the Brazilian Beef Stew. If you’re looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience in Las Vegas, Sushisamba is it.

Hong Kong Cafe

Hong Kong Cafe

The Hong Kong Café serves delicious Asian cuisine that’s influenced with a touch of American flair. As a favorite restaurant in the Palazzo Las Vegas, the Hong Kong Café has a devoted following that always makes the time to stop in for a casual meal every time they’re in Las Vegas.

Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or a late-night craving that you’re looking to satisfy, the Hong Kong Cafe has you covered. An extensive appetizer and dim sum menu is the first thing that will capture your eye, with choices like Chilled Spicy Cucumber, Pan Fried Pot Stickers, and BBQ Pork Buns.

For the main course, the Pad Thai Noodles, Mongolian Beef, and Baked Chilean Sea Bass are favorites. If you’re in the mood for something a bit more decadent, we suggest the Peking Duck or something from the live seafood selection. Finish with the Lychee Creme Brulee or Green Tea Cheesecake, and part ways with a happy stomach and a smile on your face.

The Hong Kong Cafe is located near the Palazzo Casino floor, close to the waterfall atrium.

The X Pot

The X Pot Las Vegas is a uniquely immersive Asian dining experience and one of the most memorable in the Palazzo restaurant lineup. When we say memorable, we’re talking about interactive light shows that take place right on your plate, incredible soundscapes, and high-definition 360-degree projections. All of this, and you haven’t even tasted the food.

The menu features innovative dishes, including a Japanese Beef Hand Roll with premium Wagyu beef or even a complete Wagyu feast. There’s a seemingly endless selection of hot pots and sharing pots.

X Pot also offers a Chef’s Tasting Menu with individual or family-style hot pots, with delicious and decadent selections to choose from.

The X Pot opens for dinner at 5:30 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but opens at 11:30 am every other day of the week. Join them for lunch, dinner, or even a late-night bite in the later evening.

Location

The Palazzo at the Venetian is located at 3325 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. You can find them on the South Las Vegas Strip, located near many other prominent Las Vegas resorts and attractions.
