Ellis Island Restaurant Las Vegas

Are you wondering which Ellis Island Restaurant Las Vegas should be the location of your next great meal in Sin City? Ellis Island Casino & Hotel offers a nice selection of casual restaurants for you to choose from.

Just a short walk from the Las Vegas Strip, Ellis Island offers close proximity to everything you love about Las Vegas without all the traffic of the main Strip. Ellis Island’s offering of restaurants is much more casual than what you’ll find at many other Las Vegas resorts, but that’s fine with us – we don’t always want a fine dining experience.

The Front Yard

The Front Yard is an amazing, fun, elevated sports bar and casino brewery combined into one. The Frony Yard is a two-story venue that features both indoor and outdoor seating, with a huge 18-ft screen to watch the big game on.

Pro Tip – If you’re planning a big event, the upper level of the Front Yard is available for events, and we think this would be a great place to host.

Menu

The Front Yard offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And the menu is piled high with deliciousness! For breakfast, binge-worthy favorites include skillets, brisket benedict, breakfast burrito, short stacks, and a category of “Bread Winners,” which are burgers and sandwiches if eggs and biscuits aren’t your thing in the morning.

The main full menu at The Front Yard is sizable and offers everything from bar food like fried pickles and flatbreads for lunch to steak frites, shrimp scampi, and a pastrami sandwich that’s piled high with meat.

There’s something on this menu that everyone at your table will want to eat.

Prices

The prices at The Front Yard are reasonable, especially for Las Vegas and the level of food you get to sink your teeth into. Breakfast is $20 or less in most cases, while the lunch and dinner menu runs in the range of $15-$30.

The craft beer selection from the Ellis Island Beers will run between $4-$6, which is a great price. Flights are also available.

Hours

The Front Yard is open daily for breakfast/brunch from 10 am until 3 pm. Lunch and dinner are served daily starting at 4 pm. On Sunday through Tuesday, they close at 10 pm. On Wednesday through Thursday, they’re open until 11 pm, and on the weekends, the restaurant is open until midnight.

The bar at The Front Yard is open 24 hours a day.

Village Pub & Cafe

The Village Pub & Cafe, often referred to as the Ellis Island Cafe, is open 24 hours a day, and you can get anything you crave, whether it’s wandering in for a mid-afternoon meal at 2 pm or enjoying a juicy steak at 3 am.

Menu

Just so you know, Ellis Island Casino is famous in Las Vegas for having the best and most affordable sirloin steak special in town. In fact, this entire menu is the best value for the money.

Some favorites on this Ellis Island CAsino menu include calamari and jumbo onion rings as appetizers, grilled chicken or apple pecan salads for a light meal and delicious burgers. They also have a build-your-own-burger option.

Entrees offered include great food like king cut prime rib with garlic green beans and baked potato or rice pilaf, chicken fried chicken, and fish and chips – and yes, you can get it all at late-night hours.

When you dine here, you’re going to get great food, great service, and value.

Prices

There really isn’t anything on the Ellis Island Casino Village Pub & Cafe menu that will break the bank, and you can eat a full meal with an entree and sides for under $20. If you’re looking for the best value in Las Vegas, this is a hidden gem.

Hours

The hours for the Village Pub & Cafe are easy to remember. They’re open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Ellis Island BBQ

If you’re someone who loves to eat great BBQ combined with friendly service, we think a visit to Ellis Island BBQ is worth a visit the next time you’re close by.

Of all the restaurants at Ellis Island Casino & Hotel, this is the only award-winning BBQ place, and it’s some of the best of what we’ve tasted.

It’s important to note that Ellis Island BBQ is only open to guests who are 21+.

Menu

The menu at Ellis Island BBQ is not large to any extent of the imagination. You’re not going to find steak or cheese fries on this menu. What you do get is simple: great BBQ and classic sides.

The menu features a full rack or half rack of ribs, a BBQ half chicken, and combos of the two. Sides included coleslaw, garlic toast, corn on the cob, and special Ellis Island Root Beer BBQ baked beans. Yum!

Prices

The menu is simple, and there is not much price variance among the options. Expect to pay $18 – $23 for an entree.

Hours

Ellis Island BBQ is open during the week from 4 pm until 10 pm. On weekends, the restaurant is open from 4 pm until 11 pm.

Metro Pizza

Metro Pizza is a casual chain eatery at the Ellis Island Casino Las Vegas. When you’ve just come from the casino, and you want a nice slice (or maybe a whole deep-dish pie), Metro Pizza is calling your name.

Menu

The menu at Metro Pizza starts off with appetizers like Nuclear Fries and chicken wings that are served with melted mozzarella – two starters that you’re not going to find elsewhere in Las Vegas.

There are also strombolis and calzones. The tree cheese calzone is our favorite. Then, there are the pizzas.

The stuffed pizzas are decadent and amazing. The Loop, which features sausage, pepperoni, and roasted mushrooms, is top-notch. For a standard pizza pie, you have your choice of specialty pies like The Gotham, or you can create your own from a long list of topping options.

Prices

Starters at Metro Pizza are all mostly under $10, while the strombolis and calzones range from about $10 – $12. Stuffed pizzas cost $15.25 for a small and $31 for a large. Regular pizzas range in price from about $10 – $25.

Hours

Metro Pizza is open from 11 am until 11 pm during the week. The restaurant is open on the weekends from 11 am until 2 am for late-night dining.

Via Focaccia

Via Focaccia is all about fresh ingredients, luscious Italian meats, cheese, and the bread – focaccia. When we’re in the mood for a truly great sandwich that tastes fresh, this is the restaurant we make a trip to.

Menu

You can get everything from traditional Italian sandwiches on focaccia to all your favorite sandwich shop favorites. The Italian grilled cheese is a solid favorite, with three types of cheese and roasted tomato spread. We also really like the roasted mushroom and mozzarella with tomatoes, arugula, and pesto aioli.

For breakfast, we love the breakfast sandwich. It’s loaded with eggs, cheese, and your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage.

Prices

The signature sandwiches on focaccia bread are all priced under $15, and they are delicious. Pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and mixed green salad are all available for about $10 or less. The most expensive item on the menu is the charcuterie board for $18.

Hours

Via Focaccia is open daily from 8 am until 9 pm. Only breakfast is available the first hour that they’re open. Sandwiches are available anytime after 9 am.
