Situated right on the hottest part of the Strip, the restaurants at Mandalay Bay catch a lot of attention, with iconic favorites like Aureole, the Foundation Room, and Lupo by Wolfgang Puck.

Aureole

Aureole is the place for wine lovers at Mandalay Bay Resort or really wine lovers in all of Las Vegas. Aureole is a fine dining restaurant that’s as well known for its wines as for its delectable dishes. The seasonal menu has been designed by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Charlie Palmer and also Executive Chef Anthony Taormina with perfectly prepared dishes that pair beautifully with Aureole’s wonderful wine selection. 

The conversation flows smoothly while enjoying a selection from thousands of bottles that are found in the four-story wine tower that’s perfectly climate controlled. How do they retrieve the bottle that you’ve chosen that’s three or four stories up on the tower? Wine angels, of course. Aureole at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas may be the only place in the world where you can see wine angels flying through the air, all to fetch the special bottle of wine you requested. 

We’d be wrong to also not to mention the delicious food at Aureole. Entrees on the menu include Maine Lobster, Alaskan Halibut, and a Wagyu Ribcap. Between the delicious and beautiful food at your table, plus the perfect glass of wine to accompany it, it’s no wonder that Aureole is viewed as a paradise among foodies in Las Vegas. 

Orla

Orla is the newest restaurant from chef Michael Mina. The Mediterranean restaurant features an incredible selection of seafood, charcoal-roasted meats, and vibrant, fresh vegetables. The menu is a contemporary take on timeless flavors that transport diners to the heart of the Mediterranean.

STRIPSTEAK

STRIPSTEAK Las Vegas in the Mandalay Bay Hotel is a modern American Steakhouse where diners can enjoy the flavor of a perfectly prepared steak and other elevated steakhouse favorites. STRIPSTEAK isn’t your typical steakhouse experience. Its signature is that it’s a modern American steakhouse remixed with a hint of Japanese essence. 

STRIPSTEAK is a fine dining restaurant with a menu that features prime cuts of protein, including a Triple-Seared A5 Stripsteak, a Delmonico Ribeye, a Bone-In NY Strip Steak, and other delicacies like the Drunken Lobster and Ginger Scallion Seabass. With a beautiful, warm atmosphere that begs you to linger, STRIPSTEAK is one of the restaurants in Las Vegas that you don’t want to miss. 

Foundation Room

Rivea

Rivea is a sophisticated dining experience that’s located in the Delano, which is an MGM Resorts property adjacent to the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Rivea blends the influences of French and Italian cuisine in a serene atmosphere that’s both elegant and relaxed. On the menu, you’ll find a selection of dishes featuring the very best of season ingredients, all influenced by food markets found in the country areas of Italy and France. 

On the menu, you’ll find dishes that take you on a trip to Provence or Italy, including delicate beef carpaccio, marinated sea bass with a selection of fresh citrus, maple leaf duck breast, and a wonderful tasting menu. Rivea is closed Wednesday and Thursday but is open every other day of the week for dinner service. 

Lupo by Wolfgang Puck

Lupo by Wolfgang Puck is Italian dining at its finest in Mandalay Bay Las Vegas. Lupo was Wolfgang Puck’s first Italian Restaurant, but it has been a massive success for years, which isn’t a surprise considering the culinary genius behind the menu. 

Lupo offers an elevated dining experience, with authentic Italian cuisine that has been blessed with a modern flair. House-made pastas, delectable sauces, and decadent desserts are among the things you’ll want to thank the chefs at Lupo for. Plus, there’s also a beautiful wine list that will make your special meal and night in Las Vegas even more memorable. 

Libertine Social

Libertine Social is one of those restaurants that offer a comfortable neighborhood environment while making sure that any preconceived notions you had about gastropub cuisine are thrown out the window. At the hands of James Beard Award-winning chef Shawn McClain, Libertine Social has become one of the hottest Mandalay Bay Restaurants. 

Libertine Social offers next-level American bar food that’s a far cry from what you’ll get at your local sports bar. Selections on the menu include the Caviar Fried Egg, a Roasted Beet Salad, and a whole roasted branzino with caper dressing. For cocktails, we recommend the Bees Knees, which is Juniper Grove gin, lemon sour, honey syrup, and egg white. 

House of Blues Restaurant & Bar

The House of Blues Las Vegas is the place to go for some seriously delicious southern-style eats that are paired with music, drinks, and a smokin’ hot atmosphere. You can saunter in for a morning meal and enjoy plates filled with French Quarter Waffles and Thick Cut Brioche French Toast. There’s also lunch and dinner with a full selection from their smokehouse entrees, southern tacos, or classic, down-home southern meals like fried chicken and Jambalaya. The House of Blues is open early daily and stays open until 11 pm to satisfy your late-night cravings on the Strip.

Ri Ra Irish Pub is actually built from parts of a pub in Ireland. After being restored, it was shipped to Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort, where you can now enjoy it as part of the atmosphere while you dig into some seriously delicious Irish food. Diners at this restaurant can enjoy breakfast, but the real beauty is in the lunch and dinner menu that features yumminess like Bangers & Mash, Shepherds Pie, and Irish Chickpea Curry. There’s also one of the largest selections of Irish Whiskey on the Las Vegas Strip!

Chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken of the Food Network’s “Too Hot Tamales” fame are the brilliant minds behind Border Grill in Mandalay Bay Las Vegas. This is a breezy, easy, and trendy place to grab some amazing food enhanced with the flavors of Mexico. 

Border Grill is located near Mandalay Beach, and you can enjoy a view of the Lazy River from your patio dining spot as you enjoy a selection of tortas, tacos, enchiladas, ceviches, and more. They’re also open for brunch with bottomless mimosas and bloody marys. Forget the all-you-can-eat buffets and head to the Border Grill, where you can dine on authentic Mexican deliciousness and enjoy bottomless drinks, all under one roof. 

Della’s Kitchen

Della’s Kitchen is a farmhouse-style restaurant with urban influences. It’s also one of the best places to grab breakfast or early lunch in Las Vegas. Della’s Kitchen is closed Tuesday and Wednesday but is open every other day bright and early to satisfy your morning cravings for chicken & waffles, custard cakes, or their Nevada Country Toast. Della’s Kitchen is located in the Delano, which is adjacent to Mandalay Bay Las Vegas.
