Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is one of the most popular hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. There’s a lot to love about Mandalay Bay, but in our opinion, the restaurants top the list. Situated right on the hottest part of the Strip, the restaurants at Mandalay Bay catch a lot of attention, with iconic favorites like Aureole, the Foundation Room, and Lupo by Wolfgang Puck.

Not sure where to eat while you’re at Mandalay Bay. With some of the best restaurants in the world, the decision is hard, but this quick guide will help. Read on to discover your new favorite place to dine at Mandalay Bay

Aureole Mandalay Bay Restaurants

Aureole is the place for wine lovers at Mandalay Bay Resort or really wine lovers in all of Las Vegas. Aureole is a fine dining restaurant that’s as well known for its wines as for its delectable dishes. The seasonal menu has been designed by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Charlie Palmer and also Executive Chef Anthony Taormina with perfectly prepared dishes that pair beautifully with Aureole’s wonderful wine selection.

The conversation flows smoothly while enjoying a selection from thousands of bottles that are found in the four-story wine tower that’s perfectly climate controlled. How do they retrieve the bottle that you’ve chosen that’s three or four stories up on the tower? Wine angels, of course. Aureole at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas may be the only place in the world where you can see wine angels flying through the air, all to fetch the special bottle of wine you requested.

We’d be wrong to also not to mention the delicious food at Aureole. Entrees on the menu include Maine Lobster, Alaskan Halibut, and a Wagyu Ribcap. Between the delicious and beautiful food at your table, plus the perfect glass of wine to accompany it, it’s no wonder that Aureole is viewed as a paradise among foodies in Las Vegas.

STRIPSTEAK Las Vegas in the Mandalay Bay Hotel is a modern American Steakhouse where diners can enjoy the flavor of a perfectly prepared steak and other elevated steakhouse favorites.
