From the dining room, guests are privy to a gorgeous view of the Bellagio fountains through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Even when the fountains aren’t erupting, the view of the Strip is amazing.

Joel Robuchon at the MGM Grand is the recipient of several culinary awards, all of them very prestigious, including three Michelin Stars. The menu features exquisite cuisine, with fine French dishes that leave a lasting and memorable impression. 

Guests at Joel Robuchon can choose from several menus, where they can pick their specific courses from an a la carte menu. For the ultimate fancy experience, the Menu Degustation is a high-end tasting menu that offers guests tastes of eleven different dishes. 

This menu is pricey, at $485 per person, and that doesn’t include wine pairings. If you’d like wine pairings added, that will increase the cost. 

We also adore the decor at Joel Robuchon, which offers a definite art deco vibe with bold hues and a very luxe feel. 

Wing Lei at the Wynn Vegas has the honor of being the first Chinese restaurant in North America to be awarded a Michelin Star. This is a very prestigious accomplishment, and once you dine here, you’ll understand why it is so deserving. 

First, we have to start with the dining room. This is just a perfect setting for an elegant meal. 

There’s a garden feel, with century-old pomegranate trees in the background and golden decor that was influenced by classic Chinese jewelry boxes. A golden dragon sits as an eye-catching centerpiece. 

The most famous dish and most prized cuisine on the menu is the Imperial Peking Duck. The tableside presentation is everything, and there’s really no other restaurant in Las Vegas where you can enjoy this dish prepared in such a way. Another personal favorite of ours is the Poached Maine Lobster with Spring Vegetables. 

Michael Mina is a gorgeous fine-dining restaurant at the Bellagio Las Vegas. With a menu that focuses primarily on seafood that’s flown in fresh by private plane daily, each dish is prepared in a way that is memorable and unique. 

While seafood is the focus, the restaurant offers other types of dishes, too, such as a tender filet mignon or Japanese Wagyu ribeye, made complete with the accompaniment of seared foie gras. 

While other fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas offer private dining rooms, Michael Mina goes one step beyond. You can enjoy your meal from the Garden Table, which is located in the Bellagio Conservatory. This is absolutely perfect for a special occasion and is sure to be a moment you’ll always remember. 

Mizumi is another memorable fancy restaurant at the Wynn Las Vegas. The dining room is just as striking as Wing Lei’s, but in a different way.

The colors are bolder, with deep red carrying the theme, but then there are these accents – like giant golden fish, a waterfall & Koi pond, a mystical Japanese garden, and a floating pagoda table – that is just so memorable. 

The menu is equally fancy and one that fine-dining food enthusiasts will get excited about. 

Lakeside. With a focus on Japanese cuisine, the seafood is exquisitely fresh. We especially enjoy the Robatayaki bar selections, with a vegetarian version also offered. Then, there is the Teppanyaki Room, which is always a showstopper.

Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace takes fine French dining to a new level. The menu has been carefully curated to feature regional cuisine and the chef’s classic dishes.

Guests can choose from the tasting menu or order from the a la carte menu. Signature dishes, including the black truffle soup, can be found on both. 

One important feature that makes this one of the most notable fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas is the dedicated caviar room. It truly doesn’t get more decadent than this – unless you pair the caviar with something with a rare bottle from the exquisite wine list. 

Le Cirque is, in our opinion, one of the most unique Las Vegas restaurants, especially in the realm of fancy fine dining. So often, fancy restaurants are subdued and understated.

That’s not the case with Le Cirque. Instead, this French restaurant at the Bellagio stands out with bold colors and a rainbow-hued canopy that lends a circus vibe. 

However, there’s nothing circus-like about the cuisine. They offer tasting menus with dishes that are so perfectly prepared that they taste like they’re made from exotic ingredients when really it’s simply the pure beauty and flavors coming through, thanks to the masterful execution. 

The menus feature the most famous dish at Le Cirque – Loup de Mer. But, no matter how delicious each course might be, make sure to save room for dessert. The chocolate ball with vanilla bean ice cream is worth it. 

The NoMad Library is located in the NoMad Hotel (an MGM Resorts property) and is inspired by the famous library in the NoMad in New York. The dim, romantic lighting is perfect for an intimate meal, but this is also the type of place where you might want to linger while enjoying classic cocktails.

Library bookshelves line the walls, while dark wood tables are paired with velvet booths and chairs. It’s one of the coolest restaurants in Las Vegas and a local favorite for a nice night out. 

The menu is mostly upscale American cuisine, but you can sense some Italian influence there. One of the signature dishes is the NoMad Roasted Chicken with foie gras, black truffle, chorizo, saffron rice, and mushrooms. Pretty fancy for a chicken dish!  

Executive Chef Julian Serrano is the culinary mastermind behind Lago at the Bellagio. With a menu that focuses on small Italian plates, we can’t help but be smitten by the effort and care that’s put into each dish. 

The onion soup is flavorful and silky; the king crab is delicate and tender. If you switch gears and choose something a little more casual, such as the pizzas, you’re still going to be equally impressed. 

To sweeten the deal, Lago is one of the restaurants in Las Vegas with teh absolute best view of the Bellagio fountains. Enjoy a selection from the wonderful wine list while taking in the scenery and enjoying a wonderful meal.
