Top of the World Menu

The Top of the World offers a dining experience that’s perfect for any special occasion, from a special meal with friends or family, to an intimate night with someone special – maybe even with a proposal in the works. The restaurant menus features a selection of delectable fresh seafood, along with upscale steakhouse-style popular dishes that offer dining experiences that some argue are unparalleled in Las Vegas.
The first thing that will catch your eye is the selection of the freshest seafood at the Top of the World menu. Shrimp cocktail with horseradish cocktail sauce and oysters on the half shell are highlights of the award winning menu, but it’s hard to resist the shellfish display for two that features a gorgeous assortment of Maine lobster, king crab, poached shrimp, and oysters. This plate is served with a selection of sauces that enhances the natural, fresh flavors of the seafood rather than mask it with heaviness and competing flavors.
Seafood remains a major theme throughout the Top of the World extensive menu. Favorites include the lobster bisque that’s garnished with fresh chives, the lobster cobb salad that’s garnished with avocado, pancetta, and asparagus, seared sea bass with garlic, capers, and brown butter sauce, and whole lobster mac and cheese.
If seafood doesn’t have your heart, the remaining menu at the Top of the World won’t leave you disappointed. Try the braised lamb shoulder with cumin-scented yogurt as an appetizer plate, appeal to your inner carnivore with a 42-oz tomahawk chop that’s served with a red wine reduction, or choose the rack of lamb with a minted chimichurri sauce. Each meal is prepared to entice and leave you with wonderful memories of your meal.
Of course, if you’re more of a simple foods type of person, the Top of the World offers classic dishes like a fresh caesar salad, prime ribeye, crispy skin half chicken, and classic sides like a perfectly baked potato served with butter, sour cream, and smoked bacon.
Let’s Talk About Desserts at the Top of the World

Sure the lobster bisque, plump shrimp cocktail with cocktail sauce, and thick, tender steak all sound wonderful, but let’s talk about the really important stuff that comes after the dinner – desserts!
When dining in the Top of the World restaurant dining room, you want your meal to end as sweetly as it began, and the dessert menu doesn’t disappoint with a selection of indulgent treats.
The Top of the World favorite is the warm butter cake that’s served with vanilla bean ice cream and seasonal fresh berries. For the chocolate lover, the layered chocolate hazelnut cake with Nutella mousse surely doesn’t disappoint, and the salted caramel creme brulee and the hummingbird cake are both to die for.
