Las Vegas is a playground of culinary delights. Most big cities have maybe four restaurants or five restaurants that are considered “famous.” But, in a city that has thousands and thousands of restaurants, you can expect the number of famous restaurants in Las Vegas to be much higher.
There are also a few different ways that you can define famous when it comes to the best restaurants in Las Vegas. There are celebrity restaurants, which are sprinkled all along the Las Vegas Strip. There are also iconic fine dining and award-winning restaurants that always offer a memorable experience. And then, there are the restaurants that are famous in Las Vegas for other reasons. Maybe it was the backdrop in a movie or is famous because it once was the stomping ground of the Rat Pack.
There are also famous Las Vegas restaurants that earn their title simply from being so ridiculously indulgent and over the top – embodying the true essence of Sin City.
So, we decided to highlight the most famous in each category. Here’s our list of restaurants in Las Vegas that have earned famous status.
Famous Celebrity Restaurants in Las Vegas
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen
Gordon Ramsay might be the most well-known celebrity chef on the Strip, and of all his restaurants, Hell’s Kitchen (not to be confused with Hell’s Chicken on Spring Mountain Road!) is arguably the most famous. Inspired by the reality chef competition Hell’s Kitchen”, the restaurant is designed to look much like what you see on television. One side of the main dining room is red, the other is blue, and the kitchen is open, so you can see the chefs hard at work.
However, if you’re hoping to catch a glimpse of a live competition at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, that’s likely not going to happen. The actual show is recorded in a nearby warehouse. And while there’s a slight chance you might see the celebrity chef himself, chances are that won’t happen either – but you never know, right?
What should you order when you visit? Gordon Ramsay classics, of course! Maybe the Beef Wellington and Spring Onion Soup or the Jidori Chicken Scallopini with his famous Potato Puree. Also, don’t forget the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert!
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen is located in Caesars Palace. The address is 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House
Emeril Lagasse is a famous Food Network star with a long list of critically acclaimed restaurants to his name. He has also made a name for himself among celebrity chefs with restaurants in Las Vegas. Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House is one of those restaurants with a Creole-inspired menu that will tempt your taste buds.
One look at the menu, and you’ll see all the ways that Emeril has kicked it up a notch or added his legendary “BAM” to a dish. We love the Creole Seafood Boil and recommend it as a dish that the celebrity chef’s true essence shines through. Plus, the restaurant also offers a wine list that has earned accolades from Wine Spectator.
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House is located inside the MGM Grand at 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Delmonico Steakhouse by Emeril Lagasse
We have to give Emeril Lagasse two entries on this list, the second going to Delmonico Steakhouse. This Las Vegas restaurant is probably the chef’s most famous of all in Sin City and offers an upscale casual steakhouse feel but with dishes that are inspired by Creole and Cajun flavors.
While appetizers like Emeril’s New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp and the Traditional New Orleans Gumbo are delicious, the steaks are really where it’s at. There’s a wonderful selection of cuts from Creekstone Farms, and also seafood, lamb, and pork if you’re not in the mood for steak.
Delmonico Steakhouse is located in Venetian. The address is 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd.
The Bedford by Martha Stewart
Martha has been making waves in the news lately, and while her Las Vegas restaurant might not be the most famous on our list, it’s hard not to be a huge fan of how she embraces life and therefore deserves mention here. Her restaurant, The Bedford, located at the Paris Hotel, offers classic Martha-style farmhouse food that is simple, elegant, and delicious.
For dinner options, the restaurant offers dishes such as Lemon Risotto with Sea Scallops and Honey Mustard Salmon with wilted spinach and confit shallots. We suggest enjoying your meal with a Martha-tini that’s prepared tableside.
The Bedford by Martha Stewart is located in the Paris Hotel at 3655 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Giada by Giada de Laurentiis
Giada de Laurentiis is another Food Network star that has made a home for herself in Las Vegas, and her self-named restaurant, Giada, is a treasured spot for brunch or a light meal on the Las Vegas Strip.
The menu offers Giada’s signature dishes like her Lemon Spaghetti and her Lemon Cookies. The menu isn’t large, but it is diverse enough to please most, with Italian cuisine that is influenced by a noticeable California vibe. However, we no longer see a dish on the menu that the restaurant was once known for – the cacciatore-style fried chicken. Fingers crossed that it makes a reappearance.
Giada is located in the Cromwell Hotel Las Vegas at 3595 S Las Vegas Blvd.
International Smoke by Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry
Ayesha Curry and Michael Mina are behind International Smoke – a fairly new restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, but it’s one that’s sure to become famous quickly, given the names behind it.
The flavor is the name of the game at International Smoke, with lots of worldly flavors infused throughout the menu. Tokyo Fried Chicken with ginger soy marinade and Sriracha aioli, a Black Truffle Caesar, Vietnamese Lemongrass Smoked Ribs, and Oxtail Birria Tacos are just a sampling of the bold and varied flavors the menu offers. We can’t wait to see this location skyrocket among the amazing restaurants in Las Vegas.
International Smoke is located in the MGM Grand Las Vegas at 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Heritage Steak by Tom Colicchio
Tom Colicchio is another one of the Las Vegas celebrity chefs to have a super popular restaurant in the city. Heritage Steak by Tom Colicchio is a traditional American Steakhouse that offers elevated takes on the classics. Chef Colicchio has a long culinary career, including helping to create the now-famous Gramercy Tavern in NY. However, you might be most familiar with him from his presence on Top Chef.
Located at the Mirage, Tom Colicchio presents dishes such as Grilled Bone Marrow, Pistachio Crusted Halibut, Colorado Lamb Chops, and the most decadent Steaks.
Heritage Steak isn’t the only restaurant by Tom Colicchio in Las Vegas. You can also find the equally famous Craftsteak at the MGM Grand.
Heritage Steak is located in the Mirage Las Vegas (soon to be Hard Rock) and can be found at 3400 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Morimoto
Morimoto was a face everyone recognized instantly on Iron Chef, and when he appeared on the scene, you knew the competition was toast. While the dishes at Morimoto Las Vegas might not include some of the crazy Iron Chef ingredients, you can count on elevated Japanese dishes that are elegant, delicate, and just perfect in every way.
Morimoto Las Vegas is located in the MGM Grand at 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Top of the World
Top of the World is arguably one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas for a special evening with a romantic view. It’s famous for its location in the SkyPod of the Strat and how it towers high above the Las Vegas Strip, offering panoramic views of not just the Strip but also the city and Las Vegas Valley.
Did we mention that another detail that makes this restaurant famous is that the entire restaurant does a complete rotation once every 80 minutes, so you really do get to see it all?
Top of the World is a fine dining restaurant, and there is a minimum of a $55 food purchase for each guest. This restaurant is very popular, so you want to make reservations in advance.

Restaurant Guy Savoy
Guy Savoy is a name that’s synonymous with fine dining in Las Vegas. And while Restaurant Guy Savoy is famous, it’s also one of the best restaurants in the city for French cuisine. The modern French restaurant with a sleek but intimate dining room is famous for signature dishes such as Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup, Seared Foie Gras, and Muscovy Duck Breast.
If you’re in the mood for indulgence, we suggest the prix fixe Celebration menu. Instead of two and three courses, as you get at more modest restaurants, the Celebration Menu at Restaurant Guy Savoy offers seven courses, including the truffle and artichoke soup, caviar, Wagyu beef, lobster, and more.
Restaurant Guy Savoy is located in Caesars Palace. The address is 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant
In the heart of Las Vegas sits the Eiffel Tower. No, not the real Eiffel Tower, but close! At the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas sits a half-size, to-scale replica of the famous French Tower. Inside is one of the most famous restaurants in Vegas — the aptly named Eiffel Tower Restaurant.
This is a classically romantic restaurant with amazing views where you can enjoy high-end French cuisine. While the restaurant is famous for the views and the fact that it’s in the Eiffel Tower, we can’t help but gush over the indulgent brunch that’s offered on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is located at the Paris Hotel at 3655 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Bazaar Meats by Jose Andres
Jose Andres is a James Beard Award-winning chef, but his restaurant Bazaar Meats at the Sahara Las Vegas has earned plenty of accolades of its own, earning it a solid spot on our list of the most famous restaurants in the city. Bazaar Meats has won Wine Spectator awards, has been voted the Best Restaurant in Nevada by Business Insider, and has received several awards from the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Not too shabby, right?
Where Bazaar Meats really shines is in its approach to food for the discriminating carnivore. This is where you can find famous signature dishes like the Cotton Candy Foie Gras, Chateaubriand, and Iberico Pork with roasted fruit. Bazaar Meats is a true indulgence for the taste buds.
Bazaar Meat is located in the Sahara Las Vegas at 2535 S Las Vegas Blvd.
StripSteak by Michael Mina
Acclaimed chef Michael Mina has a couple of restaurants in Las Vegas that fall into the famous category, including his self-titled Michael Mina, which is known not only for the food but also the incredible wine selection and pairings.
However, here, we want to mention his restaurant StripSteak. The dining room is warm and inviting, but it’s Chef Michael Mina’s talent in the creation of the menu that makes the restaurant so famous. There are fun dishes with a decidedly unique taste, like Caviar Jelly Doughnuts, Hamachi Nori Tacos, and Tableside Hay Smoked Dry Aged Porterhouse for Two.
For an elevated steakhouse experience that offers so much more than great cuts of steak, StripSteak is a famous treasure on the Las Vegas Strip.
StripSteak is located at
Le Cirque
Le Cirque is the famously grand restaurant located in the Bellagio that’s known for its brightly colored dining room and incredible cuisine. Le Cirque has received the AAA Five Diamond Award and a Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Rating.
Le Cirque is memorable, with its big top feel and jewel tones infused throughout the dining room. Guests can choose from either an eight-course menu or a four-course menu that offers tastes of decadent and bold French dishes such as Brittany Loup De Mer with a fondue of leeks, Lobster Salad with black truffles, Australian Winter Truffle Risotto, and Black Tie Scallop. Wing Lei is famous in Las Vegas for a very impressive reason. It was the very first Chinese restaurant in North America to be awarded a Michelin Star. If you’re familiar with high praise in the culinary world, you know that Michelin Stars are a big deal!

Picasso
Picasso is a fine-dining culinary delight brought to you by the highly acclaimed chef Julian Serrano. Picasso is a beautiful dining experience. Spago is Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant in Las Vegas and, since its opening, has acquired a devoted following. With patio seating that overlooks the Bellagio fountains and a delicious menu of perfected dishes, it’s hard to come up with a reason why someone wouldn’t like Spago.
Our favorites on the menu are homemade pastas. While Italian cuisine isn’t necessarily the focus here, the housemade campanelle is something we regularly crave.
Spago is located in the Bellagio at 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Delilah
Delilah is a famous spot in Las Vegas for those who want to experience that touch of old Vegas glamor, accompanied by good food and artisan cocktails. While the dinner menu at Delilah is great, we’re fond of one of the menus that makes this restaurant so famous – the late-night menu.
The late-night menu offers dishes like pigs in a blanket, mushroom tacos, and red velvet ice cream sandwiches, all created with a high-end touch. Plus, you get to experience this with an art deco backdrop and jazzy performances.
Delilah is located at the Wynn Las Vegas at 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Mizumi
While Muzumi is currently closed for remodeling, we couldn’t pass up the chance to give them a mention here. Mizumi is headed by Michelin-recognized chef Min Kim, who brings a unique touch to Japanese cuisine. Mizumi offers one of the few fine-dining robatayaki menus in Las Vegas.
But, before you even get to the food, you easily discover why Mizumi is famous. The decor is more than memorable, with a koi pond, waterfall, and golden fish statues that welcome you into the dining room.
Mizumi is yet another famous place to dine in the Wynn Las Vegas, located at 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd.
