A sampling of the tasting menu includes Le Caviar Imperial, L’Avocat, which is cannelloni and avocado with salmon and the most delicate cream, and La Crevette Rose, which is a dish of rose shrimp and bonito tuna with bright ginger and kombu seaweed broth. Wine pairing and dessert are also available.
The atmosphere is quiet and intimate, perfect for a special evening out. For each of the courses, combined with the wine pairing, guests can expect to pay in the range of $500 per person for an experience at this restaurant. The restaurant is open Wednesday-Saturday evenings.
