NoMad Library Restaurant

Inspired by the iconic Library of NoMad New York, the NoMad Restaurant Las Vegas is the epitome of fine dining American cuisine in Sin City. The theatrical atmosphere can take you back in time, inspiring with the chilled vibes of the 1920s. But the retro style of the dining room doesn’t expand to the menu. 

Culinary options are surprisingly innovative and true music for fine palates. Menu highlights include Hot and Cold seafood platters, seafood towers, and the chef’s NoMad roast chicken stuffed with foie gras, black truffle, and brioche. Meanwhile, the NoMad Bar serves dinner and late-night bites.

Toscana Ristorante & Bar

Italy might be far, but you don’t have to jump on a plane to taste the best Tuscany’s got to offer. All you have to do is book a table at Toscana Ristorante & Bar. 

This fine Italian grill and bar is nestled inside the Eataly marketplace and promises a unique dining experience. The immersive atmosphere can take you to the Old Continent, and this is where you can enjoy authentic regional cuisine from Central Italy and iconic Italian wines. 

Elevated cocktails are also on the list should you want something more special. The menu is classic and flavorful, just as you’d get in Italy.

Primrose

Dinner is nice and all, but no day can go right unless it starts with a decadent breakfast. And nobody does breakfast quite like Primrose. 

Its philosophy is simple: it doesn’t matter if you sleep in and want a late breakfast or if you’d rather skip breakfast for a super-early brunch. Whether it’s a bachelor’s party or just a night out with your buddies, you can’t find a better place than Best Friend. The brainchild of chef Roy Choi, the casual eatery combines bodega and bar vibes with those of a restaurant and disco, all in one. This is true Las Vegas, vibrant energy.

Here, you can try the chef’s most iconic recipes, listen to resident DJs, and have loads of fun while immersing yourself in the Koreantown culture. Some menu highlights include Kimchi carbonara with garlic and parmesan and the Cowboy Chop – a 34-ounce bone-in ribeye.

The eatery is located right next to BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar and serves local American cuisine. While the menu isn’t expansive, the 24-hour operation makes it the go-to place for late-night snacks and early risers.

La Pizza e La Pasta

If Italy is known for one thing, it’s the exquisite carbs. Both pasta and pizza are staples of the country’s cuisine, as well as staples of Italian-American fusions. Hello Kitty Café

Those with a sweet tooth who want to live a unique experience must try the once-in-a-lifetime Hello Kitty Café. A pop-up at MGM Park, this is where you can get delicious desserts, crafted beverages, coffee and espresso drinks, cookies, croissants, and more. 

If you’re a Hello Kitty fan, you can also get your hands on sought-after merchandise, including mugs, tote bags, and baseball caps.

La La Noodle

Pan-Asian cuisine lovers are also pampered at MGM Park. While none of the upscale dining venues serve Asian-style noodles, you can find them at La La Noodle. 

From Lo Mein and Singapore Style to delicious Dan Dan, there are plenty of options for everyone. Before dipping your chopsticks, you can start the meal with delicious appetizers like shrimp rolls, bao buns, and other regional specialties.

The Crack Shack

A finer dining restaurant turned into a casual setting; The Crack Shack is the gourmet fried chicken eatery to go to if you fancy something different. 

The cuisine is American, but the dishes are truly upscale. Highlights include Firebird with fried chicken thigh, Baja Chop – a guac sandwich perfect for vegetarians -and Bae, a breakfast sandwich with bacon, avocado, and sunny side egg.

The Chef Truck

Chef Roy Choi has done it again with this delicious and ultra-casual food truck. The Cuban-inspired menu features mouth-watering sandwiches, decadent molten lava cakes, and a variety of other dishes to choose from. The Chef Truck just recently opened at the end of 2023, but it has already been a huge success!

Oscar Farinetti’s brainchild, founded in 2010, is the largest Italian marketplace in the world. The chain marketplace is now in Las Vegas at MGM Park. Eataly offers a variety of restaurants, food and beverage counters, bakeries, and retail items for a little taste of Italy.

If you want to know how to cook an Italian feast in your own home, Eataly runs workshops and cooking classes that are full of information and tips for making authentic Italian cuisine.
