Let’s be honest. The culinary game in Las Vegas is strong, and trying out new restaurants is a must. Most hotels and resorts have their own lineup of great restaurants, including the Palms Casino Resort. Palms Restaurants Las Vegas offer a dining experience for everyone, from wood-grilled steaks and authentic Mexican cuisine, to made to order pasta.
Scotch 80 Prime
Scotch 80 Prime is famous for its wood-grilled steak and warm hospitality, but this restaurant is more than just meat and potatoes. Built around the concept of offering something different from the typical steakhouse, Scotch 80 Prime accomplishes this goal, offering not only unique and delicious food but also an ambiance with a unique personality.
If you’re on the fence about whether you want to try them for dinner, we strongly encourage you to stop by for their version of happy hour, which they call Social Hour. There are good deals on cocktails and flights of scotch whiskey, plus you can sample some of their signature dishes before committing to a full meal.
You can try the shrimp toast with chili jam aioli, duck fat truffle fries with parmesan and black truffle, pork belly skewers, and vegetable lumpia. The Social Hour menu is available on weekdays from 5 pm until 6:30 pm and is also a great place for cocktails and appetizers before a show.
The regular menu is equally filled with delicious food, including an incredible selection of boutique Wagyu beef. For pure decadence, splurge on the A5 Wagyu Flight. If you prefer something less over the top but equally delicious, the Wagyu Burger is one of the best we’ve had. For the non-carnivores, they also offer a really nice vegetarian/vegan menu.
This is a fine dining experience with menu prices to match. The restaurant is open daily from 5 pm until 10 pm. Business casual attire is required. The restaurant is located off the casino floor near Ghost Bar.
Mabel’s BBQ
Mabel’s BBQ is the child of celebrity chef and meat master himself, Michael Symon. This restaurant offers seriously good comfort food. Think along the lines of classic American BBQ, with standout sides and enhancements.
The pickle glaze on the pork ribs is just one example, along with the pastrami-rubbed pork belly. In our experience, everything on the menu is packed full of flavor. This is one of our favorite BBQ restaurants on or near the Las Vegas Strip.
This is a casual dining place with a definite sports bar feel. There are lots of screens located around the restaurant, so you can catch a glimpse of the game pretty much no matter where you’re sitting. There’s also live entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings starting at 8 pm.
They’re open Sunday, Monday, and Thursday from 4 pm until 10 pm. The hours on Friday and Saturday are from 4 pm until 11 pm. Mabel’s is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
There’s not a specific dress code required, and you can find Mabel’s located next to Tonic Bar just off the gaming floor.
Tim Ho Wan
If you were thinking of swinging by the nearest Panda Express to satisfy a craving, let us encourage you to change your plans right now and elevate your dining experience by making your way to Tim Ho Wan instead. Everything that comes out of Tim Ho Wan’s kitchen at Palms Casino & Resort is affordable and delicious.
They’re what you would call dim sum specialists, with a dim sum menu that offers a great variety of selections. The deep-fried shrimp toast with black truffle and foie gras sauce is a favorite. The Wagyu bundle that features green apple and steamed pork spare rib with black bean sauce also ranks at the top.
This is one of the few restaurants that open earlier at Palms Casino & Resort, so if a late breakfast of dim sum is what you crave, be there when the doors open at 10 am. They’re open for lunch and dinner until 8 pm during the week and 9 pm on Friday & Saturday.
The dress code is casual, and you can find them located near the west entrance on the casino floor.
Vetri Cucina
Vetri Cucina is an Italian restaurant in Palms Las Vegas that focuses on the authentic regional cuisine of Italy. This translates to fresh and delicious pasta and seafood dishes, along with a selection of their mouth-watering delicacies – like the foie gras pastrami with toasted brioche and the almond tortellini with white truffle.
Vetri Cucina offers a regular dinner menu, along with an aperitivo menu and a tasting menu, which currently costs $185 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional cost.
The ambiance at Vetri Cucina is lovely. It’s an upper mid-scale restaurant with these gorgeous large windows that offer views of the city while dining and these pops of jewel tone hues that add a certain vibrance to the otherwise sophisticated dining room. You feel like you’re in a really nice restaurant, but one that’s not overly pretentious or uptight.
Vetri Cucina is open for dinner from Tuesday through Saturday from 6 pm until 10 pm. The views come from the fact that the restaurant is located on the 56th floor of the hotel in the Ivory Tower.
Send Noodles
Send Noodles is a good spot if you want something that’s more substantial than quick bites but want to keep it casual. Send Noodles offers all your favorite noodle and rice dishes, including favorite creations such as pad thai noodle bowls, shrimp udon, firecracker chicken with sticky rice, and moo shu pork.
The reviews for Send Noodles are a bit mixed, but for the price and convenience, we think the food is good and filling. This isn’t a 5-star restaurant by any means, but it beats the Asian-style fast-food chain restaurants by a mile.
Send Noodles is open during the week from 11 am until midnight. On Friday and Saturday, they’re open from 11 am until 2 am for your late-night cravings. The restaurant is located near the A.Y.C.E Buffet.
A.Y.C.E Buffet
There are few cities that have a buffet scene as serious as the one found in Las Vegas. From simple to extravagant, the buffets cover it all. AYCE buffet at Palms Casino & Resort hovers in the middle of the spectrum. It’s not the most elegant buffet, but the selection is huge. They have ample seating, and you can taste that the food is made with carefully sourced ingredients. This all gives them a thumbs up in our book.
The AYCE Buffet offers weekend brunch and dinner every other night of the week. The standard dinner buffet can be enjoyed on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. The other nights of the week, they offered a themed cuisine menu. If prime rib and snow crab legs are what you crave, make sure to stop by on Friday evening. Wednesday and Thursday, bring a lobster dinner as the main attraction.
Prices vary depending on the day of the week. Specialty nights cost more, and the weekend brunch is less expensive than dinner. There’s also discounted pricing for kids. The buffet is located behind the Unknown Bar, and the dress code is casual.
Serrano Vista Cafe
Serrano Vista Cafe is a 24-hour dining spot at Palms Casino & Resort. They offer a variety of cuisine and seem to have mastered the art of comfort food. Being open 24 hours a day means you can get breakfast any time of the day or night, and there are plenty of lunch-style options for when you don’t want a huge meal.
A favorite on the menu is the crushed avocado toast with chickpeas, feta, tomatoes, radish, shallot, and warm basil. The cinnamon roll with bacon and the butterscotch frosting is one of the things that you might not give yourself permission to try normally, but it is a must when in Vegas.
There are separate breakfast, all-day, and late-night menus available, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The cafe is located near the east garage entrance of the casino.
La Popular – CDMX
La Popular – CDMX proudly represents the genuine culture and cuisine of Mexico and, in our opinion, is one of the best restaurants at the Palms. The food is delicious, whether it’s for lunch or later in the day, the ambiance has great energy, and everything tastes really fresh.
The chicken mole enchiladas with a side of charred jalapenos, onions, and potatoes are a meal you won’t soon forget – and the churros are irresistible.
La Popular is open during the week from 4 pm until midnight, and then on Friday – Sunday, the restaurant is open from 11 am until midnight.
Laguna Pool House & Kitchen
The Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is a place to eat, meet, drink, and enjoy some laid-back fun. It offers a fusion of the ultimate indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Located near the pool, you can enjoy poolside cocktails and nibbles or head into the open and airy inside dining area. There’s also a lounge area that’s a little quieter for those times when you want to knock out a little bit of work while sipping on a refreshing mocktail or cup of coffee.
Laguna Pool House & Kitchen offers separate menus for brunch, all-day eats, desserts, and cocktails. They’re open from 11 am until 10 pm during the week and from 9 am until 10 pm on the weekends (brunch is served from 9 am until 2 pm).
Palms Pizza
The floor of the Palms Casino is an energetic destination, and it’s also where many of the restaurants are located. Palms Pizza is there for those times when you want to grab a slice (or whole pie) but don’t need or want a sit-down venue. There are tables with standing room to enjoy your pizza, or you can take it to go. There are a few beers and soft drinks on the menu, but you’re not going to find any craft cocktails here.
The menu is simple, with pizza by the slice, whole pizzas, combos, and appetizers like garlic knots and salads. It’s nothing fancy, but it hits the spot when you’re craving pizza.
Palms Pizza is open during the week from 11 am until midnight. On Friday and Saturday, their hours are 11 am until 2 am.
The Eatery
The Eatery is the Palms version of a food court, and it’s located right off of the casino for easy access. You’ll find your typical fast food options here, including Mcdonald’s, Panda Express, Earl of Sandwich, and the Coffee Bean.
Hours vary depending on the location, but Mcdonald’s is open 24 hours.
Palms Las Vegas Location
Palms Las Vegas and Palms Place are located right off of the Las Vegas Strip on Flamingo Rd. The address is 4321 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV. Palms Place is located at 4381 W Flamingo Rd.
