The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas is one of the best in the city, giving another contender – the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace – among other buffets, some serious competition. 

The Wynn Buffet offers both brunch and dinner every day of the week, but they really level up on the weekends when they offer a gourmet brunch buffet, as well as a gourmet dinner buffet. You’ll get your buffet dining money’s worth, no matter which you choose.

Among the Las Vegas buffet scene (and there are plenty of buffets in Las Vegas), the Buffet at Wynn is one of the most visually pleasing. It’s a buffet and not a fine dining restaurant, but the atmosphere and decor are of a level found in many of the finer restaurants at Wynn Las Vegas.

Gourmet Brunch Buffet 

We don’t have any complaints about Wynn’s brunch buffet during the week. It’s a good buffet with all the delicious foods and variety you need for a satisfying meal. The Wynn buffet does an exceptional job of offering worldly cuisines, plus plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. It’s just that the quality and selection are even better once the weekend rolls around. 

On the Gourmet buffet, you’ll find traditional favorites like freshly prepared french toast and an amazing benedict station, among multiple stations that provide other types of prepared-to-order dishes to satisfy your appetite. These include an omelet station, pancake station, carving station, and made-to-order crepes. 

For a bit of savory goodness, seafood lovers will enjoy smoked salmon, hot crab legs, and cold crab legs. While the menu changes frequently, and some items show up more often on the dinner menu than they do at brunch, if you have the chance to try the Thai chicken wings, you need to do it because they’re delicious. Even the dry-rubbed rotisserie chicken knocks it out of the park. 

There’s also plenty to enjoy for the health-conscious. The Buffet at Wynn offers much more than your typical salad bar, plus fresh sushi is among the many delicious foods available. In addition, the grilled vegetables always look crisp and fresh, unlike the typical soggy veg selection at many buffets.  

Wynn hasn’t forgotten about your sweet tooth. In addition to savory dishes, there’s a selection of wonderful desserts, from chocolate lava cake to creme brulee. 

Endless Pours Package 

To compliment your buffet, the Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas offers the option for an endless pours package featuring bottomless select cocktails. The bottomless pours menu is subject to change but typically includes drinks like mimosas, bloody marys, draft beer, and wine. 

Wynn Buffet Prices 

The Wynn Buffet price for the gourmet brunch is $50.99 per person. The weekday brunch buffet is $46.99. The endless pours package is available for $29.99 per person. 

Children ages 3-9 receive a half-price discount on the cost of the buffet. 

Reservations and Pre-Paid Priority Seating 

The lines at the Buffet at Wynn can be long, especially during peak times. The buffet doesn’t accept reservations, but you can pre-pay for priority seating, guaranteeing your spot in line with a minimum wait time. Guests who take advantage of pre-paid priority seating are almost always seated within 30 minutes of their slotted time. It’s not exactly a reservation, but it’s as close as you can get. 

All guests are asked to respect a two-hour time limit to dine at the buffet. This helps minimize lines and wait times for all guests. 

Hours

Brunch is available at the Wynn Las Vegas buffet from 8 am until 3 pm daily. The buffet switches over to its dinner menu at 3 pm. If you arrive at 3 pm, you’ll be charged the dinner price, but you’ll also enjoy a more extensive selection of seafood and meats, such as the prime rib carving station. 

Tableau 

Tableau at Wynn Las Vegas offers brunch, along with breakfast and lunch, every day of the week, so there’s no reason to wait for the weekend to come around. Tableau offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with outdoor tables located poolside. 

The menu is filled with delicious options that lean toward upscale. Brunch selections include a lobster burger, a chicken sandwich with onion & bacon jam, seared salmon, and a vegan stack sandwich with Impossible patties. 

Breakfast items are also available. Of course, there’s the usual eggs benedict, but Tableau offers some interesting variations, including short ribs benedict and a nautica benedict with smoked salmon. Scrambles, french toast, and pancakes are more traditional options on the menu, and the pancakes are available with a vegan option. 

Compliment your meal with a smoothie, a flight of fresh juice, or coffee.

Allegro 

Allegro at Wynn Las Vegas is an Italian restaurant that offers perfectly prepared classic Italian cuisine. You sort of feel like you’re going to see someone’s Nonna come out of the kitchen, but Chef Enzo Febbraro is behind each perfectly prepared plate. 

Allegro offers a weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am until 4 pm. As a change of pace from brunches that include piles of waffles and benedicts, dining at Allegro offers housemade pasta, wood stone pizza, Italian-inspired salads, and sandwiches, along with frittatas, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, and avocado toast. 

Treat yourself to a cannoli or gelato before venturing off and exploring more of Las Vegas.

Terrace Point Cafe 

Terrace Point Cafe at Wynn Las Vegas is the perfect spot to escape for breakfast or brunch. They offer a Power Brunch for $39, including your choice of fresh juice. The juices include the typical fresh orange juice, but there’s also grapefruit, watermelon, or carrot. 

Guests can choose one of three entrees: eggs benedict, Huevos Rancheros Skillet (vegan option available), or pancakes and eggs. A selection of fresh, seasonal fruit also accompanies all menu items. 

If the special brunch menu doesn’t grab your attention, Terrae Point Cafe also offers all-day breakfast, appetizers, salads, sandwiches & burgers, and a selection of entrees. There’s also a good selection of vegan options on the menu.

Jardin 

Jardin at Wynn Las Vegas is everything the perfect place for brunch should be. It’s light, airy, and beautiful, which seems to make every dish on the menu taste even better. Everything is fresh and delicious, with options from light & healthy to decadent & sinful. 

On the lighter side, choose the smoked salmon plate or a fresh fruit platter. Try the Maine lobster benedict, strawberry & Grand Marnier french toast, or chocolate chip red velvet pancakes for a bit more decadence. 

Compliment your meal with one of Jardin’s fresh juices, smoothies, or signature brunch cocktails.

La Cave 

La Cave offers a warm & rustic ambiance to enjoy a leisurely meal, with an outdoor patio perfect for al fresco dining. Saturday and Sunday brunch are available every weekend, with a menu featuring butler-style, tray-passed entrees that are all mouthwateringly delicious. 

Selections that your table will enjoy include scrambled eggs with caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes, veal short rib hash, snickers pancakes, french toast, mini angus burgers, and tomato mozzarella flatbread, just to name a few. 

A vegetarian menu is also available with equally delicious meals for the table, and if you love a good mimosa or bloody mary, a bottomless libations package can be added to the price of your meal.
