Encore Resort is part of the Wynn Las Vegas. The two resorts are connected to each other, creating one wonderful epicenter of dining, entertainment, and casino fun. Between the two, the culinary scene is amazing, but Encore deserves some credit of its own for its selection of restaurants and lounges.
Whether you’re visiting or staying at the Encore on Las Vegas Blvd, these are wonderful spots to enjoy a meal or cocktail while you’re there.
Fine Dining Restaurants at Encore
Casa Plays is among the newest restaurants at Encore Las Vegas, offering an exquisite dining experience featuring the fresh and bold flavors of coastal Mexico. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with natural accents, coastal Mexican decor, and pops of color. Casa Playa is located adjacent to the Encore Beach Club, offering a beautiful backdrop to your dining experience.
The menu’s main focus at Casa Playa is on coastal seafood, but you’ll find other exquisitely prepared items on the menu. Start your meal with an appetizer, such as the Black Truffle Tostada, Wagyu Carne Asada Taos, or Queso Fundido with housemade chorizo.
For the entree, the Sizzling Shrimp A La Diablo is insanely good, as is the Dorado in Banana Leaf. Chef Sara Thomspon elevates every dish, and the passion for authentic Mexican cuisine is something you can taste in every bite.
Casa Playa is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They’re open every other day of the week at 5:30 for dinner service. The dress code at Casa Playa is casual chic, and they ask that you not bring children under five to dine.
Casual Encore Restaurants
Walking through the doors of Wazuzu Las Vegas is an experience you won’t soon forget. The decor is bold and modern but decadent, proven by the massive dragon made with more than 90,000 crystals that hangs on the wall. While considered one of the casual restaurants at Encore, the sheer decadence of the atmosphere lets you know you’re in for a special treat.
The menu is brought to life by the vision of Chef Jimmy Widjaja and is a Pan-Asian theme that features the best Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine.
The Drunken Noodles, which have achieved Food Network fame, are among the most popular items on the menu. They’re prepared with fresh noodles, Thai basil, egg, chilis, onion, and sweet soy sauce. There’s also a wonderfully wide selection of sushi and sashimi, along with Wazuzu specialties like the Salt & Pepper Prawns, Baked Black Miso Cod, and a Cantonese Assorted Barbeque Plate. They also have a section of their menu devoted to vegetarian food.
Even though your table will be filled with delicious plates, don’t forget to leave room for the desserts. You don’t want to miss the Wazuzu White Chocolate Pear or the Thai Crepe with coconut ice cream.
Wazuzu is open daily, starting at 11:30 am for lunch, and they stay open until late in the evening for dinner service. The dress code is resort casual, and children under five are welcome.
Jardin is a restaurant inside Encore Las Vegas that is the perfect spot for a leisurely yet elegant breakfast or brunch. The serene setting features a backdrop of beautifully manicured gardens and neutral decor with bright pops of floral colors.
They offer an extensive selection of classic dishes and elegant traditional favorites for your first or second meal of the day. Start with the Strawberry and Grand Marnier French Toast, or move towards something more savory like the Maine Lobster Benedict. Sandwiches and burgers include selections like Croque Madame and their Shaved Prime Rib Beef Melt.
Make sure to order their signature smoked bacon bloody mary, and let yourself relax and linger over brunch before starting your day in Las Vegas. Jardin is open daily from 7:30 am until 3 pm. The dress code is resort casual, and children under five are welcome.
Espresso is a quick cafe where you can sit down and eat something fast and yummy or grab it to go. They offer quick grabs for breakfast, like overnight oats and yogurt parfaits, a selection of artisanal pastries, sandwiches, tartines, pizza, salads, soups, and sweet treats.
Espresso is open daily at 6 am. They close at 3 pm, except on weekends (Including Friday), when they stay open until 6 pm.

In addition to cocktails, wine, and other spirits, the Lobby Bar offers a menu of small plates to replenish yourself and to share with friends. The Lobby Bar is open daily at noon and stays open until 2 am -4 am, depending on the day.
The Eastside Lounge is a sophisticated, relaxed location to enjoy a cocktail at Encore. The lounge is set poolside, offering a beautiful, sparkling, and serene evening backdrop. Intimate seating makes socializing easy, and you’ll often find dueling pianists as live entertainment.
