Casa Playa
Casa Playa is among the newest restaurants at Encore, offering an exquisite dining experience featuring the fresh and bold flavors of coastal Mexico. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with natural accents, Mexican coastal cuisine restaurant decor, and pops of color. Casa Playa is located adjacent to the Encore Beach Club, offering a beautiful backdrop to your dining experience.





The menu’s main focus at Casa Playa is on coastal seafood, but you’ll find other exquisitely prepared items on the menu. Start your meal with an appetizer, such as the Black Truffle Tostada, Mexican Blue Shrimp Ceviche, Wagyu Carne Asada Tacos, or Queso Fundido with housemade chorizo.
For the entree, the Sizzling Shrimp A La Diablo is insanely good, as is the Dorado in Banana Leaf. Chef Sara Thomspon elevates every dish, and the passion for authentic Mexican cuisine is something you can taste in every bite.

Wazuzu




Walking through the doors of Wazuzu Las Vegas is an experience you won’t soon forget. The decor is bold and modern but decadent, proven by the massive dragon made with more than 90,000 crystals that hangs on the wall. While considered one of the casual restaurants at Encore, the sheer decadence of the atmosphere lets you know you’re in for a special treat in this fine Chinese dining restaurant.
The menu is brought to life by the vision of Chef Jimmy Widjaja and is a Pan-Asian eatery theme that features the best Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine in an extensive menu.
The Drunken Noodles, one of the best Cantonese noodle dishes which have achieved Food Network fame, are among the most popular items on the menu. They’re prepared with fresh noodles, Thai basil, egg, chilis, onion, and sweet soy sauce.
There’s also a wonderfully wide selection of sushi and sashimi, along with Wazuzu specialties like Salt & Pepper Prawns, Baked Black Miso Cod, and a Cantonese Assorted Barbeque Plate. They also have a section of their menu devoted to vegetarian food.

Jardin is a restaurant inside Encore Las Vegas that is the perfect spot for a leisurely yet elegant American brunch or breakfast. The serene setting features a backdrop of beautifully manicured gardens and neutral decor with bright pops of floral colors.
They offer an extensive selection of classic dishes and elegant traditional favorites for your first or second meal of the day. Start with the Strawberry and Grand Marnier French Toast, or move towards something more savory like the Maine Lobster Benedict. Sandwiches and burgers include selections like Croque Madame and their Shaved Prime Rib Beef Melt.
Make sure to order their signature smoked bacon bloody mary, and let yourself relax and linger over brunch before starting your day in Las Vegas. Jardin is open daily from 7:30 am until 3 pm. The dress code is resort casual, and children under five are welcome.
Espresso



Espresso is a quick cafe where you can sit down and eat something fast and yummy or grab it to go. They offer quick grabs for breakfast, like overnight oats and yogurt parfaits, and a selection of artisanal pastries, sandwiches, tartines, pizza, salads, soups, and sweet treats using fresh organic ingredients. And, don’t forget the organic coffee!
Espresso is open daily at 6 am. They close at 3 pm, except on weekends (Including Friday), when they stay open until 6 pm.
Bars & Lounges at Encore
Lobby Bar



Say you’ve found your way to the Encore, and after the hustle at the airport, you’re ready to sit back and enjoy a couple of cocktails. The Lobby Bar is located just a few feet from the entrance of the Encore, and with rich design elements and a large golden statue, it just beckons you to come closer.
In addition to cocktails, wine, and other spirits, the Bar offers a menu of small plates to replenish yourself and to share with friends. It is open daily at noon and stays open until 2 am -4 am, depending on the day.
Eastside Lounge

The Eastside Lounge is a sophisticated, relaxed location to enjoy a cocktail at Encore. The lounge is set poolside on an outdoor patio, offering a beautiful, sparkling, and serene evening backdrop. Intimate seating makes socializing easy, and you’ll often find dueling pianists as live entertainment.

This lounge opens nightly at 6 pm and stays open 2 am – 4 am, depending on the day.
