In our opinion, Las Vegas offers some of the best breakfast restaurants anywhere we’ve been. If you’re staying at Caesars Palace, you have lots of options! The breakfast Caesars Palace offers runs the gambit from healthy options and morning nibbles to the full-blown classic breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, and the works!
Here’s the rundown of where to find a delicious breakfast at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Brioche by Guy Savoy
Chef Guy Savoy is a well-known and respected name in Las Vegas, and he brings a wonderful option for French pastries and nibbles to start your day at Caesars.
There are definitely times that we wake up hungry (or need a little something before heading to bed after pulling an all-nighter), and we just don’t feel like dealing with the fuss of going to a sit-down Las Vegas restaurant, even if it is someplace casual.
We love that Brioche by Guy Savoy is a simple grab-and-go spot that offers elegant restaurant-style pastries and quick breakfast bites – oh, and the coffee!
For a sweet start to the day, the chocolate croissant and fresh fruit are perfect. If savory is your thing, the quiche Lorraine is super delicious.
You can take both with you and go sit somewhere and do some people-watching on the Las Vegas Strip, or take your pastries and coffee back to your room and just relax in comfort.
Brioche Guy Savoy is open 24 hours a day, so you can get your breakfast nibbles any time of the day or night. Brioche Guy Savoy is located off the casino floor near the slots.
Dominique Ansel
Dominique Ansel is the culinary genius (and we don’t take that term lightly) that invented such breakfast masterpieces as the Cronut and sweet treats like the Cookie Shot.
He has created delights that speak to the inner child in all of us while offering treats with just the right amount of sophistication to appeal to our grown-up side.
Oh, the French pastries and treats that are on this menu. This is not the place to eat breakfast at Caesars Palace if you’re watching your waistline. Even the breakfast sandwiches that might seem rather innocent are on either brioche buns or buttery laminated dough. It’s all so decadent.
Dominique Ansel Las Vegas is open daily from 6 am until 11 pm. The bakery is located next to Gordon Ramsay’s Pub and Grill off of the casino floor near the entrance to the Colosseum.
Cafe Americano
Cafe Americano is everyone’s go-to for a delicious meal served any time of the day or night at Caesars Palace, and it’s also one of the best breakfast restaurants in the area.
The menu is a mixture of American cuisine with a Latin twist, and it’s all enjoyed in a very relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for starting the day.
Cafe Americano offers all of our favorite breakfast foods, like bacon & avocado toast, but there’s also this version of avocado toast that’s also topped with salmon, pickled onions, a poached egg, and lemon oil – and it’s all stacked on rustic nine-grain bread. This one is sure to fill you up for a while.
There are also the usual suspects that you find at all breakfast restaurants. There are omelets, and they’re not the wimpy ones with just two eggs. These are substantial, made with three eggs and a variety of fillings.
One of our favorite dishes here is the brisket chilaquiles, with brisket, salsa, cotija cheese, onion, avocado, and poached egg. We’re bananas over this. It’s one of those breakfast dishes we could easily ask for seconds of!
It’s important to note that Café Americano will offer breakfast starting at 6 am. If you show up before that, you’ll be dining from the late-night menu.
They also serve lunch, dinner, and drinks that are a little stronger than just coffee. We like to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a table on the outdoor seating of the Terraza.
Pronto by Giada
Giada is the Food Network Chef that everyone loves for her fusion of Italian dishes and California style. Her dishes often lean to the lighter side but offer a nice little dose of decadence.
We’re a little obsessed with her innovative use of lemon – like the smoked salmon bagel with lemon cream cheese, onions, and capers or her lemon smashed potatoes and lemon ricotta cookies.
Something else that we really like is that she offers guests a traditional breakfast of egg and toast, but instead ot the usual offerings of just bacon or sausage to go along with it, she also offers the option for spinach if you feel like being a little healthier.
We also really like Giada’s banana loaf and the Italian ham and provolone cheese croissant. So yummy!
If you miss Giada for breakfast, you can also grab a quick lunch or dinner. Giada Pronto is open daily from 6 am until midnight. Pronto by Giada is nestled among the shops, right across from Emperor’s Essentials.
Bacchanal Buffet
Bacchanal at Caesar’s Palace is one of the most popular buffets in Las Vegas…and there are a lot of buffets in Las Vegas! Bacchanal Buffet is one of the few buffets that are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it’s also known for its super delicious food.
Bacchanal Buffet isn’t technically open for breakfast – they call in brunch instead, but it starts at 9 am, which is actually a good start time to your day if it was a late one the night before.
But at brunch, you can get all the delicious breakfast food you crave, and everyone can create their own dishes without any fuss from picky eaters (we’re looking at you, our fellow families with young children).
There’s an omelet bar, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, french toast, chicken & waffles, hash browns, bacon, ham, sausage – all the breakfast meat you can eat, biscuits and gravy, brunch sliders, fresh fruit, sweets, and more.
Let’s just say that this isn’t a limited menu! You can also enjoy a bloody mary or two made with the house bloody mary mix.
Bacchanal Buffet is a casual dining buffet, so you don’t need to dress up. You probably want to change out of your pajamas, but the casual attire you’re going to wear while strolling the Las Vegas Strip is perfectly fine.
While the dining room is large, it does get super busy, and sometimes guests have to wait in line to be served. It’s always smart to make an online reservation for the breakfast buffets ahead of time so you don’t waste valuable time standing in line.
Brunch is served daily starting at 9 am every day except for Tuesday & Wednesday. The buffet opens at 3 pm on those days.
Café Americano is open 24 hours a day.
Starbucks
Of course, there’s a Starbucks at Caesars Palace! Is it the best breakfast restaurant on the Las Vegas Blvd? Um, no. But it is reliable. Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where you are, and you can grab a quick breakfast sandwich, bagel, or chocolate chip cookie to hold you over until the food court opens. Plus, the coffee is always fresh, and that’s what really matters when the sun is coming up.
Starbucks at Caesars Palace Las Vegas is open from 5 am until 5 pm daily. Hours may vary on holidays.
Room Service
So, you had big plans to wake up early and head over to Hash House a Go Go at the Linq for breakfast, but somehow the night before got really late, and for some reason, your head pounded once you opened the blinds.
It’s Las Vegas, and many of us have been in this situation. When you don’t feel like leaving the comfort of your room or suite just yet, room service is a great breakfast option.
There isn’t anything too fancy on the room service menu, but it is all decently good food. We like the brioche French toast, mascarpone cream, and fresh berries.
The Blue Ridge is their version of steak and eggs and is a great start for carnivorous types. You can also order a simple continental breakfast with assorted pastries and a fresh coffee from Starbucks.
Room service is available starting at 7 am. Breakfast is served until 11 am.
Breakfast at the Forum Shops
Cafe Lola
Cafe Lola is a sweet little spot with a location at the Forum Shops. We love the pastry basket, Parisian-style quiche, and the strawberry shortcake waffle! The coffee is also to die for.
Cafe Lola opens at 8 am daily and stays open until 10 pm.
True Food Kitchen
True Food Kitchen is well-known among the Las Vegas culinary scene for the incredibly fresh, seasonal flavors that come from the kitchen. This is the place to go if you crave something fresh and healthy but that doesn’t lack even a bit of flavor.
True Food Kitchen offers brunch rather than breakfast, but the menu isn’t lacking. The strawberry quinoa pancakes are delicious, as well as the bison sausage breakfast pizza with melted fresh mozzarella. If you try it once, you’ll probably be back for seconds the next day.
FAQs
Does Caesars Palace have breakfast?
Caesars Palace doesn’t offer a free continental buffet or anything like that, but the resort does offer a good selection of places to grab a morning meal and, in our opinion, offers more options than other hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Some breakfast places are even open 24 hours.
Can you just walk into Bacchanal Buffet?
Yes, you can just walk into Bacchanal Buffet, provided there isn’t a line. This famous buffet at Caesar’s Palace can get quite busy, so you might find that you have a bit of wait if you don’t reserve seating ahead of time.
Is there a dress code for the Bacchanal Buffet?
The dress code at the buffet is casual, so there’s no need to put on your best for loading your plate up with bacon, toast, chicken, waffles, and all the other brunch staples. You shouldn’t come in wearing swimwear, PJs, or anything too revealing. Other than that, casual wear is good.
