The Beast in Area15 of Las Vegas isn’t your typical food court. What started as a pop-up food court has turned into one of the most extraordinary casual dining experiences in Las Vegas. Created at the hands of Chef Todd English, The Beast brings something new and exciting to the culinary scene in Vegas.
The Beast Food Hall In Area15
The Beast by Todd English redefines the definition of a food court. The first sign that you’re in for something different is the huge dragon facade that greets you as you enter. When they say that you’re walking into the belly of The Beast, they really mean it. Inside is a casual dining experience that will appeal to everyone, even the most discriminating and pickiest eaters.

The Beast is a massive 6,500 sq ft food hall that is a far cry from the typical fast food and chain restaurants that litter most food courts. Here, the vibe leans to the whimsical, and the dining options are a curated collection of smaller, artisan restaurants that focus on flavor, culinary innovation, and top-quality ingredients.
If you’ve thought that food halls were someplace you went for subpar quick eats; The Beast is going to permanently change your expectations. Todd English created the best as a sort of test kitchen for his different restaurants around the world. There are cuisine options from just about every corner of the Earth, including options that usually have limited availability in other food court-style eateries, such as vegan cuisine and options for people with food allergies.
The Beast Food Hall is open during most operating hours of Area15. Currently, the Beast opens at noon daily and shuts down shop right around midnight, so you can get your fix of yumminess almost any time of the day or night.
So, what type of yum can you expect when you visit the Beast in Area15 of Las Vegas? Here’s a bit of a peek at the dishes you can find on the menus.
The Beast Menu
Considering that Chef Todd English uses The Beast as his creative canvas to try out new dishes for his global restaurants, you can expect the choices to be beyond delicious. There are many different types of cuisine offered at The Beast. Here’s an overview.
Belly of the Beast Pizza
Don’t expect the typical pepperoni and cheese at Belly of the Beast Pizza. Instead, look for flavors that embody a new generation of pizza with flavors and combinations of ingredients that people are craving. Choices include Fig, Prosciutto,& Gorgonzola, a flavorful Chicken Parm Pizza, and a Vegan Pizza with Beyond Meat sausage and buffalo cauliflower.
Give U Wings
Here, you have the choice between chicken wings or cauliflower wings, with flavorful sauces that will have you shunning your napkins and licking every last bit from your fingers instead. Try the Buffalo Wings with ranch to dip or the Korean Wings with sesame aioli and scallions. (Also, if you’re in the mood for Korean flavors, don’t pass up the chance to try the Korean Corn Dogs !)
The Beast Burger

If you’re craving a burger, this is the place to grab one. Choose the all Beef Classic TE Double Stack Burger, or try the Frenchie, with dry-aged beef, raclette, and truffle aioli, or the vegan Black Bean Burger with pickled onions and mango ketchup.
Beast Breath Smokehouse
You’d expect someplace with a name like “The Beast” to throw down some serious meat, and that is exactly what’s going on at the Beast Breath Smokehouse. Each plate comes with more than enough to share of select meats like Black Pepper Dry Rub Brisket, St Louis Ribs, Hot Links, and more. The Loaded Beast, which is a huge potato topped with layers of beer cheese, Alabama white sauce, and chives with the option to stack on a pile of smoked meat, is a favorite.
Space Tacos
Of course, what type of food hall would be complete with some tacos? Except here, guests should expect more than just your standard taco. Try the Tuna Tartar Taco with a crispy wonton shell, avocado crema, and wasabi aioli, or the Beef Birria Queso Taco that’s served with consomme.
Additional Offerings at the Beast

The Beast also offers a special kids menu for the younger guests that includes kid favorites like cheeseburgers, pizza, and corndogs, just in case your young ones aren’t in the mood for some of the more sophisticated tastes offered.
There’s also a sweet shop for desserts and yes, there are plenty of alcoholic beverages to be enjoyed and shared with friends. Choose from a long list of beer and wine selections, plus a yummy list of cocktails, like the Quickie with vanilla vodka, milk, strawberry puree, and cinnamon syrup, or the Fuzzy Unicorn, which is a fruity, tropical concoction that can be upgraded to a fishbowl to serve multiple guests.
